    We had opted for confirmed calls from quikr on lead basis in Bangalore.

    We had paid Rs.20000/- on 2nd Dec 15 as per your sales person request, we received confirmation call from your service team but the information shared by them and the sales person was totally different. So we had asked for refund from 15th Dec till date I have made numerous calls to your call centre, every one assures call back but no one called so far. Ms. Jasmine had assured that my problem will be resolved in 2 days and after 20 days still same case.

    Please let us know when you are refunding else I may have to take legal action.

      I ordered an mi3 mobile on November 18 2015 I received the mobile on December 12 and the mobile which I got was an defective mobile so made an call to quikr and informed about it they told they will replace it so they took the mobile on 15 Dec and they checked and they told that they will replace it but after an weak they called me and told that mi3 is out of stock and sir u take another mobile which is nexus mobile so I said ok they mobile order was placed on 6 Jan and still I didn't receive the mobile nearly two months I am fighting with quikr persons to deliver the mobile but all they say is sir wait for an another week it will be definitely delivered but I find that the mobile is not dispatched till now.. Which make me annoying.. Pls deliver the mobile pls don't cheat me

        On 14th January, I received a call from quikr service representative and said he refund my money back in my account and also said manager a atm credit card account bcoz it's necessary for receiving amount in your account but that day I unavailable to manage account but today I call on service representative, he is not attending my phone but why???

          Team, I had ordered Apple iPhone 5 (64GB) on 1st Jan 2016 and received the defective product on 5th Jan 2016 hence called Quikr customer care who arranged for a product for return pick-up which was completed on 7th Jan 2016. I have been calling Quikr from that day and they claim the product is not received by them and I need to check with delivery team. I have been calling delivery team almost every day their status has been showing the product is between Bommasandra and Uttaralli warehouse everyday and still the product is not delivered to merchant and their AWB#[protected]. From last week I have been calling both Quikr and Delivery team to atleast return the product back to be and I shall get the issue fixed with the phone myself and for that also both the parties are not agreeing. As a customer without a product for close to 18 days is not acceptable and no one is giving me the solution but everytime i call they are asking for more time which is not possible.             I have bought a sofa set on 11th Jan & tv stand on 15 th jan and made payment with my credit card with 1500 & 700 respectively, they promised to deliver the products through call, when I am trying to reach after the delivery date & quickr delivery service desk said due to operational issues there is no option deliver in chennai and forcing me to cancel the order, if there is no option to deliver in chennai then why the people having the buy & pay option chennai..due to no pickup from quickr the seller had sold the sofa set for another person and have cancelled the order and waiting for refund...for TV stand they said no option to deliver..Request you take action against quicker...

                  I have sold my lenovo k3 note through make an offer. It is more than 15 days till now I m not receiving my money. As per their request of bank details I have submitted and the buyer contact me a week before he recieved the phone. What kind of company is this . No more thrust from next time. I want my money back as soon as possible or my phone otherwise I will register a case on court and police.                       Team, I placed an order for iPhone 5 (64 GB) in Quikr certified mobiles on 1st Jan 2016 and received the product on 6th Jan 2016, when I checked the phone there was a battery issue were it was not holding battery for more than 5 to 10 mins hence called customer care who mentioned item needs to be returned for their quality team to validate the issue and then the other product will be sent to me. The same was arranged for reverse pick-up on 7th Jan 2016 and taken back. From then I am calling Quikr and Delivery team almost every day they keep giving me the same reason that it would take another 24 to 48 hours but it has been more than a week now. When I see the status in delivery website it is been switched between their warehouse of Bommasandra and Uttarahalli every day and till now there has been no progress and Quikr team says they cannot do anything without the item is received. Now please tell me who arranged for the reverse pick-up was it me or Quikr hence it would be Quikr responsibility to look into this issue priority and let me know the update which I haven't got a single time till now.                         Complaint about the useless leads from quikr home

                        This complaint is regarding the useless leads send by Quikr Home sales executive. They have cheated us promising 50 confirmed leads. A fraud is done with us. Our amount of rs.35500/- is purely wasted. don't buy conform lead package from Quikr Home. Customer care service also useless . they do not solve your problem. all are cheater and fraud. they only want to collect your money like Thief. service is totally worst. Totally Bogus service....

