Samsung ua46f5500ar 46" Smart LED - Bangalore : Ad ID:[protected]. i Have made an offer for 30000/- and the seller of this product accepted and i received a link an email from quikr to make a payment. i made the payment online net payment and i received payment confirmation from quikr. I called seller Mobile No.[protected] and One Madam picked up the call and said the product is two years and she has all the bills, Stabilizer, DTH with Recorder, also she said that will give the product after 10-15days i said ok. And suddenly she started demanding more than the accepted Price almost equal to she had quoted. i asked how cum asking more than the accepted price. She said I will not give the product and will tell quikr it’s already sold. i have friends working in quikr they will support me. Today morning as she said quikr person from the Mobile No. [protected] she was Rudely speaking and started telling seller is not willing to give the products what can we do and I request her some one senior to call me. She put the phone down (I think you Quikr to Teach your staff how to speak to Customer also train them ). And after that one more lady called with Mobile No. [protected] she too was very rude / Harsh and started telling what seller said its already Sold what can we do. (I think you people are Partners in doing this Tricks) and I asked her connect call to seniors and put mail explaining the details. She disconnected call. I called her again she disconnected and I sent SMS to call me back. But I never got a call back. I want to know what quikr people up to. There are terms and conditions & policy. Is the way to cheat Customer and my money in quikr account? I need action to be taken against the defrauder sellers.

They sent me a defective product which took 14 days to reach me and then Its been MORE THAN 1 MONTH since i returned the phone and still haven't got my money back. They wont reply to emails correctly or tell me the right date of my money will be returned or not.z I have sent them more than 25 mails and have still not received a proper reply from them.

Hi I have paid for a add pack on quikr.Co.in .customer care executive mrs.reena .on Monday 19th October payment done .and was told next day it will be activted. Till now no response. I have paid to their account amount. And till today no response. Plz reply me soon

I have bought 2 apple iPhone 4...samsung ..lumia 520..sony..iphone 5C..all is duplicate..all is scrap..kabada...no bill .no box..no earphone...only mobile and 1paper..when I Han my mobile I go derive centar shop..he said..body..disply touch..all is duplicate...plzz quikr..of[censored]r company..and go to sleep.. I booked a contract with Quikr India Pvt Ltd. on 15th October, 2015, I purchase a package which cost to me Rs. 1501/- for three months, but their representative select wrong category. I sold my cot on 5th Sep for 2000 and I have still not received the money. The buyer used the quikr delivery option and made an online payment to quikr on 2nd Sep. I then received a mail asking me to enter account details – I provide icici bank account details. The pickup was done on 5th of Sep by Delhivery guys and they gave me a cashback of 250 rupee for using online payment. I have called multiple times now and I have received different responses every time. On 5th Oct, your finance team member Aisha has confirmed that the account number updated is of a citi bank which is not correct. She also confirmed that the bank has returned the amount bank to quikr account.

Hi this person providing fake offer letter and taking money Initially he will ask resume next day he will ask you to attend the telephone interview and he will ask to deposit10k to release the offer. then he will forward one sbi account ; name: Y.radha, acc no.: [protected], and ifc code: SBIN0002733. ofter sending the offer letter he will ask to deposit 10k. His name Rahul, email id is rahul.[protected]@gmail.com. then he won't reply to any call.

There was an ad for a washing machine. Quikr agreed to take responsibility of the cash i give and agreed on free returns if i wasnt satisfied with the product. The seller did not fulfill the whole delivery and kept the pipes and the stand with him. Seller agreed on that day to deliver the pipes but the next day onwards would not answer his phone. Called up quikr and they ask me to buy it on my own. I say in that case i want to return- then they say they have revoked the free return policy.

If this is your work ethic guys, i am disappointed. with the number of complaints I can also guess that my case is not rare.

