I posted a premium ad on Quickr. Shortly after that they called me and communicated that they will sell my products for me and assured me that the sell for you service is good and will get the job done. They also gave me a phone number to get in touch with them. The people I spoke to were Bunny (phone number [protected]), Vinod and and a very rude manager named Ganesh. They took the money from me and stated that within 7-8 days they will have all my products sold. This was communicated on the 25th of February. I also told them that I was leaving the country and it was urgent. Yesterday on Monday I received an email saying that my ad has expired and is in the free catagory. When I called them and asked them about this, the people there had no idea as to what was going on, they couldnt even get in touch with Bunny and Vinod who I had spoken to earlier. The manager Ganesh was very rude and stated that I was changing statements and hung up on me. He basically called me a liar. Here I am after 9 days posting about their incompetent behaviour and clueless efforts in helping me. Now I am completely screwed because I trusted Quickr.

Was received and i paid rs 800 +rs1600 for adv in six cities but even after 15 days, no adv is showing in any of the cities for sale of soda plant

I have Sold my sofa (ad id[protected] for Rs13500, they are now paying only Rs 13166 and deducting Rs 334 for delivery charges. On calling customer care they say I can claim Rs 334 from buyers but Quikr will not refund or add to my amount as per policy. The person confirmed this is a recent policy only.
This is fraud when they publicise heavily on free delivery and pickup.

I sell my iphone 5c and buyer also received that.
Pickup is scheduled on 1st march and my phone is pickup on 2nd march from my home and delivered to buyer on 3rd march. I also received a sms from quickr that is "we have initiated your payment into your bank account".
Buyer is fully satisfied with mobile.

But till now my payment is not credit to my bank account.

Kindly look forward into this and do needful asap.

I'm shubham pal, of delhi. I posted an ad for rent of my commercial property.Then i recieved their call, to make premium on my ad. i paid 2000.INR as the premium.Then i searched for my ad from my friends computer, searched alot but didnt got it .according to the premium my ad will be displayed in top 8 position all over the delhi, NCR. then i tried to contact the quikr on their toll free no. they told me that u will recieve a call shortly.But i recieved no call from them. So shamed of quikr that they are providing such a poor service. They are making fool of their customers, by not making them aware of their terms and conditions.Kindly take strict action otherwise refund the money.

Quikr Ad Id 55965 regarding Samsung split ac New. Paid amount to A/c number [protected](IFSC) Vijaya Bank(LalRinkima Paite VIJB 0001412)two times as requested . Contacted me through mobile numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected]. After that the numbers are switched off. From August 2016 no communication and item not delivered. Payment confirmed by them.

I have see one ad in Qukir and after that made payment to quikr.
After that i have given call to quikr before pickinng call please check properly.
Ensure that it should be iphone only.
But they haven't checked send to me.
I got product, i have checked it. Its an clone product.
i have informed to delivery guy, i don't want this.But that guy told have word with customer care they will arrange return pick up.
I have given call to them, they told, we will keep payment on hold.
I have given call couple of times, whether money has on hold or not.
I kept conference call with seller and Customer care executive (John).
Seller accepted, he sent wrong product to me.
We came to conclusion as i am going to send the product in courier service and then quikr executive will refund my money back.
Afte that i got call, i got call like money has been release to him.
i have given call john, he is saying keep the product with you only.
They kept on hold but automatically money got released to seller.

Here i want to know like " what's the purpose of holding the money"

Total i have paid 16549 with syncNscan Warranty

I purchased a sofa cum bed from quicker and paid more than 300 rs. For delivery in addition to its cost and that too for delivery in the same city. 3 days after the payment I got to know from the seller that only 2 ppl came to receive a sofa cum bed of 6" by 6" and since they could not carry it delivery was re-scheduled for the next day. Quicker also assured the seller as well me that they would b sending 4 people and by next day it will be delivered. But again they sent only 2 people and asked the seller to arrange extra manpower. This was really embarrassing as the seller also pays some amount of the price to quicker. Quicker charges from buyer as well as from seller and this is the service they are providing. Taking so long to refund the amount if the delivery gets cancelled, taking so long to deliver items within the same city, communicating over phone that issue will be resolved but no response after that, taking customers for granted and the list goes on.

I bought a product with Ad Id :[protected] from quikr on 26th Feb 2017. The delivery was scheduled on 27th Feb in between 1 pm to 4 pm by Quikr.
But it has not been delivered yet. If I am calling them, they are not responding. They are just saying that they have escalated the issue to higher authority. As I have not received any confirmation from delivery department I can not even cancel my order.
They are not specifying any reason for the delay and not scheduling the delivery as well.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I had posted my premium add for my Chimney few days ago. But, today I was informed that it was removed as it should be under "home-kitchen". This is wrong as I had specifically selected "Chimney and hobs" section under Kitchenware-Home & Lifestyle. And no one ever replies to texts made under the "Contact us" query section. I think no ever check the queries which are send to quickr. Please kindly help me with my concern.

