Same is the case with me. They said new order ID is generated & you will get order delivery within 7 days. Its been 10 days now. Now they dont respond at all. I have been mailing them, calling the CC daily, but no response from their side.
New order id was generated on 3/12/15. Will never buy anything from Quikr again.

Getting a mails from quikr without subscribing

I have written to Quikr that I do not want any mails from them but no action has been taken .. I have written 3 mails but instead of addressing my problem I am given some other statements.. Please help to close this

    Actually i bought iPhone 5 on quikr X on nov 10 (order id[protected] which i din't even use for a day, for requesting on replacement the delivery guy picked my phone on november 13th and calling on 10 to 15 times, quikr team finally created order on nov 30th (new order id[protected] and it as been december 8th still the order as not been dispatched. ( kind request to customer care quikr team to dispatch my order as soon as possible )and for customer not to buy any product from quikr, there service is poor and customer care are irresponsible.i have all voice record of customer care to .. if you need them.

Brand new vaccum cleaner for sale Amount: Rs. 3000 Transaction Mode: Online Payment (Buyer to pay Quikr, Quikr to transfer to my account + Rs. 250 free in PayTM wallet) Initially I received a mail on Oct 31 that the payment has been initiated, but it never came to my bank account and the quikr Customer Care staff were unable to trace the "so Called" Payment reference Number[protected]. Since then, I am sick & tired of chasing Quikr to get the payment. Every time I call, the customer representative gives a new reason. Their Customer Support number is not free and I have spent hours talking to them in futile.. They will swear to god and assure of a call back but not a single time anyone has ever came back with a status update. Last time I called, the CC rep. said that in their system it has been updated that customer has been paid in CASH.. Really?? When the arrangement was of Online transfer and I received a mail about Fund Transfer being initiated on 31st Oct., how can I be paid in cash on 28th Oct. as per their records?? Why the heck are they not releasing the money to my account?? And who will pay for the mental suffering, agony along with time & money spent to plead trying to get my own money back??

          Hello.payment of Rs 10500 for the Ad Id[protected]. The transaction id for this payment is [protected]. on 20th November i had made payment, I have Not received my Product nor my Money is refunded . i have mailed many a times to [protected]@quikr.com & [protected]@quikr.com but not reply from them and i have made minimum of 40calls to quikre team Bangalore but not of them giving me proper reply. i need this problem to solved immediately.

            Respected Sir/Mam I'm Vipin Patel I had purchased iPhone 5 32GB from the quikrx. I had receive a defective product. I Had complain about it to the quikrX on 1st Nov. and they said that your product will be replace with 14 days and my product is gonne for replacement on 4th nov. i Call them on 19th for knowing about the replacement status of my phone so they said that your product is not in the defective list and then i called them next day they said the same thing again after that i call them on 23rd and they were giving this types of excuse again. Please kindly help me in resolving my problem... My order ID is 10046994
            Sir i have tried to contact you many times and whenever i call them they say me defective product list is not come yet and your volunteer Ryan say that you will receive product on 23rd of nov but when i called them on 24th they said they have a stock issue and yesterday when i called them they said your order ID will be generated before 5 and when i call them at 5:30 they said we are working on the generating product ID only they give only excuses again and again... and they never tried to contact me every time i have to ask about the progress of my replacement and they most of the time put phone in the hold and sometime they cut the phone..

            They have generated my new order ID 10057702 But it seem they just created order ID just for formality and wanna show that they are concerned about my problem. this is horrible behavior by them And now they are start ignoring my phone i call them so they don't pick up the phone and When i call from other number they call me back. They are giving excuses that net is not working there is a problem in there server and they say that the seller is not able to send phone to us etc etc these kind of excuse they always give and When i said them return my money if you can't send so they say we don' have a refund policy... Sir they are not returning money and nor they are sending a new product so what should i do?.. Please kindly help me ..
            I don't feel that they are concerned about my issue Its over one month now and there is no progress still...
            Senior executive Ankit has said that when ever you wanna know about your progress just say to my colleagues they will refer call to me but when i call them from another number they said he is not available right now...

            i had the same issue. However, i got my refund. I would advice you to use twitter. tweet them daily with your order id and your comments. Hope you have all the documents.
            call and email them. Record their calls and also email them if necessary. They always give false commitments.

            At last email them sincerely with all your proof and provide them with your bank details and ask for a refund everytime you email them.
            If nothing happens. Go legal. lodge a complaint against them.
            New order ID has been created on 3/12/15 for the replacement of the phone. But still the product is not dispatched even after 5 days. They said the product will be delivered within 7 days, but nothing has happened . Have mailed them regarding the issue, done phone calls. No one bothers to revert the call. They must have blacklisted my number. Whenever i try to contact them from other number, then they receive my calls. Feeling frustrated. What should i do ?

