Dear sir/madam
during my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms Sumya Rajput ([protected])telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company ms Aisha Mittal after my telephonic interview i was told by Aisha Mittal that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and asked to pay rs1450/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in PSIB bank account number:[protected] ifsc code: PSIB000893 branch:Delhi a/c holder name :mr Rahul pal
i paid the ransom through my ICIC0000104 on 15/07/2019 then i recived a fake job offer letter and after two to five days
and i recived a phone call asking me to pay rs5700/- towards laptop, security and training fees which i declined to pay then they stop further communication with me three phonecall numbers which communicated with me are as follows:

i hope proper action will be taken and amount of rs1450/- will be refunded to me

    I purchased 2 items from quikr ad id:[protected] &[protected], on 23/08 and 24/08 respectively. I paid rs 7000 each for the items but i was informed on 3 sep (After 10 days) that the order with ad id:[protected] cant be delivered as the item is not available in the warehouse. I was extremely upset and ordered for cancellation of both my orders. The order with ad id:[protected] was cancelled and refund initiated but no one knows how the refund will happen, all people were giving me wrong information. But the order with ad id:[protected] is still in progress and not been cancelled. I cant reach out to anyone in quikr as there is no way to reach a person from customer service and i will have to wait for their call, and sometimes no body calls back. This is terrible customer service and i have made payments of total rs. 14000 and i am neither getting my products or my money back. Whats going on??? I need to get my money back immediately

    This is not enough, i have received multiple calls without resolution, I want a case manager assigned to my case till it is fully resolved and after this I will never use Quikr. Call me back with a resolution ASAP

      I have booked a clone apple iphone 7 plus mobile from quikr with additional 6 month warranty and 12 month insurance for these i paid extra... And when i but the product their is written 7 days return policy... And when the product is delivered i found it completely defected so i wanted to return it for that i have called and mailed. To quikr several time but they denid me to returt tha product given me seller no they also denide then after a month i decided to claim warranty and insurance so i called them buy they also 1st said my product mot registered for warrenty and ins... And after many days and lotes of call and many time i tell them policy no etc they said they are not providing me claim and after few month they mailed me they wanted to refund amount i paid extra for policy. But the only paytm me only for 6 month warranty and not for 12month insurance... They both fraud me and now years gone... I still thave that defective mobile waiting to get justice... And my 80000 rs back...

        Never ever think o[censored]sing this service and if so think millions time before you place an order because once you order you can order it till the product is delivered to you which is not gonna happen for a while could be a decade or century because once you place an order only they start manufacture the product. Eg. If you want to buy a bed first thing they will plant a tree and wait for it to grow to cut for plywoods. Also the worse customer service i have tried to contact them in trillion time they always hanging up saying somebody will call you back. And that somebody is not been born yet. If you can't believe you can check the below picture

          I have paid 2, 500 rupees to quikr services to get no objection certificate for my two wheeler in the month of april 2019. Quikr team confirmed they cannot complete the service hence they confirmed to return the payment. Its been 4 months now i haven't got the refund yet. I have sent many emails to ramitha cr, pramod and renuka prasad. There is no update on the refund.

            I ordered a second hand vivo v 15pro mobile. From a person who advertisement was given in quickr. He asked 480rs as corrier charge i paid to him. When my phone delivered. Another phone came in my corrier. This was fraud with me. I asked seller to take back this phone and refund my money. But he is telling that tommorow i will do. But he is not doing. He has done this type of fraud with so many people.

              On (Aug 19th) i ordered a mobile samsung galaxy s10 from a dealer by seeing his post in quikr. Initially he said the total amount is 21675 i was waiting waiting but he didn't dispatch the product. Again on (August 22th) he called me and said that samsung galaxy s10 is out of stock we will provide you samsungs10+ but the amount is 30200. I said i don't want refund my money back he said the money has sent to the company so no refund, we will send you samsung galaxys10+ Then the same day i paid 8525. Still i didn't receive the product. Then on (August 26th) he said your poduct has been on hold because you should pay gst of 8456 i paid that too. But no response from their side.

                Please do check about your telemarketer callws payal sharma (I am very aure that wouldn't be her real name) who has calles me up again and again to tell me that mu account with quikr will be blocked for 10 years. I am receiving calls from qiukr regarding to certain applications posted.
                The first question they ask is kya ap _ bateh kar rahin hein... Then then she says something in hindi with thek hain thek hain as may times as she can...
                This time i she was asking me to confirm all that was writing on my cv... Why is rhat necessary... Then i said i didnt want to continue this conversation and put diwn my phone.
                She called me back atleast 2- 3 times again and this time ehen i picked up... She used her best abusive language... Very tacky unspoken englush language and asjed me me to behave myself or otherwise she will block my accoynt for 10 years.
                If thus is the case i donot want to continue any account at your site.
                My request to all quikr users is to give this fraudster a call and teach her some manners... When we realize its a fraudster talking to us they get back at us with an abusive language... I know know i jeed to celebrate as i didnt let the fraudster win.
                But dont youvthink "quikr" you must do something about it.

                the product is fake and sellers are negros .

                they are asking for 4500 rs as shipment charges .kindly cancel my order and refund the amount on top priority.

