I requested for scooter insurance and paid (Rs.1800) toward this on 8th may 2019. They promised on or before 22nd may i will get my insurance soft copy. I sent 100`s of mails to followup and they respond it will some soon. I asked to return my money and call me once but since 3 weeks they stopped to respond my mails and not getting any calls. I feel this is really cheating of customer. Please help me to get my insurance in 15 days or to get my money refund.

Hello Quickr,

On Sep 9th I provided my contact details and my problem but i did not get resonse/update from you. Can i get resolution or not?
I had placed an order on 27th Aug with quikr. I had ordered a wardrobe. Payment of INR 5499.00 was made online at the time of purchase. The order status is now reflecting as delivered and unfortunately I haven't received any product, neither was I contacted to schedule any delivery.

As per Quikr Kerala Head Confirmation, we have activated Rs.3000 pack for 15 days, we could not find out any data as per our requirement, Now he is not responding through WhatsApp and call, Kindly investigate this issue and refund our money.

    I ordered an l shaped sofa on 25 aug. They said it will get delivered within 10-12 days then i receive a message which said it will get delivered on 4th of sep. I waited. And then suddenly on 4th i receive a message that it has been rescheduled. After constantly calling to their customer care i receive a message that it will get delivered on 7 at 7 pm. And then again on 7th i receive a message that it has been rescheduled. And now they are neither picking up my calls nor calling me back. It's a fraud company. I want my money back

        Quickr a completely fraud online portal providing such fraud people. The people hired through quickr cannot be relied on. Driver hired through quickr flee away with our car and quickr is encouraging such fraud people with out taking any action in our case and not cooperating with us. Such a big scam planned all thanks to quickr. All such big scam planners on quickr. We lost our new car all because of quickr and facing so much of mental harassment chasing up for our lost car.

          A seller claims to be from gamestop and he told me to send the money via online transfer. Now after paying him he says that i need to send him more money for insurance of the product otherwise he cant send me the product. He scammed me completely and even avoids talking. I need the product and their using many waya to scam people. I would like to take action against those people

            We had engaged quikr to get us noc from mumbai rto to move to bangalore rto. Payment was made on 13th march 2018. Documents including original registration certificate were collected from me in bangalore. The whole process which was to be completed in a couple weeks has not been done for over 18 months now. Numerous follow up emails were sent but they keep saying there are delays at rto end. I've asked multiple times to return the rc, even that's not getting done.in between, around 3 months after the documents collection from me, they again asked for some documents (Which i believe they missed from the first batch). These documents were also given again subsequently in early july of 2018. Please get me the original rc back and my money.

              The above team of quikr rto services, collected documents for the service of ownership transfer of a honda activa bought by me on 22nd june, 2019.
              Since then the documents are under transition, i have no official record of the submission of the documents - and i only get mails saying the process is on.

              They promised 25-30 working days to complete the process & arrange for delivery as per their past experience. However it is now 2.5 months.. And no confirmation as yet. No response to emails either.

              Can this forum help?

                  I have paid 2.5k rupees for rto services and currently nobody is responding. I have called emailed and did everything but nobody is giving me any response.

                  It's been more than 4months and still nothing happened.

                  They are not even giving the original documents back.

                  This is stealing people's rc cards and documents who knows when they will come and change it to some one else's name and steal the bike?

                  This is fraud. If this is not resolved within the week i am going to police.

                  I had a car deal with radheradhe0292 on your app and asked to transfer 5520 after which i was asked another 17500 for the car to be delivered by army transport but i was asked another 22500 to be transfered for the car to be delivered which i refused so now i want my money to be refunded but they say its not possible.

                    I had given my documents for rc transfer 4 months back and from 2 months i am trying to get the original documents back but they are not returning. Every time they are just giving formal reply saying we are looking into it. Nowadays traffic rules are very strict and i already paid heavy fine once so inspite of having bike i have to travel by bus. I think quikr is not at all worried about their customers. I thought quikr is a reputed company but i was wrong. Its really disheartening.

                      I paid rs 3350 for rto ownership transfer in march 2019 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 5 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I am going to lodge a police complaint against quikr.

                        This is ashif shaikh from mumbai, sir/madam i was registered my profile in your job portal on 26th july.. After few minutes i got a call from one placement consultancy which name is career salutations delhi and they told me i got your number form quikr and i have a one placement for you..
                        And they told me please send you all qualifications details and after few hours they called me and told me your everything is ok if you want this job you require to just rs.1500 registration fees which is refundable.. I am pay the its registration fees after 2 days i got telephonic interview and i crack it.. And after interview they told me please pay rs.5200 for documents verification fees which is also refundable.. After this i click there is something wrong and i told them please refund my payment i dont want this types of job.. But tafter that they not pick up my call and not refund my money also..
                        Please take some action on this types of frouds and try to refund my money.. Because of i pay the registration charges behalf of our portal..

