Sir, I booked one study cum computer table on 17th dec-15, and quikr has sent me a link to make payment to get delivery of that particular item before saying quikr u will get your delivery at your door step but as I made payment of rps 4000 on 17th Dec, nobody confirmed me about item delivery and when I tried to reach them through there customer care no. They start plying with me by saying your item is reached to our warehouse you call them I called to their warehouse then they said talk to quikr customer care and this same thing doing with me from last 6 days nobody is confirming me about delivery and when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money then they are saying it will take another 8 to 10 days, even while talking to them they are not giving any satisfied answer even they are not bother to call me any time I only calling them which is very difficult to get connect with quikr`s customer care executive ...     Sir I am writing this to inform a problem that happened to me while subscribing tv online in quicker as it can happen to anyone . I had seen a deal in quicker regarding a 60 inch tv for sale fresh piece with warranty with 30, 000 Rs . I have sent this person an SMS and he replied via a call We made a deal with a 65 inch tv and a home theatre for 37 000, gross total amount . The person seems to be so convincing and i thought from his chat like to be gentle. she used to inform all ware-abouts and transfer details all along. So as per her reguest Since he needed a deposit of 12, 000 rs as initial payment before transfer, i sent it out and received a sale invoice within 30 minutes, which i have attached The deal was to get 25oooo on arrival of the product next day at 2.30 pm. But next morning another guy named kumar (who said to be transporting the TV ) called me and asked he had some issues with customs and since was a 65 ! need customs clearance ( 25000) . (his no is [protected] ) I did not agree with that that it was the deal to deliver and pay... Then he said that e was struck in cochin and need the deal amount paid, so that i did not pay the rest and he can go, and i did not agree with that for 2 days Since after 2 days i thought to get him the amount so that he can get things done smoothly, so i delivered the money yesterday at 8 pm via ATM transfer and he called to reply that he received the same. The delivery is supposed to be done at 11 am and he was answering the call till 10.30 pm after which he stopped answering the call also i tried to contact the lady who was the dealer multiple times but all invain I think i am cheated and lost the money Can you do anything about it I am attached a copy of deal My name Dr Sajith Sebastian Resident DNB internal medicine Anathapuri hospital, chacha bypass road Tvm

    Some one today called in morning as was from quiker and wants my money paid back, but he needed a deposit of 7000 instead i did not believe him and asked for a reference mail.


    Is that some sort of a joke ...

    he didn't turned out any remarks after all. i tried to call quiker several times but i am so sad to say customer service is so pooor...and non informative

    i am deciding to file a cyber crime complaint if i dont receive the product by tommorow

        The company collected payment from the buyer for a couple of items sold to a buyer through their website claiming that they will disburse the amount to the seller within 2 working days after the logistics team has delivered the product. It has been already 10 days and the company is not transferring the amount to me who is the seller of the product. The 2 Ad IDS are as under - AD ID[protected] for Double Bed AD ID[protected] for Glass Centre Table The total payment is about Rs. 10, 000.               Its been close to a month since I have sold a product worth Rs.12500/. Till date i have received only Rs.1250/ in my account. Have been calling Quikr support for past 3 weeks everyday but its baffling that they are not helping even a bit. Everytime I get a different response from them. Have sent multiple reminders/emails to [protected]@quikr.co.in with my detailed bank statement but yet to get a response for that as well.

              Unwanted SMSs being sent by Quikr

              Hi,

              I am receiving SMS from quikr regarding items for sale, I don't know Why.

              I have sent request messages " STOP HL" twice to stop it on no.[protected] .

              Despite of sending various mails/SMS requesting to stop, I am still receiving same bothering mesages
              .