I purcahsed a Mobile (OnePlus One 64GB) from Quikr X on 02nd Sept 2015 and it was delivered to be on 05th Oct 2015, but i found that the Mobile was defective so requrested Quikr to get it replaced. But after 5 days of repeated calling up their customer service finally they arranged to have it replaced. On 11th Sept 2015 it was returned back via courier and till date i.e. 02nd Oct 2015 I was kept in the dark for almost a month as they said that since we do not have another mobile of the same brand we will issue a refund instead and today being 10th Oct 2015 I have not received a refund as well.

So Kindly ask all people to be careful and do not buy anyting from Quikr X.

Product picked up on 13/09/2015 and delivered to buyer but there is no update of payment of Rs. 600 till date even after email follow up and phone calls. My first experience with Quikr feeling cheated and harassed, feeling cheated. While looking at various same type of post on Facebook, it looks like this company is fraud and unethical.Please look into this.

Quikrx order no[protected] dated 24aug 2015, I recently purchased your product through quikrx and I was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. (recieved in dead condition/screen cracked) I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you. As I stated previously, I have come to expect much more from your products and, therefore, this has been very upsetting for me. If you wish to return to the top of this industry, you will definitely have to improve the quality of your products, as this simply will not cut it in the future.I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back or to have this product replaced with one that works properly.Ac disscussed and confirmed by your conserned support named-ankita and rehaan last week, they both convinced me that ivl recieve my mobile replacement till wednedsday 30 sep 2015. till now there is no response from a conserned officials I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request. Its been almost 13 days(from 18/09/15) i've place an order for an refurbished iPhone 16gb which i found in quikr certified mobiles list and it is still not delivered where the company quotes for a delivery within 4-6 working days. The most disgusting service i have ever experienced and the worst part is when ever i call out for customer care(multiple times) which is not toll free([protected]), those people respond in a bitter way with lack of knowledge and claim to say the product is on the way and some times they say it is just dispatched (where i get a message that the product is dispatched on 25/09/15 i.e., a week later from the day i placed order) and the missed call service claims to be giving a call back will never call you back in the quoted time. I would never ever suggest anyone to opt out a service like Quikr. It is simply reckless and disgusting service one could ever experience.

Someone put my mobile number on Quikr to sell iphone 5s 16GB only Rs.7000. I continuously getting calls from buyer. I am frustrated from those calls. Can you please remove those ad and put some mobile verification mechanism so that only verified user can put their ads. At the moment any one can use quikr to interrupt other. Please consider my suggestion.

Hi Please dont sell any products through quikr i had a worst experience with it. We have posted an ad for washing maching with ad id:[protected]. we spoke to the buyer and he made a payment on 15th sep.(Refer images).they delivered the product on 18th sep to the buyer and the buyer confirmed us as well that they received.. . The quikr people has told us that we will receive the payment in 48 hours after delivery. Till now we are calling customer care and going behind these people (for 11 days called them more than 10 times) they are just providing us an invalid UTR no and asking us to check with bank. we spoke to bank they are saying it is not traceble and not received in my bank. From quikr customer care we are not getting any proper response all are providing the same UTR number saying they have only that staus at their end.Else they have provided 3 mail ids [protected]@quikr.com, quikr.[protected]@quikr.co.in and asked us to drop a mail. Even there we did not get any proper response they have provided the same UTR no(refer images). Also my buyer also droped a mail onbehalf o[censored]s to settle the payment he received a reply which was irrelevent to what he asked for(Refer images). Also the customer care people when we speak they are not providing any solution they are saying we will call u back in 30 min but no response from them

I ordered am mobile on quikr.com on 22nd sep 2015 moto x2nd gen unboxed, the order was placed successfully, till day i have not received that .so today i mailed them how can i track my order than they replied me that "As checked, we can see that currently your order is pending as the mobile phone you requested is currently out of stock. Your order is placed on priority. We will dispatch the mobile phone once it is back in stock" .if the mobile was not in stock than how they can they take an order .and also they confirmed the order and told me that you will receive the mobile in 4 to 5 days .Now i have to facing the problem because of them ..
