The commited amount by quikr is 5000 out of which 199 is convenience fee taken by Quikr.

1. without informing quikr charged 199 from me for selling the item. this was never informed to me while posting or updated me during the process. it was also not mentioned anywhere till i accepted the offer. this is cheating. when we talked to customer care they mentioned that since the policy changes happen very frequently they will not be update those to customers.

I realized the product is faulty as its battery, charger and cable are not working properly. I have paid 7679/- through Quickr for the product Motorola g4 plus. I did not receive any email regarding this and the details about the delivery of the product. The order section in my account is also empty. I suggest Quickr to update me about the situation and delive my product to me as soon as possible or refund the full amount to my bank account....
