I reached out to quikr rto services in mar 2019 to transfer the ownership of my bike and to make an address change in my driving license.
The initial professionalism and promptness that they displayed before the payment was nowhere to be seen after the payment was done.

It's been 7 months now and there is no sign of the services being complete.
I have even requested them to return my documents and even that request is not going anywhere.

The responses to emails are the typical - "please be patient" types.
Over the 7 months, the number to reach out to them has become defunct and the employees who dealt with me initially have left the company.

There is no solution in sight.
Am hoping that this consumer complaint will help me in some way.
Am ok even i don't get a refund. I just need the original rc and dl back.

Alpha tuskers is a fake company and taking the money for data entry jobs and even if you work you won't get anything. if you need the company reputation you must have to avoid this type companies

i forget the exact address. but it is in Rajaji Nagar.
Have paid Rs 8300 for a product.. now there is no response from quickr.. everytym i call either they say they ll call me in 2 hours else they hung up have sen t several email to the management even they dont respond

    Hi, i am aryan. I have purchased a iphone from quikr. As per the quikr policies, i can get refund under 5 days of delivery. But when i dial quikr customer care number, no one is picking up phone. I email them, and they said you cannot get refund because if you want refund then you have to contact us under 48 hours of delivery. I have contact them after 1 hour of delivery.       I was asked to provide the bank details on 3rd october 2019 after the repeated complaint of the product being damaged at the time of delivery and some part missing. That was already 20 days after the delivery which was supposed to happen and i returned due to a damaged product.
      Now since then, i have been chasing quikr for the refund, not only they are not replying but the customer care is also not responding.

        I applied for airline jobs, i got call from 3 agencies and asked for my resume and took my interview from 1 agency. They told me that i have to pay money to get job. I paid almost 3500 for 2 company and 550 to the third. I don't trust quikr jobs any more. All jobs are fake. Pls check before letting them post the jobs. First one was iso airservice whose calls and mails was too professional. I really trusted them. I got an interview call from spicejet and gave me senior manager number of spicejet. Firstly they asked 1500 as processing fee. I paid the money and i failed in the first phone interview. After that they called me and asked for online test. I passed that and i got interview letter asking again for money, i felt something fishy and i didn't paid the money. I applied for other agency at the same time so both happened almost same day. So i became fool from both. The second one was global solutions

          Dear sir, i have ordered a refurbished model of oppo f11 pro on 21 oct 2019 from the seller listed on quickr.com. I have done the payment online direct to seller instead of making it to quickr as the seller suggested. Today even after 10 day of ordering the product it is not received yet. And the seller is not even responding to our call and messages. I haven't made the payment through quickr but why such fraud sellers are listed in the site if they are not safe for the coustomers. I am giving the info about the seller hope you will help us in all this trouble. I found the seller from your website i. E, quickr.com so its your duty to help us.           Four to five calls came to my phone since I was compliant. And he claimed that he was speaking to that company. The company from whom I ordered my product and the company who fraudulently joined me. And he is asking me to pay 15 to 20 percents of to refund my own money. And he is saying that if 15 to 20 cents is not given, then that money will not be refunded. And they are asking for 15 to 20 cents to be transferred to their account before refund. I am providing you two such numbers. The number I received calls from. 9639484685, 8539038705 The company is doing it wrong that I have to pay them for taking my own money refund and that Riya is telling the region that we had out of stock, so we could not give it to you, so it is completely wrong.

          I am getting some calls in the name of the company and they are saying that if you want a refund, then you have to pay 15 to 20 cents before you can get the refund, then it is completely wrong that my own refund I have to pay 15 to 20 percent to take the same company from which I ordered and they did not give me my product.

            I booked a bed dated on oct 14, 2019 at that time information was showing it will deliver with in 3 to 5 days but that product was not delivered, when i connected to customer care they were saying it was website bug, it must be 7 to 10 days, i agreed with them and again waited with provided duration.
            Now after that duration whenever i'm calling to customer care each time they are just saying "we are looking into that issue and you will get a call from our team with in 24 hours". It has been more than 5 times i'm getting this message.
            When i asked them to refund my amount they are not doing that too and also they are not responding to my emails as well.
            Please help me with this issue.

              I ordered a compaq core2 duo laptop (Ad id :[protected] on date 26 oct 2019
              (Transaction id:[protected] but still now quikr don't picked up the laptop from the seller & not even try to deliver the product to me/refunded the money.
              Every day i try to communicate with the quikr chat support but they just replied that they will call me today to solve the issue.
              It is 5 days now but quikr not try to resolve the problem or refund the money.
              As i am a web developer that's why i need the laptop as early as possible
              Hope this complain will help me to solve the issue...

              10 Days gone but no action taken by quikr team...Govt Should take action against this fraud company...I don't know why they are taking the order when the seller is not available...

              I cancel my order 48 hrs ago (As the seller is not available) but still now they don't cancel my order & not refund my money...

              They have no rights to hold my money as the seller is not interested to sell the laptop...

              Resolve My problem quikr...