I would like to inform you that i had placed the order for the above-mentioned add id on quikr. But later it was cancelled from your end without any information given to me. I called to quikr and buyer both regarding the same matter and both were agreed that “it was not cancelled from my buyer” so i demanded my money back but sometimes told me that it was cancelled by me. And other time it is being told that due to my reluctant it was cancelled and i am responsible.

Sir i would like to inform you that once i paid for it and if there is no communication from me then it’s your responsibility to deliver the product in mentioned address but it didn’t happen so, i request you please refund my money.

This is to inform you that i had already registered a complaint regarding the same to national consumer and my docket no. Is 175974. Further, i will approach to consumer court if don’t get my money back.

Pathetic customer service. My product is not delivered but as per quickr doorstep msg, product is already delivered. Customer service confirmed it's their fault and issue will resolve. But no response even after follow up. Fake commitments. My product id is[protected]. Very poor service and bad experience with company. Numerous follow up done but issue unresolved as if they don't care at all

I got this refrigerator delivered which is not cooling, done so many complaints to Quikr, customer support but people are not replying and answering they just give me sellers number and said rest is your issue. they had already taken numbers and take a charge a huge commission for the same.

No customer support and i have a refrigerator to which i paid 3329 rs. for no use.
No solution has been provided for the same. nor the seller is answerable to calls

I am Madhav Prajapati, studying here in pune, few days earlier on[protected] i saw a add for a sale of Bulldog puppy and contacted the dealer(PRINCE KINGER) for the puppy. he costed the puppy for 5000/- rs in whicj i paid 2000/-rs advance and the remaining 3000/-rs was supposed to be paid after delivery of the puppy.
The dealer (PRINCE KINGER) transisted the puppy to the shipping agency named UNITED SHIPPING AGENCY.
After transit the shipping agency mailed me to pay 1000/- rs for the insurance of the puppy in which 9800/- rs were refundable.
After one night of this payment the demanded 25000/- rs in which 5000/- rs was for thwe rent of the crate for the puppy and 20000/- rs was for collateral. I paid all this money to their bank account and they assured me to deliver the puppy next morning on[protected].
Now since yesterday i am calling the agency but they are not giving any proper reply nd they said that the puppy is missing from them, and when i asked them to refund my money back they are saying you havew to wait 48 hours (2DAYS) until they find the puppy.
But today i called them they were not even replying and talking properly and saying that your money will take 60-120 days (2-3 MONTHS) to refund.

But as i have purchased the same now he is not picking up my any call and not replying my calls and my ads are not posting.

They have deputed Shanaz for posting my ads and she have posted 8-10 ads now she is also not replying my calls i have complaint to customer care since 7 days back but till date i am suffering.

As their customer care person also BS. they also do not reply well.

Now i request you to kindly intervene my issue.

As such i request every body pls do not purchase any ad pack from quikr.

Hi,

We had sold 2 products over quikr this weekend and at the time of sale the buyer paid using quikr, the message received by seller was " the buyer has payed 4000 for your godrej fridge and the amount will be credited once the delivery is done. Please enter your bank details".

On delivery being done, the amount credited was not what was payed by the buyer it was reduced and we received an email stating conveyance has been reduced and 3761 is credited. The same happened to both products with no prior information, only info we received was after the shipment got delivered to the customer.

On calling the customer care, we got the below answers

Nandini (customer care level 1) : You saw this issue is because your invoice was not generated at the time of sale.You go directly check with the buyer to get your money, we cant do anything.

Punith ( customer care level 2 supervisor) : This is a new feature in quikr, you did not receive the message as this was not introduced, we cannot do anything once the product is sold.

We have lost 600rs by selling 2 products on quikr and we were not even informed by a message or email by quickr until the product was delivered. Th e customer care is giving us very arrogant answers and we are in a total helpless state.

NOTE : the buyer paid 4340 and quikr charged 340 from buyer for conveyance and sent message to seller 4000 will be credited and at the time of delivery being done we receive message stating conveyance deducted and reduced amount has been credited.

We sold our product with the assumption we are being payed this much amount ( and charged very minimal for a high priced product and finally once everything is done without information quikr reduced money).

Resolution / help needed : Pay us back the conveyance which was charged, or give us back the product we sold.

There's a scam of puppy adoption clamining to be from mumbai. Owner name is donald maxime. Ive done transaction of total 25k including vet fee insurance n everything to be found out that it is a scam. PLease call me back for any further quiries im bringing this to the court. Have to take legal action against this scam. Please reply or call me as soon as you can. Any information on the address would help me back my money and for the police to find out. I have done transactions in Quikr but this is the first time im getting scammed like this. Please help me.