                Hi Team My name is Pravin Tiwari (Managing Director) of Futurz Job ([protected]) would like to lodge a complain about Quikr.com for making fraud with their customers. I bought quikr database pack for a month for Rs.3500/- that expired on 5th December 2015. I got a series of sales call from quikr for the renewal of the same but I told them that I need a discount. One Advisor named Alkesh Sawant agreed to give a discount of 500 rupees. He sent me a link for paying Rs.3000/- when I insisted for payment through cheque he told me that it will take two days' time, for immediate activation I need to pay it online and I payed it on 14th December . As soon as I payed and gave him the transaction number he stopped responding from then, I called him many times but he just rejected it by sending sms "I'll call u later" I rang his phone hundreds of time in two days then he responded on 16th and told that after a verification call database will be activated . I got a verification call from a lady named Zaveria, she told me that I am opting a database for Nashik, I denied as I wanted it for Mumbai. Alkesh called me and told that he is activating Nashik Database with almost 70% reduced mailers and views to enable that Rs.500/- discount. I insisted that I want Mumbai database he told me to pay Rs.500/- more and sent a link of Rs.500/- I payed that amount immediately on 16th and he promised to activate the database the same day, but again he started rejecting my call after making the payment. He also told me to say yes for Nashik database and he will provide me internally mumbai database by setting but I denied for the same. I told him that I will not agree for any other database on verification call. As I called him continuously his friend picked the phone and told me that activation will be done in morning due to system failure. I waited till 12 O'clock on 17th i.e. yesterday and called Alkesh, again he started rejecting my calls. Today itself I made a call by 10:00 AM and again he rejected my call, then I decided to file a complain against him. So this is purely cheating, Quikr is doing this illegally and this is fraud which Quikr employees are doing on the behalf of Quikr. I have also attached a invoice in which I had made payment to Quikr India Private limited. If I will not get a solution within 2 days I will pass the same escalation email to the CEO of Quikr and also file a fraud complain against the company and take this issue in court, media. I will surely make sure that the people come to know how Quikr is illegally functioning and it will surely impact the market value of the company. So you can assume this email as the documentation email and after two days I will lodge a complain against quikr if I will not receive any solution.                 Never have I felt so irritated and baffled by any other customer service like Quikr. For the past 1 month, I have been calling them since I had sold a product for Rs.12500/ and only Rs.1250/ got deposited in my account.                 Escalation: Delivery Issue - Ad I'd[protected]

                I purchased the product for the Ad I'd is[protected] for which I have made payment of Rs:12500 on 09.04.2016. After which I got a call from Quikr and my delivery was scheduled for Sunday and same time the seller was informed that product will be picked on Sunday morning and delivered Sunday evening. But no calls nothing till Sunday night .Monday morning I called and the delivery was rescheduled for but same thing happened on Monday as well. After that I called so many times to quikr doorstep and Quikr Delivery support centre but every-time I got the same excuse that Bangalore operations is having some issue and my order will be delivered within 24 hours but till today I didn't received the product. This is really cheating customers. It's 6 days over.
                I am Really frustrated with the Quikr service . I have not seen such pathetic service ever before. Very poor delivery and customer service.
                Got to know from seller and email confirmation from Quikr on 13/04 2016 product has picked up from seller location ( Quikr shipment partner with Mobile No:[protected] picked the product from seller location) but still it’s not delivered.
                Where is the product which I paid for? Request you to take necessary action to deliver product today
                If Bangalore operations are having such issues why don't they shout down it.

                Hi i had conversation with deepak and kavitha regarding database activation.i have been taking database more than one year in this time i paid 6468 rs on 07jun2017 for database renewal deepak told me package will be activated 24 to 48 hours but more than an week it isn't activated yet, if i phone them they told me their superior didn't give approval that's why getting late if not ready to activate means you must return my payment when i was paid, if there is no way to give approval means they will be refund my money when they get the order form then why did they taking too long to ans this issue.today morning i called again to deepak but kavitha attend him phone she said you have to wait i don't know how long it will take to activate and our superior didn't give any response they didn't tell how it will get approval. is this proper way to earning money from people who give rights to waste the time of customer????, Why did you delay to activate the process ??? you must inform before the payment got from us. Publish your database payment range openly each executive told us different type of payment method for same database.

