I had ordered for teak wood single cot on Quikr on 28th MArch 2017.
Quikr delivery person called me on phone and telling that the product i have ordered is replaced by miss with some damaged product in the Quikr store room and he will deliver the same to me.
First of all the delivery was scheduled on 30th March 2017 and from that day the delivery of the product is postponed every day and after all these days, today, i.e on 4th April 2017 the delivery person is directly telling that the product is exchanged by miss in the Quikr store room with some damaged product and he will deliver same.

    Hello, i have purchased a refurbished mobile from www.quikr.com. The mobile is htc one m8 32gb excellent condition(pic1 invoice) order id 10230709 and suborder id:364300 but i have received a 16gb version of the fair condition model(pic2). The reason for mentioning excellent and fair condition is included in the third pic(pic3).
    According to quikr excellent phone condition should have micro dents, micro scratches and micro paint peel but the phone i have received has a big visible Scratch on the back(pic4).
    I feel like i have been cheated and mislead into buying a 16gb priced mobile at the cost of 32gb priced mobile. The price difference between the two is approx 1900INR. I contacted quikr on the day of receiving the mobile March 30 2017. They said they would contact me within 24 working hours but nobody has contacted me. After 24 working hours i called them and the said they are still processing my replacement request and i asked them to escalate to their supervisor Mr.Dadajhan. Mr.Dadajhan has patiently listened to my problem and said he would initiate a replacement but as i had seen many bad reviews on replacement policy i rejected that and asked them to compensate the remaining amount of 1900INR which i felt i was forced to pay through their wrong listing which lead me to buy this mobile. Because of their bad replacement polices i requested them to reimburse only the exact amount 1900INR i paid more. But they flatly denied saying "Its not possible". I also told them the reason why im not happy to send the item back because of the bad reviews where people have not received the refund or replacement even after 2-3 months.
    Lastly today at April 4 5:34 pm the quikr team contacted and said they couldn't help me in this matter. I feel cheated because of the callous way quikr is responding, I'm emotionally physically drained with the amount of time i invested on this. I want people to see this and be aware of how quikr can mislead them too. i just want quikr to notice this and hope it would provide me a solution. And also take up their Quality check seriously and wouldn't be careless to list misleading information causing significant financial loss and emotional disturbance.

      As per taking harshit Chauhan 21st Feb and he said ur car will be sold in 30days if not than refund amount I sent him email too and Quikr department too no buddy answer me I want my amount back

      I have invoice for paid that amount I m attached here for invoice copy

      I tired 100x quikr but not respond or disconnect call and not get poorly answer I send email to admin department and his employees too but still not any reply from him since last 10days

      I m expecting very soon fix my issue

        Hi, i ordered auto revuenon 50mm f1.9 pentax k mount prime dslr lens manual mode (Ad id[protected]. The lens was delivered to me on 22nd march'17. On opening the packet i realized that there were following problems with the lens: 1) the lens delievered was chinon make instead of auto revuenon. 2) the delivered lens has fungus and haze. I raised the issues with the customer support of quikr twice but was advised to speak to the seller which i cannot as seller is not responding me.

            I put otp from buyer and my bank account details but quikr did not send the payment to my account even after 2 weeks.
            Ad id[protected] from 26 march 2017 i am waiting for pickup the product from my destination but quickr did not came to pick up till now, i called no. of times to customer care to get check but again and again they are rescheduling, such a unprofessional behaviour from company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

              Again I'm launching this complaint regarding pest control services provided by Quikr online platform. Please beware this company so called Self Pest control Dwarka based in New Delhi. They provide full year contract to customer on pest control at job site. After first vist they provided pest service and took whole contract money for whole year and then their contact number gets not reachable. This is fake service and no regulations has been taken by quikr to post genuine company on site.

