I bought a product with Ad Id :[protected] from quikr on 26th Feb 2017. The delivery was scheduled on 27th Feb in between 1 pm to 4 pm by Quikr.
But it has not been delivered yet. If I am calling them, they are not responding. They are just saying that they have escalated the issue to higher authority. As I have not received any confirmation from delivery department I can not even cancel my order.

Pathetic customer service. My product is not delivered but as per quickr doorstep msg, product is already delivered. Customer service confirmed it's their fault and issue will resolve. I got this refrigerator delivered which is not cooling, done so many complaints to Quikr, customer support but people are not replying and answering they just give me sellers number and said rest is your issue. they had already taken numbers and take a charge a huge commission for the same.

I am Madhav Prajapati, studying here in pune, few days earlier on[protected] i saw a add for a sale of Bulldog puppy and contacted the dealer(PRINCE KINGER) for the puppy. he costed the puppy for 5000/- rs in whicj i paid 2000/-rs advance and the remaining 3000/-rs was supposed to be paid after delivery of the puppy.

We had sold 2 products over quikr this weekend and at the time of sale the buyer paid using quikr, the message received by seller was " the buyer has payed 4000 for your godrej fridge and the amount will be credited once the delivery is done. Please enter your bank details".

On delivery being done, the amount credited was not what was payed by the buyer it was reduced and we received an email stating conveyance...

There's a scam of puppy adoption clamining to be from mumbai. Owner name is donald maxime. Ive done transaction of total 25k including vet fee insurance n everything to be found out that it is a scam. PLease call me back for any further quiries im bringing this to the court. By unusual way I have to report this-
I took quikr RTO service on 1st feb to transfer vehicle RC on my name.
I was amazed with initial calls by quikr MR Ilias was the person and I paid 1400 for this.
I was promised that within 3 days I'll get challan copy and week later original RC.
Now its been more then 20 days.
Ilias is not picking the call.

Quikr marketing representative have called me and told me that if you want to sell your car at your desired price then you have to pay 1999 rupees after payment you will receive calls from buyers and they also promised me if we are unable to sell your car within 15 days your amount will be refunded in your account But they completely cheated me now they are not putting up my calls please help me.....

I paid for Quikr car pre-inspection service in Dec, 2016. Not only you sent me fake reports, you didn't entertain me well when I called customer care. I got to know this when I was myself interested in one of the cars after I got its "Excellent" report. Just by looking at the car I could tell its damages. Its RTO was mentioned wrong on report, the model was mentioned wrong, the damages were not mentioned and what not. When I asked about this...

I have received horrible experience from quikr rto for the fc certificate. I had made the payment on december 20th and cancelled the service on jan 20th and had received my documents. I have asked for the refund a month ago and they say that the refund is processed but till now i have not received it.

Note : please do not use quikr rto service in the future as they block your money and wont refund the payment for unknown reason....