                Very bad service from Quikr. I posted an add on Quikr on 21/7/2017 and immediately got call from Quikr saying to make my Add as premium. She explained me a lot and at-last convinced me to purchase me the package by paying rs. 1450 online and when i asked me to give some time to think and later payment, she told within 15 min you have to make payment or else the package is going to expire. So i made payment after her assurance that as my iphone was just 1 month old, she will sale it as refurbished mobile with good price and once made payment she will do every possible effort to sale the device as they have some dealers tied up with Quikr who will buy the item soon without any bargaining. So after all this story from her, i made payment of rs.1450. and also she assured me to call her on her office land line. but she never accept the call after that. I made biggest mistake to deal with this fraud company. Definitely i will file consumer case against them, who are cheating with the customer's money.
                is this proper way to earning money from people who give rights to waste the time of customer????, Why did you delay to activate the process ??? when ever i call customer care, they tell tomorrow you will get a call from quikr account manager, which never happened?
                Quikr is running a scam..they collect money in advance for service.. after that you need to chase them.

                  Hi Team, My order is 10036252. I bought iphone 4s 32gb on 7sep2015. it was defective piece so I return the phone in next day.. after a week I got confirmation that my amount will b getting credited into my account. every time quikr executive says in next 2-3 working days you will get the amount. the same dialogue they r saying from sep till now. I have tried to escalate many times but no luck.. I spoke with ankita, ankit, kartik, Ryan.. but they all gave me fake commitment everytime.. it is been 4 months that I have not got the amount.I even email atleast 100 times but no use.. I get reply that concern team will contact u but they never does. they checked my lot of patience. if they don credit my amount soon I will do police complaint because I have proper bill and all call recording... Please resolve my issue...

                  So it's been more than two weeks since I have been looking out for wardrobes on your site and I have had the worst time buying them. Of course you have the details and records of the buyers' purchases, but I still want to make it clear. The first wardrobe I selected on 25th March was accepted by the seller for 4000 rs. The payment was done by me on the same day. I got a confirmation message, mail and call regarding the same. On the day of delivery, I was told that there is some issue and the delivery can't be done. I didn't mind it at all. The other day, I get a message that the order was cancelled and I will get my refund in 5-6 working days. Whereas, I don't know what the reason was, neither did anyone clear it to me. Second time, I had ordered on the 2nd of April. After I made the payment, I didn't get any confirmation regarding the same. Instead, I directly get a call saying that the seller has already sold the wardrobe to someone else but I will get my refund. Now today, this is the third time I am still trying from your site and the same thing happened. Just because my very first purchase of the wardrobe's refund has been done yet, I thought of calling the seller. I come to know that the seller did not cancel the order and neither did he receive the money I paid for his wardrobe.
                  You claim to have the best service. You have radio promotions. You have TV commercials. How can your customer care be so careless and useless. I am an entrepreneur myself and I know how to take care of my customers. My point is, I like a product. I buy a product. And I don't get it. I don't get my money back quickly. What's the use of relying on you? You say "Now just sit back and let Quikr take care of the rest!" This is how you take care?? I am not a billionaire. Even my money counts. That's the reason I'm buying second hand stuff. I could've chose to buy new ones if I could afford. I have had made previous purchases with you and I am quite happy with it. And hence, I choose to stick to you. But not again. I am deeply in need of two wardrobes. But the ones which I like are not available. I am making payments through credit cards and before the bill comes I have already lost almost 10, 000 rs. My transaction will affect because of this. Kindly take this issue forward coz there must many others facing the same. And please try to return all my money done thrice within this week. It's my money I don't want to beg for it. If I don't get it by this week, I will surely file a case against you. I want people to know that you're not that good as you show.

                      I have perchase a phone through quickr on 3 nov 2015 and receive my product on 7 nov 2015.this phone did not reading sim card. i cintact to quickr n send back my phone to quickr for replacwement.they pic my phone on 18 nov 2015. but i am still waiting for my phone.everytime i cll to quickr they says the will send next day.but they dont. please give me my phone or my amount refund.

                      Quikr is bluffing people. Lets go to consumer court. I am also cheated by Quikr. It's be more than 39 days I have not received replacement of my phone.
                      I am going to gather all the information to take legal action against Quikr India Pvt. Ltd.