                I placed an order of a study cum book shelf atr quickr doorstep on and made full payment of rs.1662 against the order on 15th mar, 2017.
                At the time of delievery the transportation partenerdescribed the product not being in a good condition due to which cancellation of the product was processed.I was confirmed full repayment of the money i had paid, and have the receipt of both order and cancellation on 16th Mar 2017.
                Since then I've been following up with the customer care through mail and through calls but nothing is being done.They are saying the refund is made but are not providing any transaction id or uid to me .Continuous denial to my issue is being done at the vendors end.I am hereby also providing the details of the order:

                  This morning I got a SMS from quikr containing OTP for registration which I never did any registration on that site and neither shared that OTP with anyone. After that started getting messages from the company that Mr XYZ replied on your ad. There were around 10 messages I received in 1 hour. I tried to reach out their customer care but nobody answered. Please take strict action on such companies for opting these kind of cheap activities.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    This is to bring to your kind notice the product associated with AD ID is yet to be delivered to my doorstep.
                    Few concerns which I have highlighted to the customer care numbers:
                    1. False information like:- Seller is not picking up the call as a result scheduling is taking time.
                    2. You never tried to contact me although I was receiving messages that i am not picking up the calls.
                    3. The product was supposed to be delivered on 30th Mar, 2017 after many follow up calls from my side. Although it was undone.
                    4. I spoke to the scheduling team today and they have informed me that delivery is possible only on 1st April, 2017.
                    5. Every time whenever I spoke to the customer care you told me that the scheduling team will contact you within half an hour. But it never happened.
                    6. Puneet from delivery team had assured that if the product is not delivered on 30th March then I will get the refund but there is no action been taken.

                    Please help to schedule a time by 11am-12pm today.

                        I was contacted by quite services many times, asking me to register paying an amount of 2000, post which I will be provided a job at HDFC.

                        I registered paying an amount of 1500.

                            Purchased two single beds and made my payment through quikr gateway. My Ad id was[protected]. I also availed the quickr doorstep delivery option and paid for the same. Now the quickr management held my money and rescheduled the delivery more than 4 times. this situation remained for more than 8 day and at the end of such harrassment, the logistic division from the Quickr team call and intimates that they are cancelling the order. Now not only i was fooled by them for whole week but also they held my money for more than 15 days with them. Therefore i want to demand compensation from the company.

                              I have ordered an Iphne 6s first copy on 11.03.17 through quikr for RS.5826.00. I made the payment throught my credit card. But they returned the product to the seller reasoning that it cn't be delivered on the address of the buyer. The seller who was a nice person, immediately informed me. I contacted the customer care & they assured me to return the money. But its 29.03 17 today and i have not received my money yet. Now they are not even replying to my emails. Please help me in this regard.

                                    Hello sir,
                                    I purchased Quikr database services for a year in the cost of 26500 INR. As per the Quikr policy I paid by payu link 13, 250 INR during starting and provided a cheque of 13, 250 INR on the same time .As per the words the sales person gave us the surety that I will extend the period of next payment but provide me a cheque of 25 march 2017 and even I received a mail with the validity of 45 days on 17 Feb 2017.

                                    Now Quikr stopped our services on[protected] without any prior mail or intimation.
                                    I have waste my 3 days on Quikr customer care, but till now no resolution.plz resolve it asap.i want action against them asap.
                                    I waste a lot of time on Quikr and got frustrated with their services.

                                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                      I had ordered for an Apple Iphone 6, ID 10230486 on 23rd March 2017. Shamefully and unfortunately, I've received a much lower version of the phone i.e. Apple Iphone 5C. The IMEI No. of the product is [protected]. Below are the images attached of the wrong product. I would appreciate if the action is taken immediately. It is a shame how websites can't run properly. Truly a bad experience of online shopping. I would want some help against this site, so that my money is refunded.

                                        I've sold my sofa set including table on quikr but the buyer doesn't buy it after reaching the product there because the people who came here to pick it up didn't handle it with care this leads to breaking of the set and now quikr making excuses day by day and doesn't come here to return the product on the decided time daily and delayed it since 15