                A week ago i have posted an ad regarding selling of my sofa on quikr i got a mail from a buyer named as manisha sharma from uk want a sofa of mine for her india's home. Firstly she gained our trust by asking so many queries about sofa we thought as genuine buyer. When the deal is finalized she told us that she is residing in uk she will send the cheque by ciurie and pay the maount of parcel and she will include this money with the cheque. Then we inquire about her on phone and get to know that there is no manisha sharma private limited company registered.

                  May i know if its been damaged in transit or stolen or whether you dont want to deliver this product?

                  Please send it to buyer or give me back my product even if its damaged, Atleast people will have some hope on quikr.
                  The car which u have provided is a fake car just he is making money out of it by giving a quotation of less amount and collecting the money for gate pass in airport.so let the people don't suffer by sending money to get the car at there home premises.

                    I have posted an ad for my used bed and mattress on 29-sep-2019 on quikr portal.
                    A buyer contacted me and purchased the bed on 13-oct-2019
                    My bed and mattress were picked up by quikr on 19-oct-2019
                    Since that day i am contacting quikr through
                    A. Customer care number,
                    B. Mail communication and \
                    C. Chat communication.
                    Everyday they gave update "i request you to kindly wait because i\'ve highlighted this issue on priority. And our team will call you by today anyhow."
                    Also quikr mentioned they have operational issues as below with daily different update:
                    1. Vehicle not available
                    2. Vehicle got break down
                    3. Holiday season.
                    And buyer was contacting me daily that quikr did not deliver the product.
                    Finally buyer doesn't want to waste time and cancelled the order on 28-oct-2019.

                    So due to quikr operational issue, buyer cancelled the order and quikr failed to deliver.

                      Details of the case

                      On a fateful day, i approached quikr with a request for their service to get me noc so that i can ttransport my car from mumbai to bengaluru and get it reregistered in bengaluru.
                      One mr. Ilyas pasha contacted me on behalf of quikr services, and introduced himself as the contact person and assured me that he would remain as the contact person till the completion of the project. He said that their action will start after the initial payment.
                      As a first step, to commence action from his side, he asked me to pay up rs. 4500/- for the noc through a link provided by him (Razorpay sft pvt ltd) and i made the initial online payment of rs. 4500/- on 18/09/2019 through the link razorpay sft pvt ltd provided by mr. Ilyas pasha.
                      As soon as the online payment was done. Mr. Ilyas pasha handed over my case to ms. Ramitha and vanished from the scene.
                      Ms. Ramitha asked me for digital copies of documents regarding the car and i provided them on 19/09/2019. After giving her enough time, i asked her when would she give me the noc for which i have paid rs. 4500/-, she started her game of excuses. Everytime i asked about progress of obtaining noc for my car, she went on saying that her team had not completed verification of the documents i provided and asked for more time.
                      Their continued inaction and growing delaying tactics gave me a loss of credibility in their words, and i asked ms. Ramitha and mr. Ilyas pasha to refund the money i paid for noc (Rs. 4500/-). Mr. Ilyas pasha who at the beginning had assured me to be the contact person till the completion of the project has now preferred to maintain his errie silence, and ramitha replied stating that she would get the refund in 10 - 15 days' time.
                      I am writing this e-mail to you because i have not so far received rs. 4500/- i paid to quikr for getting noc for my car, and quikr has not moved an inch for getting my noc except dilly-dallying on excuses. Request you to go through the emails i have forwarded along with this note to understand how mr. Ilyas pasha and ms. Ramitha are taking old and helpless people like me for ride.
                      Please help me get my refund.

                        The sale of wagonr 2017 by ainur ali is a fraud. He agreed to give away at 1 lakh rupees. When asked for delivery he asked for advance 3k payment to his manager. When asked who the manager was, he could not respond. He said to be working with cisf at guwahati airport. Please initiative for arrest and detention of such people. Please sue for maligning cisf too.

                          I got a call from[protected] number regarding job for data entry. She told me her name as rani sharma from quicker jobs and later she said there is a job in bank and said she will send me a link where they will conduct one general knowledge test for which i will have to pay 29 rupees. When i opened the link and filled the form and paid 29 rs my account was debited with 4949 rs. I am adding screenshot of link sent by her and my debited amount.

                            Be careful quikr scam

                            This is manisha sharma, i am very glad to read your mail and this give me confidence that the sofa is reserve for me only despite the fact that our communication was through mail but we can be able to develop trust. What matters in every transaction is trust and understanding.

                            I just want to confirm to you that i have finally send the mou documents/cheque to your giving address while the airline will arrive in india tomorrow morning by 8:45am, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                            According to the courier service here in uk, the parcel will be shipped through lufthansa airline while there flight will first arrive at indira gandhi international airport in new delhi in other to get all there parcel registered before it will be dispatched to there various destination through there local agent in india. So you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                            Moreover, the total amount on the cheque is 42, 500 rupees. I have include extra amount of 10, 500 rupees because it was mention on the airway bill that 105 pounds has to be paid before delivery which is 10, 500 rupees but i was not told if this amount will be paid but i added the amount in case they charge for it because i don't want to cause you any financial problem and i don't want any delay to occur. The delivery agent will instruct you tomorrow regarding the clearing process and if amount is request then you will have to transfer to them on time and once the amount is credited into your account then you can deduct your amount transfer which is 10, 500 rupees and the rest 32, 000 rupees will be for the sofa.