                  Ticket no:[protected]. I am uploading the video in a seperate complaint because i didnt see any option to send video in that complaint. Please look upon the matter as soon as possible and fasten the process of refunding my money. I have send you the video via email also. Please check on it also. Please fasten the process. Againmy ticket id isticket no:[protected]. Here is the video of phone in on state, imei number on the screen, without any physical damage, send with every details like tax invoice etc to the representative of mail service. The issue is phone shut down automatically without any reason. It is frequent and it is high during low charges. I cannot turn up the volume as the phone shut down at that point of time also. It caused me so much inconvenience so please refund my money. It also had quikr assurance warranty. Please check the phone thoroughly.

                  very bad customer support.i bought a certified product and showed them that the product is faulty by every means and they told that they understood the case.now theya sare saying that the product has no fault and send me a video regarding that.it doesnt show that they have resolved the issue but only shows the product which is just turned on

                      Hi,

                      I was shifting my house and chose quickr services to sell my old things and uploaded an ad there, after which i started receiving the calls from quikr executives to sell their premium service.

                      I chose & paid their premium services on 3rd aug 2019, in which they ensure that my 4 ads will be uploaded on top of quikr site till one month to get the best prices. They made me believe that they themselves upload the pictures and amounts of the goods also & i do not have to be worried of this from then.

                      But since when they have got the transfer of premium amount which is 1408 rs, in their account the executive stopped calling, talking as well and only my one ad is uploaded on the website & i am unable to reach to any buyer till now. I am sharing the details of the amount paid below & the executive who was after my life & was calling and chatting with me unprofessionally on unofficial timings as well.                       Took the money and never deliver the product
                      I had sold two items on Quikr in July and the buyer received the items and made payments to Quikr. But the money vanished from My Quikr cash account without my permission. The customer care said it’s a technical problem and they will initiate payment but no payment has been made. They keep putting me on hold and disconnecting.

                        Hi, i had submitted documents and paid the entire fee for rto transfer of my car from pune to chennai. It is almost 5 months and every time i contact quikr i get the same standard response that it is still with rto. I am now even afraid that my documents might have been lost given the delay.

                        I would like to either get a real update or a refund of the fees paid.

                          I called for work from home job and got one. His name was samarth varma uddaraja from andhra pradesh. He gave me sample picture on whatsapp and asked me to pay 1000 rs. He gave his account details as sarath varma uddaraju

                          And i paid the amount on the same day as he told i have limited seats. I was waiting for confirmation and he told will sent u a link to register.. I messaged him lots of time then he gave me link on whatsapp. http://protypers.com
                          This is the link he gave me. I asked many a times to help me for registration as it was foreign website. He just check his whatsapp messages and never replied. Anyhow i manage to register but now i have a doubt if i work for the same who will pay me as the person who only take money from us and not reply how will he pay. No intentions for paying. Just fraud i got from quikr. Only scammers are there in quikr as they have open platform for them to get registered for free ads. No verification process for those.

                          Very disappointed from quikr. I want a refund. And i need to be notified that i got my refund as i have used third person to pay money.

                          Don't use needy person money. And please help for the same.

                            I have been trying to contact them for over two days, their chat doesn't respond, and they don't pickup calls and on emailing them they just send a generic email message. Is this how a company should work? I bought a refurbished phone and they send me one where the sim card slot doesn't work. On asking them, they would tell you that they are looking into the matter, and the entire thing is dead for 2 days. Quite a # experience. Strictly not recommended.

                            We ordered one dining table set with full payment and it was supposed to delivered on 14/08/2019, that time delivery was not done and then again they rescheduled on 19/08/2019. Still i didn't get any response. I am calling everyday and they are saying my complaint got registered etc etc but no action yet.

                              The phone you delivered shut down automatically from the first day of delivery itself. The response from the customer care team is pooor. It takes too much time for quikr team to at least respond to the calls. The phone also had 6 months assured warranty but idnt think any technician has examined it. Please look upon the matter as soon as poosible and take back your product before seven days and refund me. Please take it before sevem days amd its a request. I hope that you wont say clumsy reasons. Invoice number is#mlbnat[protected] and invoice of assured warraty is #c2/aug19/003999
                              There is lag also. The phone gets heated up in a few minutes

                              The customer care takes so much time and they are not available most of the time.Now also tried to contact them but there is no response from them at all.They say that they are available between 9am to 9pm but now it is 10:30 already and no reaponse.Please look upon the matter as soon as you can

                                The phone you delivered shut down automatically from the first day of delivery itself. The response from the customer care team is pooor. It takes too much time for quikr team to at least respond to the calls. The phone also had 6 months assured warranty but idnt think any technician has examined it. Please look upon the matter as soon as poosible and take back your product before seven days and refund me. Please take it before sevem days amd its a request. I hope that you wont say clumsy reasons. Invoice number is#mlbnat[protected] and invoice of assured warraty is #c2/aug19/003999

                                  Sir Quikr per koi bhi kuchh bhi dal deta hai kitna bar bhi dal rha hai . But aap log check nhi karte hai.example Scooty no WB24 AL7806 no ka vehicle last 20 days se daily daily name aur mob no change Karne logo ko fraud Kar rha hai . Mera bhi Quikr ke bajah se 70000 ka loss hua hai. Aap log check nhi Kar rhe ho. Please help me sir fraud Karne Wala ko pakarne mai madad kro.

                                        I have placed two orders on several occasion. Both the products were ordered 15th and 17th of august transaction id:[protected]
                                        Transaction id:[protected]. Till now there is no news as to what is taking place in the order. I called up several times to quikr doorstep which the ivr says a call back will be made but it’s been almost 5 days everyday that i have been asking for a call back and i am yet to get a call. I don’t understand what the problem is. It should’t be so difficult to schedule a pick up date with the seller and send a confirmation out for delivery. Everything is done electronically so what is the technical issue. This needs to be resolved as quickly as possible because i can’t wait forever for this two products to arrive
