On 18th January 2017 I posted a premium ad on quikr.com.The product I was selling was a graphic card.The name of the product - ASUS Strix GTX 970 OC Edition with the AD ID[protected].I had made an initial payment of 230 INR as this was the fee for the premium ad.On the second day of posting the ad i.e 20th January 2017 I was contacted by a quikr agent saying that if I make an additional payment of 750 INR my product will be sold within 7-10 days.I was given a guarantee by the agent and the agent gave me his personal number i.e [protected].For the first couple of days there was constant communication with the agent via phone calls and whatsapp messages.Then after the guarantee period was over and the product wasn't sold, the agent stopped answering my calls.After trying for many days a person picks up the call and claims to be the agent's brother and says the agent isn't feeling well and told me to call after 2 days.So out of courtesy I didn't call him for a couple of days and after a couple of days when I am calling him he is not picking up my calls at all.When contacted quikr they are saying they dont provide any guarantee and when I told them that their agent had given me guarantee they are asking me for proof.How can I provide proof if it was on a phone call? I sincerely hope I get justice and get the refund of 750 INR.

    Recently as on 10/11/2016 I booked pest control name as Self Pest Control through quikr services. As i planned to take for one year contract so i took quarterly program from company. Next scheduled for service was due so I tried to call them for appointment but no response coming from any contact details given to me. I feel cheated and would like to know how quikr promote fraudulent services without any proper identification of company. Also the company took advance balance as they didn't have change due to demonitisation. I would like to launch complaint against quikr for not following professional way to register a company for services and customer get cheated in between.

      I purchased Wooden Baby cot from quickr through so called doorstep service on 28th Jan 2017 in the morning.They said that it be delivered 30th Jan 2017 between 10AM to 1PM.Transaction status showed that product is not pickup from seller, I called quickr they said that it will be deliver by tomorrow.Today is 1st Feb 2017, still I am getting the same reply that they escalated my issue to team, and my product will be deliverd as soon as possible.In between I called seller too, selller is really disappointing from the service, quickr is replied her the same.I called quickr around 10 times, and they are saying if I will request for cancelling the transaction of Rs. 8000 they will charge me.This is the exploitation of the customer.This is first and last time, I deal with quickr, after this, I will never even open the site quickr for any product.I will purchase by giving double rate, but will never pay them a penny for doorstep.It's really shocking that the name quickr is behaving like fraud company.In our country for purchasing used products, we have two names in our mind, olx and quickr.I guess olx is better because atleast if it is not proving doorstep because it is not started and not have experience so not making the public fool.Quickr makes us fool with brand name.Disgusting.

        I had made paid an amount of Rs 3800 to quikr after receiving a proposal from quikr regarding a package for posting my ad.

        I have made the payment and I am awaiting the invoice and link activation. I had specifically mentioned that the same must be sent to my email ID

        Though there was great interest from quikr to have us take the package I sense a lax in the response time once the payment was made.

        I have only recieved an sms stating the premium ad pack has been activated

        I am unable to see my ad on the quikr website inspite of making the payment

          My Ad_ID[protected] . Transfer payment of ₹6199. The payment id for this payment is [protected]. I received the call from quikr saying that . I have to cancel my order as they don't deliver the doorstep delivery to intercity and that too for heavy product. So same day I cancelled the order. It's been 20 days up in have not received the refund. I am calling customer service everyday everything they are giving some other reason.             It's been more than a month, and quikr has yet not given the money(INR 4500) for a sold item. In addition to that there was a cash back of INR 200 which has also not been initiated. It's feels like quikr is more of a scam than a company. Every time they say they will escalate the matter but in all in vain. It's a ###### hopeless company who are nothing more than a bunch of thieves.

              I am a seller..from Pune and haven't received any message for delivery charge ..nothing is updated on app and website..you guys are looting your customers..I have sold my almirah ..and you charged rs600 for transporting it to buyer. When I called customer care they are saying sorry that ..as the app n Websites is not updated..so how can you charge your customer..when nothing is mentioned in T&c...but customerservice says we cannot refund your money.                 They have fake adds. Seller took money and dint provide product. Ge blocked our contact numbers. Be aware of adds posted. Even after complaints quikr won't remove fake adds worst customer service. They can't even verify seller. They don't deactivate fake accounts. It's just an easy platform for frauds. Don't order through quikr. They will not deactivate fake accounts so be carefully before you book something.

                Quikr has made a business of accepting payment and keeping it in their account for atleast 7-10 days for none available products. I would suggest everybody not to use and trust quikr for payment. Better to deal directly with the people who own the product/service. We made the payment for table which was only available virtually. Never trust them

                  I bought a bedset with space via quikr doorstep service on 18/Jan/2017 and was delivered on 23/Jan/2016 (Ad ID :[protected]. The item was a bedset which was delivered to me in a disassembled state. I had spoken to the seller prior to the delivery and he had clearly told me that the bolts to reassemble the bed was separately packed and handed over to the guy who picked the item. So upon inspection the bolts were missing. I had raised the same concern to the delivery person. He spoke with someone on the phone and ensured me that he himself would deliver it the very next day. I called him regarding the same the next day and I was told that he'll be coming, but he never came. It has been a week almost. The item is useless with out the bolts and lying in my home. Please make them deliver the missing item as soon as possible.

