    I have sold 4 product on Quikr (Ad ID :[protected]:[protected];[protected];[protected], From all the 4 transaction i have received payment only for 3. Quikr said they have done the payment for all the 4 items. But i have showed them my bank statement and payment is received only for 3. Sent several proof to Quikr email id ([protected]@quikr.com)and called more than 50 times but yet no response.They are not updating any status. Tired of it. Please help me to escalate this further.       I sold few items using quikr and according to their policiess Paytm Cashback of Rs 1000 for every transaction of more than 12000 was there. I have made few such transaction through quikr on Dec 6 and now they are denying to give that cashback. Saying policies are changed which got changed on 25 or 26 th of Dec. This is big Fraud with Users. :( :(
      Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      And they are not willing to Resolve this too :(

      Tired of same Reply Every Time..!!

      Well, this time there is something new.. :|

      Firstly Quikr said that they have initiated cashback for all 9 transaction
      When cross checked with Paytm got the point that they did not.

      Now while asking more, new story added that their finance team could not find my Ad Ids what earlier they have said that PAYMENT HAS BEEN INITIATED.

      LOL.. Contradictory to their own..!!

        Hi, I sa a Queen sized bed with mattress that was advertised on Quikr. On chatting with the seller & when asked if I can come see the product at her place, she responded saying quikr has already taken the product & kept it in their warehouse. She also informed me that the item has been neatly packaged & theres noway it can be damaged. She also said that since there is a return policy, if you don't like the product, it can be returned within 5 days as there was a return policy put up on quikr website. Based on the sellers assurance of the quality of the product & Quikr return policy with free delivery to your doorstep, I wen ahead & made the payement to quikr on Dec 9th 2015. The Ad id[protected]. http://bangalore.quikr.com/Queen-Sized-Wrought-Iron-Cot-with-Mattress-W0QQAdIdZ[... After the payment, I had to fight for nearly 10 days to get them to delver the product. I hadn't seen the product till it reached home. On arriving, it was found that the matress has been badly damaged, when we complained to the delivery team to take it back, they promised us that they will take it back once we lodge a complaint as there was a return back policy. We also spoke to their manager, who had assured us on this. however, on the next day when we spoke to the call centre, they asked us to send a mail to [protected]@quikr.com . From that day, they have changed the website & return back policy has been removed. Now, for the last month I have been tirelessly calling them asking them to take back the damaged goods & honour their policy. Their call centre team has been very rude & spoke to us without any manners. Now, I'm stuck with a damaged product & Quikr & the seller washing their hands off. I bought this product based on the assurances given by Seller & Quikr. Now, both of them have cheated me. I never expected quikr to turn hostile. I need quikr to honor & save its name. -Murari

        I have been sending mails to the mentioned email ID [protected]@quikr.com for almost 2 weeks now. Also, I have been calling the mentioned phone number[protected] &[protected] almost every alternate day. They just provide a lip service with a promise to call back in 24 hrs but that never happens. Why can't you people show some responsibility here to act upon a complaint. The whole Bangalore Customer support team are incapable of solving customer complaints. I have never experienced such a bad service in any other call centre. I can go on writing volumes about your attitude & inefficiency. But, I'll stop short. Let's see if you can keep your words in solving my complaint.

        I have been calling those numbers & writing to them for the last few days but as usual no response from them or they put me on hold & call gets disconnected. I really wonder why you are trying to avoid me? will you take any steps to resolve my complaint or just putting it off?

        I purchased two tabs and made payment online.

        When chatting, both parties were very positively responding about the condition of tabs but when i received them, One tab is frozen and another discharges within 15 minutes time, surprisingly there was no signature of any of the seller in the quikr doorstep declaration form.

        When i contacted quikr about the issues they just provided the phone numbers of the parties and said they can't help any further. As i was suspecting, they were not responding to my calls

        Quikr is full of rogues who sell stolen / not working/ damaged items to people like us who does not have enough money to go for a new one and quikr knows it and gave those rascals an opportunity to block us on their chat when we try to contact them.

        i observed that these people are always online and have a bunch of different products to sell, are deceivers / rogues with fake ids and phone numbers( we can see that in their truecaller id and whattsapp)

        Quikr never bothered to check anybody's identity because it only wants to make money out of middle class people like us.

        I will never ever buy anything from quikr nor i will let anybody i know to do that

        I bought TV Ad Id[protected] via quikr yesterday and after switching on TV it started showing maximum green color and screen is little bit vibrating as well. Display is faulty .I called quikr support and they transfered call to doorstep and they were saying they will not take it back .Quikr has a 5 day return policy as of i know. This is worst part of quikr that customer has to make N number of calls to facilitate action.