                          Ad id :[protected]. I have made the payment. 8100rs but i got refund of rs7900 only. When i ask the reason they said amount was deducted for cancellation. But the order got cancelled becaouse of seller na. Getting misleading information from bangalore and hyderbad quikr team. No one is providing exact reason.

                          Order history.

                          I placed order on aug 19. And it supposed to deliver on 26th aug.
                          Till 26th i didnt receive any call from quikr team also no update on detailed tracking.
                          I called on 28th just to enquire about the delivery status. They said it was not yet picked.in fructuation i asked the reason you it was not updated for the buyer. Alsready i wiatied for more days. If it was not oicked up by today (Aug 28). You can cancell and trigger refund. But it was not done.
                          I got the message the product has picked up on aug 30th. Again a made a call to quikr team to cancel the cancellation req and proceed to deliver the product since it got picked up.
                          Today i received call from quikr hyd team, saying that seller is not responded and it was wrongly updated by bangalore team like product had been picked up, so we are cancelling the order.
                          I got refund of rs7900 wr i paid rs8100.
                          When i checked with cs regarding this they are saying like i (Buyer) am not in product so cancel is trigger whihc is totally wrong and illegel., please take necessary action and help me to get my money

                            My wife had posted an advt on quikr doorstep on 18/8/2019 and after a lot of delays and pick-up schedule skips, they picked up the product (Steel almirah) on 25/8/2019. Only after a thorough check on the product, and sharing photographs with the buyer, and after the buyer's confirmation did quikr even accept the product. Their packing was definitely not up to the mark, is what i noted. When i kept the keys for the almirah inside, they specifically asked me to lock and hand over to them before shipping out. They only delivered this to the buyer on 28/8/2019, three days later, and i really dont know what would have happened and where during this time as the product had a broken handle and the keys lost in transit. The buyer has seen the product and only after knowing its condition did he even accept it. I have been trying to repeatedly call quikr through both their[protected] and[protected] numbers and that allows only for a call back. They did call a couple of times, but had to close the call stating this is a logistics issue. Its now over a week and they are never communicating. Both, my product (In its current damaged state) and the buyers payments are now held by quikr without the slightest effort to solve the issue. Considering the totally unethical business, this calls for an immediate settlement and compensation for the unprofessional attitude shown. My number is [protected] / [protected].                               during my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms Sumya Rajput ([protected])telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company ms Aisha Mittal after my telephonic interview i was told by Aisha Mittal that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and asked to pay rs1450/- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in PSIB bank account number:[protected] ifsc code: PSIB000893 branch:Delhi a/c holder name :mr Rahul pal
                              i paid the ransom through my ICIC0000104 on 15/07/2019 then i recived a fake job offer letter and after two to five days
                              and i recived a phone call asking me to pay rs5700/- towards laptop, security and training fees which i declined to pay then they stop further communication with me three phonecall numbers which communicated with me are as follows:

                                I purchased 2 items from quikr ad id:[protected] &[protected], on 23/08 and 24/08 respectively. I paid rs 7000 each for the items but i was informed on 3 sep (After 10 days) that the order with ad id:[protected] cant be delivered as the item is not available in the warehouse. I was extremely upset and ordered for cancellation of both my orders. The order with ad id:[protected] was cancelled and refund initiated but no one knows how the refund will happen, all people were giving me wrong information. But the order with ad id:[protected] is still in progress and not been cancelled. I cant reach out to anyone in quikr as there is no way to reach a person from customer service and i will have to wait for their call, and sometimes no body calls back. This is terrible customer service and i have made payments of total rs. 14000 and i am neither getting my products or my money back. Whats going on??? I need to get my money back immediately

                                  I have booked a clone apple iphone 7 plus mobile from quikr with additional 6 month warranty and 12 month insurance for these i paid extra... And when i but the product their is written 7 days return policy... And when the product is delivered i found it completely defected so i wanted to return it for that i have called and mailed. To quikr several time but they denid me to returt tha product given me seller no they also denide then after a month i decided to claim warranty and insurance so i called them buy they also 1st said my product mot registered for warrenty and ins... And after many days and lotes of call and many time i tell them policy no etc they said they are not providing me claim and after few month they mailed me they wanted to refund amount i paid extra for policy. But the only paytm me only for 6 month warranty and not for 12month insurance... They both fraud me and now years gone... I still thave that defective mobile waiting to get justice... And my 80000 rs back...

                                    Never ever think o[censored]sing this service and if so think millions time before you place an order because once you order you can order it till the product is delivered to you which is not gonna happen for a while could be a decade or century because once you place an order only they start manufacture the product. Eg. If you want to buy a bed first thing they will plant a tree and wait for it to grow to cut for plywoods. Also the worse customer service i have tried to contact them in trillion time they always hanging up saying somebody will call you back. And that somebody is not been born yet.