I was clearly told that the package will include RTO services after the car is sold. Additionally he also inflated my car price to 9.5 lacs to lure me to buy the package.                       First of all sorry to say its a very very bad experience with quikrr.
                      I never in my life have had this extend worst experience with any other company.
                      The above mentioned add is for sale of wooden cot.
                      The commited amount by quikr is 5000 out of which 199 is convenience fee taken by Quikr.
                      So remaining amount of 4801 should be credited to my bank account.
                      But they credited only 4551.
                      When I followed up multiple times(that's another pain, as no authorized executives to give solution), they said the remaining amount will be credited to my paytm account by 23/01/2017.
                      Its already 25/01/2017, still no updates.
                      I tried calling them, but no response

                      I know this might not be the right forum to msg, but I believe one should know that quikr doesn't deliver to what they promise, they take money from customers and cancel purchases of there own without informing Seller or the buyer.The reason cited is equally funny, its that the quikr logistics not capable enough to ship the product.All tall claims that been advertised falls flat.Hope this msg will help in improving the services and will help customer like us to regain the trust again.                         Dear sir//madam my name is naveen, I sold my phone (iphone 6 16 gb) through quikr doorstep on 18-Jan-2017 (wednesday) which was picked by Quikr executive.

                        I was guaranteed a price of 20, 727, no payment was done on the spot, I was told that Quikr transfers amount o[censored]pto rs.20, 000 only through paytm and beyond 20, 000 payment will be done by online transfer to bank account.

                        I am provided with an invoice of rs.20, 727 and was promised payment to bank by saturday of that week (i.e. 21-Jan-2017). I have updtaed them my bank details to the mail id provided by quikr.

                        I didnot receive the payment of rs.20, 727 as promised by quikr on saturday..When I spoke to the customer care executive on saturday they informed me that accounts section will be not be working on saturdays and sundays and my payment will be made on monday.

                        When I called the customer care support on Monday (23-Jan-2017) they are saying that I did not provide my bank details. I have an entire record of the mails I sent to quikr and the invoice provided by Quikr.

                        Kindly look into the issue and help me get my payment done at an earliest.

                        It is clear that Quikr support doesn't pay heed to customers grievances...The support team neither responded by call or mail. I have been calling the customer support every day regarding my grievance and I have been given the same answer, we are initiating your payment, you will receive UTR No. by the end of day.

                        And when I call the team again they say we are facing technical issues...When Quikr have so many technical issues why post ads, guarantee prices, pick items from customers and do business. When I call Quikr support they respond saying tomorrow is republic day and banks don't function, the next day friday then again saturday and sunday(non-functioning days). Again I need to call on Monday and the process repeats.

                        It is high time severe action and stringent norms to be initiated against firms like these.

                          I had purchased a bed set - product id[protected] the delivery slot was for 12:26 - 3:26 pm, but however, the product was deliverd to me at 12 am; which is so damn not delivery ethics. Anyway, the delivery man was very persistent in getting pod papers signed; which i signed. I was late to reach out to him when i found out the product was in a bad condition as there was no light to even inspect the product at the middle of the night. - he was already gone - when asked him come back and take back the product he said i can't do that, instead call the customer care to resolve the issue. The product is a garbage - cracked everywhere, nails sticking out, mattress ripped open all sides. Total piece of garbage, i feel like i've been cheated here. I kindly request you'll take strict action against quikr for being so irresponsible in delivering the product and also for being so bad in customer relations - i literally had to call several times to get to the right person and get a solution.                               I have ordered iphone 7 on january 7 2017. The client contact number is [protected]. I have received rose colour mobile but i have ordered gold colour. Fingerprint sensor not working. Earphones are not available. Nothing is working in this mobile. Ive spoke to the seller about this but the words he spoke was too arrogant. He doesn't accept his mistake and the quikr guys are also not responding to the problem. They are refusing the complaints issued by the customers.

                                This is to inform you that for ad id[protected] the seller cancelled the request because quikr had problems with manpower and other things to pick up item from seller place, so he cancelled the offer. Refund was initiated on 11th January 2017. Usually within 7 business days refund will be made, but this time its already 10 days over, but still when I checked with bank today, I have not got any refund.

                                First of all there was problem with picking up and now refund is not being made and customer care is telling I have to send PDF format. This is really bugging me.                                   Yesterday the two doorstep staffs had come to pick up my old cupboard. but those staffs were annoyed to pick up because the item was located in the 3rd floor and without the lift. thats why they were searching for making excuses and cancel the item. they said this cupboard looks old and rusting . as in the photos also the rusting is seen but there is not too must rust. he asked me if i have talked with buyer. i said no i haven't . then he called buyer and said that product is defective and keys are also not working but the truth is key is in fine condition too. my request to quikr plz then you should say we cant do the pick up. you should not say that the product is damaged. i'm not satisfied with the quikr

                                    Guessing by the magnitude of the quickr online market place I trusted on it like any other person. What I thought to be a hassle free service turned out be an never ending nightmare.
                                    Coming to the main point .
                                    I booked an Rto service from quikr.com the guy(fraud) called me up asked for my details which I provided along with pan card details. He asked to make a payment of the service amount which I did in a jiffy! ( expecting a trouble free result). After a few days I called up the guy and asked bout the DL he said he will dispatch it that day itself! Days past, amount paid but didn't hear from him again. Tried calling him up like 100 times. Then he blocked my phone. So unable to contact anymore.

                                    The money I paid is my hard earned money. And services like quikr without checking the authenticity allow anyone to post anything I creating a pain than cannot be cured! I thought and believed quikr to be a peoples app but it turned out to be a nightmare for me.

                                    I would request quikr team to look into this issue and provide me some closer and bare the charges of my loss!

                                    Worst customer service i have ever seen.
                                    They cheaters so do not get trapped stay away. They are not returning money though almost 70 days passed (they mentioned in the mail that it will take 12 to 15 working days) which they promissed for the service and later denied and showed that they are not able to provide service.                                       1. without informing quikr charged 199 from me for selling the item. this was never informed to me while posting or updated me during the process. it was also not mentioned anywhere till i accepted the offer. this is cheating. when we talked to customer care they mentioned that since the policy changes happen very frequently they will not be update those to customers.