            I purchased from Quikr x motorola 3rd generation my order id is 90543 i recieved the product yesterday night the phone might be hving some software issues it is unable to get on i tried calling customer service from last night they are giving no response some times they cut the call even lastly today i called them again he said that he will arrange a call within 10 15 mins afterr 4 hours i still got no calls no emails .nothing this is not we required after paying u certain amount of money Quikr

              I sold one item for 12000 rupees on quikr on 12th november 2015. i got the mail that they received the money from the buyer . i also called and checked with the buyer that the product has been delivered to him . After repeatedly calling quikr they are not transferring the money to me . it has been more than 3 weeks now but they are just delaying the case and solving the issue

                  I bought Samsung s4 from QuikrX. Initially the delivery was delayed. Then at last i got on October 2nd week (Oct 205). But that phone has some issue like hardware sound button was broken while delivered. And camera open the phone vibrates. So I returned immediately for replacement. A pick up guy came and took the device. And after that I called many times the Quikr people .When I call [protected]. which is mentioned here (http://bangalore.quikr.com/html/quikrxpolicy.php) they will not call back to this number. But when I call[protected]http://bangalore.quikr.com/html/contact.php) they will make a contact quikrX team and tell will delivered in 1 week. I have call recording about what they said about the replacement. In one word they are "cheating". I already gave 7300K.

                  Worst service and support ever encountered. QuikrX is one of the scammers out online.

                  Never opt for quickr they are real money eaters.. their sales is aggressive and their service is worst. They will give you hell lot of calls to make you pay for the product once you have made any offer, but once the payment is done, they will never respond back or even if we call them multiple times to followup our delivery they will simply tell some recorded replies.. which is annoying..3 products ordered and paid for, no reply for 1 week at last after 1, week all orders cancelled and refunded initiated. But not yet credited.. worst online portal ever.

                    Ordered a phone on 21 Sep, Order id: 10039426, and received a faulty one on 25th October. I've sent the same for replacement and against that a new order id was generated on 23 Nov. The new order id: 10056700. The phone is not yet shipped till 1st Dec 2015. apart from emailing and contacting them several times. Only false commitments came from quikr executives. Till now the phone is not shipped and i'm told that its been sent to the courier personnel and shall be shipped in next 2 days. The same commitment was made on 24th Nov by Ankit from Quikr. I was told that the product will be shipped and will be delivered by 30th Nov. I've sent emails to [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in and called their number[protected] but no solution was provided. The bank account details were also sent hoping for a refund but nothing happened. No refund and No replacement till now.

                      My order ID : 10044320 After posting the complaint in this forum the Quikr has arranged to take my faulty mobile back through Delhivery Courior. Hence I have returned the xiaomi mi3 mobile for replacement on november 13 and the item has delivered on 19th in Quikr office.I have made 20 more calls to know regardind the current status of my mobile. Everytime the CC representative will say the concerned department will call me back within 2hr. After long 10 days till today i didnt get any confirmation call from quikt, is it will replace or amount will refund..                       After the post, I got a call from Quikr on december 2 that the mobile replacement is confirmed and new xiaomi Mi3 16GB will dispatch soon and within 3 days it will be delivered.
                      I got the sms regarding the order with Order No. 10057802 also.
                      But till now, it hasn't dispatched.

                        I saw an ad in quikr app that apple laptop is for sale for 32000 with seller details: name:pankaj thakur mob:[protected] e-mail: [protected]@gmail.the quikr ad id of the ad was[protected].when contacted the seller he said he works in customs department chennai airport and should make half the payment and other half when I receive the laptop.I made the payment to account:Acount Holder Name:pankaj Thakur Ac.no:[protected] Panipat Haryana Punjab Natinonal Bank.I deposited 18000 in this account and for weeks he did not send the laptop.then he said the laptop is in Delhi customs department and he need 3000 to get it out and send it.so I deposited 3000 into the account:Acount Holder Name:sunil Kumar Ac.no:[protected] Bank Of Baroda G, t Road Panipat Haryana.then he did not respond to me and his number is switched off for 3 days.I apologize for making payment before.please help me get my money back.thanks and regards.Bharath Kumar [protected]

                          I have bought iphone 5 from quikrx. The order number is 10051304. I got full damaged product. Display is damaged and also network is not working in the mobile. I have called the quikr customer care everyday. But I don't get any proper response from them. After 10 days of struggle the are ready for replacement not for refund. I am not happy with quikr. Still I don't get pickup from them. Please don't but any product from quikrx. They are all cheaters.

Don't waste your time building a false reputation by posting the predefined message. Ask Ankit, Ryan and all others executives.

                            No case resolved and No refund received -No replacement.Goverment ko quikr website ko Ban kar dena chahiye.
                            I Had sends my all details to your mail Id ([protected]@quikr.co.in ) and complain about this Thing many time but i haven't Get any response From your Side...i tired to contact many time and send my details to you.