                            I hereby attached you the scan copy of the cheque and the airway bill in the mail.

                            Please, you need to inform me immediately you sign the mou so the pick up agent can fix the pick up date from your location.

                              This complaint it w. R. T. My ad id[protected] for a queen size double bed on quikr, i sold it to a buyer ~20 days ago for rs. 15250 and my item was picked on 5th oct. On 6th oct the buyer returned the product and when i spoke to him he said it's in bad condition.

                              After 5 days, after multiple follow ups it came back to me on 11th oct and i was shocked to see how it is handled and damaged heavily. Absolutely no packing material was used, it was kept in soiled condition and both mattress and cot has got water seeped in. Also, many parts are damaged and it was not in selling condition anymore.

                              I returned it back with the doorstep guys. Now again the product was attempted to return back to me assuring that it has been refurbished. I am surprised to see the product in even worse condition than before. The damages have increased and it's not at all in refurbishing or sellable condition. It cannot be repaired now.

                              I have called their customer care multiple times, written an email with pictures (Ticket id [protected]) and haven't got any response on email. On call every time they ask for 24 hr time to resolve the issue but it has been ~15 days now with no action on it.

                              Quikr policy says that they take full responsibility of in-transit damages, and now when the product cannot be repaired, i want full refund of rs. 15250 as compensation as they only are fully responsible to damage the product. It's completely their fault as they didn't pack it properly and also mishandled leading to this level of damage.

                              I am sitting under loss of rs 15250 right now, with an unsold product and i don't see any further chance to sell this.

                              Need your help to resolve my case. I am attaching all photos for reference.

                              There has been no response as of now...Can't describe this kind of superior customer service in words...Never seen in 36 years of my lifetime so far..Hats off to Quikr for running business with such a worst and pathetic (I wish I knew better words here) service and issue resolution..!!

                              PLEASE EXPEDITE MY REFUND. IT'S BEEN 25 DAYS AND NO RESOLUTION YET..!!!

                                This fraudster mr sarath varma uddaraju has registered himself on quikr.com as a potential agent/ consultant who would outsource data entry work for a fee of rs 1000/-. God knows how many other sites he has registered himself like that. Unsuspecting people like me and the others who have lost jobs as a result of the slowdown in the job market, and exploring for a possible work - from-home opportunity, have transferred a sum of rs 1000/- on 21/10/2019 via phonepe. Soon after transferring, he goes silent and no acknowledgement nor confirmation of having received the money.
                                Sarath varma uddaraju is a dishonest and fraud individual. Please remain cautious. He can tell you all kinds of excuses and stories until he blocks your number.

                                  I bought a product from quickr bazaar on 10th of oct payment id for the same is [protected]. I received a confirmation mail as well on the same. I was told it will be delivered in 6-8 business days it's been more than that and i am still to get any update. Customer support is also not responding. I need a refund as this has taken too long and have not got any update on this

                                    After the buyer paid quikr for my product, quikr picked the product from me and then the buyer cancelled the business. After which quikr is not returning my product. I am calling them daily. No response from them. Now they are saying the product is not with them and they already returned to.

                                    They are also abusive in nature and stopped picking my phone call.
                                    I am feeling being cheated by quikr now.
                                    Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      Have seen a job in quikr website saying - "maruti suzuki ltd. Company hires candidate for office management". I have applied for that job. Then i have got an sms saying opportunity for you, your resume was selected for maruti suzuki post: office asst, manager, front office sal - 21k-48k, contact ruchita-[].
                                      ‭+[protected]‬ i called her and she told me to send id proof and image pictures on email, and she told me that i have to face an interview by phone call. And i have to pay money after selected in the interview. I have sent my id proof and photo and my resume to the email address - ruchita. [protected]@gmail.com. The other day she called me and told me that the hr will call and will take an interview. After some time i have got a call from another mobile number. I was interviewed by other person, and at the same time she told me that i was selected in the interview. And she asked me to pay money for the dress they give me for the job. After that the sejal, whom i first called, asked me to pay money and sent me the account number details. But i got a doubt and i didn't paid the money.
                                      I have checked in the official website of maruti suzuki and i saw a notice that there are some frauds.
                                      Can i know whether it is fraud or true.

                                        I paid 2500 for ownership transfer of my car on 11th october. Since then i am getting dilly dallied, and the documents are not getting picked. Earlier documents were supposed to be picked the very next day, but thereon they kept delaying it.

                                        There phone numbers are not being picked, and their canned email response is not helping either.

                                        They are not responding to the request for callback either.

                                        With all this going on, i am not sure if i should trust them with my original rc!

                                        I paid 1500 for a RTO service to transfer my 2 wheeler ownership. It is been 1 week now I have not got any response what so ever from Quickr. Is this a scam run by a reputed company
                                        I have applied for jobs in quikr. now I am getting too many calls from Quikr. Which is really irritating. Plz delete my account or
                                        Otherwise plz remove my number.
