Hi All, My phone details are using by some customer in posting the adds over quikr. It was happened due to sharing of my details in promotional event for quikr. The person from quikr has ask me to give misscall to [protected], i got the thank you message from quikr. Also they have ask my number too which i shared as well. From then on wards someone is using my number to post the adds over quikr. For eg AD ID:[protected] which is put with heading "2010 Bajaj Pulsar 220 F-34, 000 kms driven". Please look into this on priority. Thanks a lot!

    I made a sale with the following AD ID:[protected]th Dec 2015. The product was picked up from my house by Quikr guys. I was told that the payment will be initiated as soon as its delivered and the cashback for PayTM will be initiated too. It's been 4 days and I checked with the buyer that the item had been delivered. But there is no payment yet credited to my account. No sms or email has been sent by Quikr regarding the delivery or tracking. Whenever I inquire the Quikr for my payment, they have a standard answer, " We are still awaiting for the confirmation form from our logistic team". Please don't act like robots and provide the same answer again and again. How hard is it for you guys to call up your logistic partner and confirm the delivery.I've mailed repeatedly to [protected]@quikr.com and [protected]@quikr.com. Please expedite the process and solve this issue.

    Quikr said that they were not able to initiate the payment due to issues with their finance department between 26th Dec and 31 Dec. Quikr then said that they initiated the payment on 1st Jan but it failed due to some issue with the finance department. Quikr said that they initiated the payment on 5th Jan. Today I called up and they said that they have initiated the payment on 6th Jan. I've wasted a lot of time in terms of mailing Quikr and calling them everyday to check the status of my money. This is the most fraud company I have ever seen in my life who enjoys seeing customer literally beg for their money. They give no reasons whatsoever for the issue they are facing and keep telling me that their finance department has an issue. So, either their finance department is underpaid or overworked.

    I have done everything possible and everything asked for, but here I am still waiting nearly for 2 weeks now with no satisfactory reply from Quikr.
    I finally received the amount into my account this evening. But I'm yet to receive the cashback of Rs. 250 into my PayTM wallet. They said both the payments will be done together but it didnt happen. Maybe I need to run after them for this too.

    Someone put an ad on quikr.com ..people are calling me the ad was "one portion for sale" I need to report it and delete that add!! Please make it soon!!

      I ordered sofa set on two occasions through quikr. First on 16th Dec-15 after paying quikr 7500/- online. they called me and told me that it can't be delivered to Faridabad so i changed the delivery address to delhi. The delivery was set for 19th dec-15 but no pick-up was done as per the seller. I called them on 21st dec-15 and rescheduled it for 24th Dec-15. I called them on 24th Dec-15 in the evening and they said it's on it's way. I called the seller and he said that he will not selling the product as he is too pissed off with quikr. The delivery guy went to him on 22nd and refused to even touch the sofa set and told them that the seller had to brought it down to the ground floor. The seller agreed and the delivery team were supposed to pickup on 23rd. The sofaset was lying on road the whole day but no one turned. The delivery department were not responding to calls. At last the seller got frustrated and cancelled the order. Second time i ordered and paid 9000/- to quikr. They called me next morning and said that the pickup is not available in Gaziabad. I dont understand why they allowed the booking at the first place if the pincode entered by the seller and buyer were different. They said it happened due to some error in software and they will check with the development team. Now i have 7500+9000=16500/- struck with quikr and refund is still awaited. Pathetic service by Quikr.

        I Have made a sale vide the following AD IDs: 1. AD ID:[protected]th Dec 2015 2. AD ID:[protected]th Dec 2015 It has already been more than 2 weeks, the item had been delivered and there is no payment yet credited to my account. Whenever I inquire the Quikr for my payment, they have a standard answer, " We are still awaiting for the confirmation form from our logistic team so once we receive the confirmation we shall initiate the payment in next working day and the same will be credited with in 3 to 5 working". For god sake please don't give me a template answer and better you resolve my query first and then start saying something. FYI - I already called Quikr personnel, sent mails to [protected]@ and [protected]@. So better you start taking an action ASAP.

          Quikr cheated me in the name of premium ads. I purchased a pack for 10 ad credits. Post the purchase they have two different processes which took almost 2 months to complete. During this entire process, the ad credit period was being used. The ad activation took 2 months. In-spite of several calls with customer care, several complains, I received no word, on how the problem would be resolved. I absolutely wasted my money on their service. I am just posting this complaint to notify others tat Quickr premium is a bogus service which does not give what it says. It is just a market gimmick and an absolute waste of money. If I had spent so much time on any other website, using the free service even, I would have got better results. Absolutely frustrated with their service. On top of that the customer care called me only once the ad time expired to as for more money. They had the guts to do that.

            I Paid 3200 Rs for a refrigerator in Quikr, Transaction got Declined so I paid again but after some time I got two messages from quikr "Payment successful" . For 3200 Rs product they got 6400 Rs from me. Dated 19/12/2015. From that date am keep on calling customer support, till now they give same reply our finance team will resolve this. Everyday they take this as new complaint. They are totally irresponsible. Till Now I didn't even got the Product (refrigerator) too. The payment was taken twice (6400 RS instead of 3200 RS) and the product is also not delivered. Customer care answers are same daily and totally non-sense.                   I made the payment for a HP C4288 Photosmart Printer/Scanner/Copier (Ad Id[protected] on 11th Dec 2015. The product was under "express delivery" category- means the product is lying in the Quikr store which can be delivered immediately. But unfortunately it is now more than two weeks and I have not received the product yet. I have been making calls to the Quickr provided number. But no satisfactory answer. They told me to write to their delivery department. But delivery department seems to have not received any instructions from Quikr. All these things are very frustrating to the customers. I request Quikr to deliver the printer as soon as possible.