                        I am frustrated with Quikr! I sold my bed for Rs5000 (Ad ID[protected]on Jan6 and it was delivered on Jan6 to the buyer itself. I got this confirmed with the Delhivery person who came to pickup the bed. After a week of not receiving my money, i called quikr and to my utter surprise i was told that the status was shown as cancelled. I called their logistics number and after confirming with the buyer, they told me that they have POD and the product has indeed been delivered. But still i havent received the money. Everytime i call them, i get a different response with promise of resolution. But no action has been taken. So essentially my bed is gone, and i have not got any money for it!!! i have attached the slip that was given to me by the courier person, and also a confirmation email from paytm saying that the buyer has made the payment. Please help !!!

                        After how many emails will you get in touch with me? I have written 7 emails to you from my email id [protected]@gmail.com Jan11 onwards. i have attached the slip i got from the courier person who picked up my bed. i have attached Proof Of Delivery i got from the Delhivery team(attached here again for your reference). Are you really this clueless about the problem???
                        What more information do you need to resolve this issue and give me my money and paytm cash???

                        Hi Kevin,

                        I am also facing something similar. Was your issue finally resolved? I am looking at getting in touch with all the frustrated customers because Quikr has been fooling a lot of us and we need to take some collective action against them or else they will continue ripping customers off like this!                         I am facing the same issue with Quikr - On further search I realize that this seems to be a common problem with Quikr.
                        There are hundreds or perhaps thousands of such complaints.
                        I am saturated with emails as well.
                        I have sold one sofa 2 weeks back with AD ID:[protected] and the buyer had made the online payment for the free pick up and till now the product has not been picked from my place and they are least bothered to update on the status.whenever i call customer care people they says it will be get picked by today. I hope social media is the best mode to post this kind of concern. Now i m worried that once it get picked whether i will get money or not.

                        i got a mail from your side at that time that my payment would be back in 4-7 days but i haven't yet received my payment back. i have called you so many times but every time, my call seemed to be wasted. yesterday one of your executive told me" sir u didn't inform us about cancellation of your order so we didn't update that." What rubbish, if you didn't update that then i wouldn't be receiving that message 12 days back by your side.

                        I have sold my tv unit for 8000 Rs ... The add id is[protected]. I got an offer on 22nd April 2016 and the product got picked up and delivered on 25th April 2016. I have not recieved the payment. The customer care is saying the offer is showing cancelled. How can it be after delivering the product.

                        Hello, It is very true that Quikr frequently engages in cheating the sellers. This is just based on their basic knowledge of human psychology- we keep on complaining, but they act so dumb, that we finally give up, because we don't feel like fighting anymore. I was cheated on 2 Ads, the payment was never given to me.

                          This is in regard to an ad i posted on Quikr (Ad Id :[protected] on 28th December 2015, it was for a bed. Bed was picked on 29th December 2015 & Delivered on 30th December 2015. Fortunately i was in touch with the buyer because of which i was able to find out that there is something really wrong with Quikr. As agreed Quikr was suppose to pay me within 3 to 5 working day. Post delivery of bed i got confirmation from the buyer that she is happy with the bed. I waited for few days but as i was not getting any updated, i called Quikr on 2nd January 2016. On 2nd they said that the item was returned from buyer, i verified with the buyer and confirmed to Quikr Customer Care that the bed is delivered and the buyer is happy with the bed. Customer care confirmed that there is some error form delivery team and i should get my money by 5th January 2016. I waited and called back on 6th 7th and so on but always get multiple answers, some says that bed was returned some says it is processed, will be credited tomorrow even from the supervisor's. All i have got from Customer support are lies, fake commitments, never got any call back (except once from Rishikash) and hangup numerous times. On 8th after talking to several "Customer Care Executives" and after being hung up several times, i finally got hold of Rishikash Valai, who said that payment wrongly got credited to the buyer (I guess charge back). Again fortunately i was in touch with buyer, who verified it and confirmed there was not wrong payment/credit from Quikr, another lie as she never even got a single call from Quikr, enquiring "Wrongly Credited amount from Quikr". I even found out Quikr office in Okhla, hopping to get some solution, but they said they only look after paid ads and that to for real estate. Their Sales Manager (Who said he joined Quikr 1.5 months ago) suggested me to go to police and file a complain as its related to money. He also advice not to work with Quikr ever again. I felt as if i was dealing with goons. Rishikash confirmed that i will get my money by 13th or 14th January 2016 but still I'm not sure. Please advice what to do? Do i need to make a Police complain? I have no one to talk, as customer care do not asnwer propelly, they lie, they give wrong information and also denies forwarding calls to Supervisor/Manager. I tried going to their office and also tried calling their office nos. but no help.

