I purcahsed a Mobile (OnePlus One 64GB) from Quikr X on 02nd Sept 2015 and it was delivered to be on 05th Oct 2015, but i found that the Mobile was defective so requrested Quikr to get it replaced. But after 5 days of repeated calling up their customer service finally they arranged to have it replaced. My first experience with Quikr feeling cheated and harassed, feeling cheated. While looking at various same type of post on Facebook, it looks like this company is fraud and unethical.Please look into this.
