I started a data entry job offered by "static info" company on quickr app. They call me and tell about the job in my native language. So i trusted them. They gave me 92% accuracy. They had given me some work. I completed that work and submitted to them.

I had purchased a used bike and to change the rc ownership i had taken the services of quikr, i gave all the documents needed and now it has been 4 months. They keep on asking for more time and gave me no valid reasons to as why it is getting delayed. A person of email id ramitha. [protected]@quikr.co.in is handling my queries. Such a bad service they provide. They dont even have the courtesy to call the customer and tell them what is the actual problem....

I submitted my documents and paid quikr by opting the rto service to cancel the hypothication on the bike which i bought in august 2019. Quikr claims that the same documents were submitted to rto ka 05 (Jayanagar) the same day viz., sep 6th 2019 and they have accepted and its in process.
It has been 2 months (60 plus days) and i haven't received the same back. Upon frequent/multiple followups with them, they say that its in process...

I email them, and they said you cannot get refund because if you want refund then you have to contact us under 48 hours of delivery. I have contact them after 1 hour of delivery. I was asked to provide the bank details on 3rd october 2019 after the repeated complaint of the product being damaged at the time of delivery and some part missing. That was already 20 days after the delivery which was supposed to happen and i returned due to a damaged product.