          Yesterday I ordered a mobile from quikr. my orders was confirmed by them. But today they cancelled my order giving reason that my order is being cancelled due to order placed with the wrong price. But I placed the order with the price shown on the site and I received mail from them of order confirmation. Quikr is cheating people and this site should ban in india for misleading their customers.

            Yesterday I was payment for premium advertising. Still it's not activated. I paid Rs. 2000 for this. Please refund my money. I want my cash back. Otherwise I will take actions against you and your team.

              I purchased a product through quikr 10 days back and i was told that i will get a cashback of Rs. 750 if i pay through quikr. I did the same, now its been 8 days and everyday i have been calling quikr to get confirmation by when the amount will be credited to my paytm account and everyday they tell in next 24 hours. This is going nowhere. They dont even have proper escalation channel. Only contact number and they take 15 minutes to just pull up the details and then tell the same old answer.

              The issue is resolved, i got the cashback. They contacted me and informed that the paytm and quikr servers where not connecting due to which the transfer was not happening.

                  I paid online 15000rs for a washing machine with ad id[protected], but after quickr failed to do the delivery on time the seller left India and I never received the product. The seller also sold the washing machine to somebody else as quickr was not making the delivery. I called customer care several times but they have no correct information on the product whereabouts. Sometimes they say its in warehouse ready for delivery but how is this possible when the seller never gave the product to the quickr delivery people. I do not know what to do but it seems going legal is the only way left to get my money back.

                    Its been almost 10 days I paid Rs 611/- for 15 days ad in Quikr for House on rent and its not yet posted. If you call Quikr from mobile the number rings and no one answers. I mailed Quikr around 10 times still no resolution to my complaint yet.                         Hi, I had posted a premium ad[protected] and sold my product on 26th of December where the buyer has received his product and also made the cash payment to the delivery guy immediately . But I was never notified about any details from quickr guys and luckily came to know from the buyer. It's been more than a week and I haven't received the payment in my account yet. Everytime I call the customer care either they don't answer or says we did not receive the info from the logistics team. I am so disappointed with quickr and would say OLX has always given me the best experience. I am still clueless how to get the payment.
                        I purchased a product through quikr and made online payment. I was told that I will get a cash back of Rs. 750 in my paytm account within 24 to 48 hours. Its been more than a week now and till now i have not got the cash back amount. I have called quikr almost 10 times from past 1 week but everyday i am getting update that it will be done within 24 to 48 hours but i am not getting the cash back amount. One of the laziest support and laziest processing. They dont even have a proper channel of escalation desk. Only executives and they dont even transfer call to manager or supervisor.

                          I Got a Moto 3rd Gen Certified Unboxed Mobile in sub order 91784. But they have supplied a defective, non-working mobile on the name o[censored]nboxed certified mobile. The battery charging level is zero. I recharged fully and tried to use use it. But the touch screen is not working. I switched it off and restarted several times and no use. Plz resolve.

                            I had purchased a King size bed AD ID :[protected] for which I had made payment on the 18th of Dec and the bed was picked up from the seller on the same day. Post that the bed was not delivered in spite of multiple follow up's. On 31st the bed finally arrived at my address, however it was so badly damaged that it was rendered unusable. I have asked for a refund of my money. This is a very unfortunate experience as till date I have had good experiences with Quikr before. Please be cautious when availing transport on Quikr and insist on delivery the same day. Do not let them take it to the warehouse.

                              As a seller I posted the ADD (Ad Id:[protected] on Quikr. The interested seller made the desired payment and the amount was credited from his account.( Date 29 December, 2015) As a seller, I received no notification about the payment and no further call about shipping.The buyer has lost his money and he has no idea about the further progress. It's been more than a day but we have received no communication about the payment or the shipment details.Both the parties are blocked. I tried customer care several times and it is disappointing that no one picks up the call. Such issues should be resolved asap and at least they should ensure an announcement is made to the affected parties.

                                I made payment for 12000 Order No. as below:[protected] My Amount got deducted immdtly, but no response team from Quikr. I tried to call the customer service but no one is picking up the call . I've contacted the seller and he is also not aware of about the transaction .

                                  I paid 12000 Rs for Google Nexus 5, product of Ad id:[protected] and got the confirmation with Transaction id: [protected], they automatically canceled order saying Seller is not reachable and still there was no updates related to this information. i kept on calling quikr and finally after 1 week they said this is problem and now i am behind them for getting my refund and i am not getting any reply from quikr.

                                        Placed an order for ad[protected] and made payment of 35000 on 23rd December 2015. But, till date not getting any clue on delivery. Made more than 30 calls to the customer care and written about 10 mails, but, no use. Pl. update me on delivery or kindly cancel and refund. Best Regards, Mali.