                            i have been daily calling you but they don't call me back and they have putted my number in the blacklist But when i call from other number they return the call and when i ask about when product will be dispatch they say your product will dispatch till evening and when i call them in evening they say give me time of one more day this thing is continuously happening from One week. please refund my money. Because they don't call back when i call them and are giving excuses. Only name is quikr but service is poor and worst. If someone say me to rate quikr service then i would give in negative because poor services.

                              Respected Sir/Mam I'm Vipin Patel I had purchased iPhone 5 32GB from the quikrx. I had receive a defective product. I Had complain about it to the quikrX on 1st Nov. and they said that your product will be replace with 14 days and my product is gonne for replacement on 4th nov. i Call them on 19th for knowing about the replacement status of my phone so they said that your product is not in the defective list and then i called them next day they said the same thing again after that i call them on 23rd and they were giving this types of excuse again.                               They have generated my new order ID 10057702 But it seem they just created order ID just for formality and wanna show that they are concerned about my problem. this is horrible behavior by them And now they are start ignoring my phone i call them so they don't pick up the phone and When i call from other number they call me back. They said me that you will get an update today in evening but there is no progress.. They are giving excuses that net is not working there is a problem in there server and they say that the seller is not able to send phone to us etc etc these kind of excuse they always give and When i said them return my money if you can't send so they say we don' have a refund policy... Sir they are not returning money and nor they are sending a new product so what should i do?.. Please kindly help me ..
                              I don't feel that they are concerned about my issue Its over one month now and there is no progress still...
                              Senior executive Ankit has said that when ever you wanna know about your progress just say to my colleagues they will refer call to me but when i call them from another number they said he is not available right now...

                              They are daily giving excuses me that your product will be dispatch tomorrow in the evening and they say give me time of 2 days more i really don't know how much time they required to dispatch my product they don't give the exact date of anything always give false commitment . 5th dec. Any employee from quikrx call me they said me that if you will not receive your product on monday or otherwise we will initiate your refund but when i talk to them then they denied this thing. On 4th Nov. there employee Ryan said that on Monday sir your Product will be dispatch for sure but no progress. They don't wanna give refund nor they wanna dispatch the product. There behavior is so bad and there policy is also bad.
                              Please Sir Kindly help me in resolving my problem because its over one month they i haven't receive my product.

                              I have been talking to quikr from one week they only say your your product will be dispatch till evening and On call in evening they ask form more time this is Pathetic behavior and They have listed my number in the blacklist so please say that contact in toll free number because i don't get repose until i call from other phone number. They are not afraid of complain your volunteers say you can complain anywhere. So that a clear indication that your service quikrX don't wanna replace my product nor they wanna refund I will go legal now because I can't take this services more
                              Sir i have tried to contact you many times and whenever i call them they say me defective product list is not come yet and your volunteer Ryan say that you will receive product on 23rd of nov but when i called them on 24th they said they have a stock issue and yesterday when i called them they said your order ID will be generated before 5 and when i call them at 5:30 they said we are working on the generating product ID only they give only excuses again and again... and they never tried to contact me every time i have to ask about the progress of my replacement and they most of the time put phone in the hold and sometime they cut the phone..

                                  Two months before i brought a product from quiker but unfortunately that was a faulty product .i aply for replacement. they picked up my product from my home after 8 days. exactly one month i waited for my mobile but they not replace it.then i aply for refund they agree for refund but after two month they not refund my money still i waiting for it.                                       Bought Xiaomi MI3 from Quikr.com through QuikrX where they sell used certified phones on 17/11/2015. But the phone was defective (Sim card not detecting). Asked for replacement on 18/11/2015. They told me they will arrange reverse parcel pickup then they will check the handset & if found any defect then they will replace. They arranged reverse pickup on 19/11/2015. Now from that day neither i am able to track my order nor i can know the status about it. They are not even answering my call from my number . When i called from another number, then they received my call & said me that it will take 15-20 days more after getting the parcel(handset). The thing is that when i called them they said they didnt get parcel . I dont think it will take this much time to receive parcel . Everday i call them they dont answer.(Hate that " give us missed call, we will call you within 24 hrs", :which they dont). I think i wasted my money .                                       After several emails & calls to Quikr, today on 09/12/15 cc representative called me back. And he said it will take 5 more days for the product to get delivered.
                                      They promised me on 3/12/15 that it will get delivered within 7 days. But now it will take 5 more days. Lets hope it would get delivered within time.
                                      Quikr customer care is the pathetic cc service i have ever experienced till date. It is so horrible that, you have to literally email & call them 4-5 days continuously to get response. In any case they wont reply you back until, "they" feel it is necessary . It is not customer oriented service at all . Such a waste of money and valuable time. And the frustration you get, don't ask.

                                      Yup, getting this pop up everyday when you access Quikr.com. Who the hell gave them second position? And that too most trusted brand. Success rate is just 7% in this forum. Very funny.
                                      Even after 10 days replacement is not given to me. Only fake promises are made. Now they are not responding, same issue over & over again. One of their representative "Gaurav" assured delivery after 5 days. But it's been 4 days now, nothing has happened.