                      Ouickr is posting unwanted ads without my permission they are posting ads from my account without my permission because of this i am getting unwanted calls for the ads which i have not posted.

                        I had bought a phone NOKIA lumia from quikr in august and at a very moment II had bought a phone NOKIA lumia 520 (black) from quikr in august and at a very moment I saw the phone was almost damage ( 2 volume key, power key, battery).According to their notice I send this for replacement & the told me that it will replaced within 15 days there I have guarantee period.I give all this with charger and they gave a reverse logistics[protected]/QUIKRLM[protected]. But strange that I often get this product.I call them several times but most of the time they didn't answer and I mailed them.At last they send me a message to get ready with 3000/-.The new order no is 76846.It is so funny that I have to pay two times for a single handset. Now I told boldly to Quikr you cancelled my mobile, if You don't replaced me I must go to consumer court and take a step on you.And tweet this cheating.Like that "BEWARE TO BUY FROM QUIKR, QUIKR CHEAT WITH ME"

                        About a one year passed away they ooften don't give my mobile back i[censored] don't give my mobile back I just go to the consumer court, they take all the assoseries with this handset all this with charger and they gave a reverse logistics[protected]/QUIKRLM 10034494.They gave a reverse logistics but that was with out date, sign, there after they wanted 3000 for replaced but the condition provide free of cost.there after they don't contact with me
                        I don't wait I just want my monety, I strictly say to your CEO i[censored] don't solve this I go to conuner court, and tweet about your stigmatic working, and go to solve the problem in PMO office

                          Ad ID:[protected] was sold by unreachable buyer's offer today but the buyer's payment did not come to my bank account and not contacted from Quikr service to pick up the sold furniture. At least I had to communicate with the buyer before making offer. I didn't want to let Quikr take away the sale's payment!

                          We had advertised on Quikr for sale of three-
                          seater Sofa-cum-Bed. A buyer met us Souraba Banerjee who saw the furniture and agreed to pay Rs. 10K. He advised that he had paid Rs. 10K to Quikr and Quikr would pick up and pay us. However Quikr has not responded as yet. Someone informed that Quikr will pay 3 days after pick up. Why? Please get back asap.

                            Hi Team, My Add ID#[protected], i have sold out my Split AC 10 days back and i got the mail that Quikr received the money from the buyer. I called up Buyer and they confirmed that they received my Product. It's more than 10 days now I`m chasing for my money and I sent 10 e-mails to email to [protected]@quikr. com and no one take care of it.I called up more than 20-21 times to customer care whatever people are attending the call they don't care about the issues and just keep saying "I will forward your request to concerned team and they will get back" No one has replied to my calls and my complaints and they are not registering any complaint internally and not providing any complaint number for the refund process. I have spent more than Rs.200 in calling to quikr customer care Kindly take action against Quikr. I think this is Fraud company, they will collect the moneys from customers and go away.                                   I had 10 credits for premium adds which I bought from quikr at INR1500. I had to use it in 3 months. I just used 3 adds and added all that adds to automatically debit credit for next month. Then also I could use only 9 credits in next 3 months. But sorry to say quikr cheated on me. In the beginning of next month quikr debited all my rest 7 credits and no premium add is been posted for that 7 credits. I talked to quikr adviser and she told me that is a technical issue and would be resolve in next day. But nothing could be done. Today morning I got call from quikr side and she told me to take another pack so I could get my this 7 seven adds. I just want my 7 unused credits back. Hope to get your positive response ASAP.                                       I have purchased product against Ad ID :[protected]. The product hasn't been delivered and I have been informed that the seller is out of town for a week. I asked the quikr team to refund my money. It's been a week I sent email to [protected]@quikr.com and no one has cared to reply on the progress. Upon calling the customer care whatever people are attending the call they don't care about the issues and just keep rhyming "I will forward your request to concerned team and they will get back" No one has replied to my calls and my complaint and they are not registering any complaint internally and not providing any complaint number for the refund process. Customer care people are such irresponsible people.