I called to customer care many time, they said i will be getting call but didn't get any call. Quikr are becoming a fraud company now a days. So guys never ever go for payment.                         Did a mistake by doing a payment through QUIKR for AD ID[protected], they are not delivering the product even after 8 days. And If you call customer care 2 or 3 times they will just disconnect you before you reach a customer care guy and once you get connected they will have only one response "I understand" and "they will deliver in 24 hours" and the product gets never delivered. Even after so many calls and emails there is no progress, no updates from them. This is really pathetic and unprofessional on their part.They are not responding to my emails now. Can anybody please share contact/email address of CEO or any other person with higher authority in QUIKR. Worst among all of the e-commerce portals, i will request everybody to not to use QUIKR services, remove quikr app from your cell phones.

                        At last had to cancel my product because QUIKR were not delivering the product and now its been three days after cancelling the order QUIKR is not refunding money or updating the status.
                        Pathetic service and response of QUIKR, I urge everyone not to use QUIKR.

                        The same thing happened to me also . I am moving to consumer court. These guys are lyres only.

                          Dear Concerned On 16th of dec i have a look on the ad id :[protected] for stock lot of woolen sweaters and requested to send the contact details of seller an quikr chat after some time i received a number of the seller [protected].As per telephonic conversation i requested to send more images of the products for more clearified designs as after some time i received the images on my whatts no.[protected]. So i ordered him to send the 1000 pcs of stock lot price settled at Rs.70/pc he told me to tfr.Rs.40000.00 in the account as i rejected to tfr. and asked to low the token amount he settled the token amount to Rs.10000.00 to tfr and rest of the amount to be send after the products received. So i tfr. the amount Rs.10000.00 in his account according to the details given by him on 19th dec 2015 as follows Akash Arora a/c no.[protected] central bank of India, ifsc code cbin0281476 singhibagah branch As he also told me that there are 3 parcels which he is sending on the same day ie. saturday the 19/12/2015 by train and i will receive the products on monday evening. Till today i have not received any products and when i call him he rejects the call and on whatts app he is not responding the messages. Sir how could a quick be safe for fare dealing. such kind of practices put bad effect on the fare dealing persons so these kind of persons be sentenced to jail. Dear Quikr as i requested to solve the issue and take the quick action against this person so that any other person do not get trapped.                               I sold my laptop on 20th of december through make an offer. And the buyer recived the product same day. Quikr promised me paytm cash within 24hrs of delivery and cash in my account in 3-5 days. This is completely untrue. They are cheating customers. Everday since i m calling them they are responding they havent recieved the delivery confirmation and it should be confirmed by thier logistics partner. I even asked the buyer to call himself to customer care and say that he recieved the product and he did so. Even after confirmation from the buyer that he received the product, they havent initated the processing of my money and not even paytm cash. Customer service is very poor. Untill they picked the delivery they called me even twice daily regd make an offer, but now they arent even responding. Help me get my money

                                Hi Team, My Add ID#[protected], i have sold out my 6 Computer Table 12 days back and i got the mail that Quikr received the money from the buyer. I called up Buyer and they confirmed that they received my Product. It's more than a week I`m chasing for my money and I sent e-mails to email to [protected]@quikr. com and no one take care of it. I called up lot of times to customer care. No one has replied to my calls and my complaints and they are not registering any complaint internally and not providing any complaint number for the refund process. Kindly take action against Quikr.                                   I'm yet to receive refund for the order placed in the month of Sep'15. The product was faulty and they promised for refund and sent confirmation email after 2 months but yet the refund is not received. I have an email from them regarding the refund they committed.

                                  Whenever I connect or send an email to your team there is no reply. Why don't you contact me and tell when exactly I'm gonna get the refund. And just to tell you I've an email from your team which states that refund is processed but I'm still waiting for my money. Hope you understand it and get me my money before I start posting about your fraud business all over the social media..

                                    Hi Team, I have purchased product from Quikr on 21st Dec and since then i called up more than 10 times to customer care to get my product, they just said we will get back to you and many times they put call on hold for 3-4 min and hung-up.                                     I am in the same category as you, did a mistake by doing a payment through QUIKR for AD ID[protected], they are not delivering the product even after 8 days.
                                    And If you call customer care 2 or 3 times they will just disconnect you before you reach a customer care guy and once you get connected they will have only one response "I understand" and
                                    "they will deliver in 24 hours" and the product gets never delivered.
                                    Even after so many calls and emails there is no progress, no updates from them.

                                    This is really pathetic and unprofessional on their part.They do not even respond to my emails now.
                                    Can anybody please share contact/email address of CEO or any other person with higher authority in QUIKR.
                                    Worst among all of the e-commerce portals, i will request everybody to not to use QUIKR services, remove quikr app from your cell phones.