                            I bought two cupboards for rs 4000 on quickr . on 21st dec 2015. payment was made via quickr gateway. Daily a phone came from quickr and told me that they will delivery the item in a day or two.. but nobody came to deliver the items. so i asked to refund the amount. which they approved via a email on 31st dec 2015. but till date i havn't received the refund.. i have sent several mails to them asking for the refund amount. but they only say that it will be made in few days.

                              This is regarding an add posted on quickr with ad ID:[protected]. The seller contacted me to sell the product on whats app from +[protected].

                              He made me sure that the product is genuine and will be shipped if I pay 30% of amount and 70% after delivery. I then got a call from his finance department and person named Faran Sharma - [protected] and confirmed to place the order as it is 100% Genuine. He also gave me reference of existing customer named: Priyank with no: +91 [protected].
                              I called him and he said he recieved the product via quikr add and it is genuine.

                              As it has a quickr verified logo, I trusted him and paid 30% which is 8010 via paytm to mobile no: [protected].
                              After the payment he sent me the DHL reciepts and said that the product will get delivered to my address on saturday 14th Oct.

                              I trusted it and on friday some one called from No: +91 [protected] claiming that he is from DHL and the product arrived on my address and ready to get delivered but he asked me to do 70% of the payment 18690/. As it was so late and he said he will auction that product if it doesnt get paid so I paid him on number:[protected]. So total amount I paid is 26700.

                              Now I still dont have the delivery and all these numbers are not reachable. Please help me to refund my amount as it happened via quickr.

                              I have logged a cyber crime case on this matter and if quickr doesnt intervate in between then I will log the case against quickr too for fraudlent sellers and fooling customers.

                              I am sandip and I was fraded by a quicker dealer I saw a ad on quicker of canon dslr in 20000 I was surprised the I contacted him he said it is true due to a offer we are giving in a low price. So he asked me to pay 50% first and rest after delivery I said him that no I need product then I will send payment he said no and he send me some proof after the proof I have paid him 10000 first then he said me to pay whole payment because due to cod the company gets in loss so asi paid 50% so to get my product I paidrest payment after that he sad we need custom chages and delivery charges I paid that too and my total amount was 81000 to him yet my product is not received by me now plzz helpme out of these problem.

                                    I have been cheated by Quikr Bangalore. Its been more than 12 days, and QUIKR has not done the payment for the product sold. The deal was done & the QUIKR Delivery guys came over & took our Dining table on 31st Dec 2015 They delivered the table to the buyer on the same day, [Confirmation received] From then on till date [12th jan 2016], I haven't received the payment oif Rs 6000. Whenever I call the customer care [Need to give missed call, they will call back-- pathetic service], everytime they have a different reason for the payment delay. Have spoken to then almost 15 times and every time they are telling different story 1. Money was transferred to the Buyer A/c by mistake- Is it believable? 2. Order was rejected. [If so then why did QUIKR come and collect the product from us??] 3. Technical snag in their website.[Very easy way to escape] [protected]@quikr.com is the most pathetic service. they do not give a definite answer Guys, if anyone has the email ID/number of their CEO "Pranay Chulet", please pass it on.
