I have purchased 1 product from quikr and my transaction id is[protected] i have also made full payment of this product. But still now i have not got the product. I have been following with customer care for past 1 week and raised complaint id [protected]. Bunch o[censored]seless customer support people. Kindly cancel this order and refund my money back.

First i got msg from quiker (Your reaume is selected for honda motors) then i call to the number which i got from quiker @aradya hr:[protected]
Then she told me u ll get call from hr please attempt the call.. After that aradya hr told me to pay the amount of 1880 for dress code, i paid through online banking, again i got call from hr @priyanka mishra, she ask me to pay the amount 6200/- rs for the company laptop and she told me u ll get laptop from training centre after the completion of training, i had paid through online banking, and the training centre will be held at chennai perungudi old mahabalipuram road, omr. After that i call to the trainer which i got the number in training letter his name was srikanth rao (Manager, trainer) trainer. [protected]@gmail.com, then i call to trainer he asked to pay the sum amount of 10400/- rs for the opening of salary account, then i got small doubt i rejected to pay the amount of 10400/-rs.. I have all the mail id's, proofs and other pdf which i got offer letter and training letter

Finally, this problem got from quiker jobs, so kindly this company have to solve this problem and refund my amount back

Same issue which Swapna Patil has raised. Got cheated by a person who claims himself as an army personnel for activa purchase. Can you pls get the money back ? I have all details with me.

This cannot be continued otherwise will lodge a complaint with police department for the cheating case if issue is not sorted out at the earliest.

I paid 3500 Rs for Ownership transfer. They said Backend executive will call up once the payment is done and come home to collect the documents. Its been 2 days, no one has showed till now and they are not responding to phone calls/emails. My bad, I googled after making the payment and I see that there are lot of complaints against 3 people Ilyas and Renuka Prasad. How can these guys be allowed to run a scam so openly? Can the Consumer Forum initiate action against Qikr RTO Bangalore

I have purchased a bed from quikr on the 20th of august

This was for a bed that was supposed to be delivered to me within 7 days. I have then gone ahead and purchased a mattress for this bed from quikr itself. I started following for the bed from the 28th of august writing mails making calls repeatedly. The only reply i got was:
1. We have escalated to internal team and will get back shortly - they wrote this to me on the 3rd of september and have said the same thing on the 18th of september - such is their escalation
2. They also ask me to see a tracking page which has no information except - pending written on it
The mattress was delivered on time causing me even more trouble as i dont have a bed to use the mattress on.
I want the bed to be delivered within this week or my money for the bed and the mattress returned this week itself so i can go and buy the bed i need.
I also need to be compensated for this torture - money gone, no comfort, no update, no sleep, humiliation of getting no response after repeatedly trying.. The bed is for my aged father of 72. There is no excuse for this kind of delay - i could have easily bought something else in this much time to avoid further pain and botheration to an old man.
Please help me get justice.

I posted ad of my car and started receiving enquiries without contact details. To view the contact details, customer care from quickr and continous emails kept coming to make my ad premium and view contact of enquiries.
When i bought premium ad package, i couldnt see the contact details of enquiries. When I email on Quikr Support,
[protected]@quikr.com, I got a call from two different executives saying that your issues will be resolved and you can view the contact details. However till date I havent received any contact details of enquiries on my ad. I have sent regular email to above mentioned email id however now no reply from customer care is coming. When I called customer care number, They said for Cars you can only write on email.
Are these fake enquiries done by quickr team so that first time customer buy their premium ads and then they dont reply?

I have ordered mobile phone i paid money through quikr.
I felt the seller is not trustworthy.

So i wanted to cancel the order.
But the pathetic experience.
- there is no option for cancellation.,
- you cannot call customer care. They will only call back but i am waiting from complete 1 day no one calls. We don't have option for contacting any one.
- even some how i managed to use chatbot from quikr.com. Still that guy dont do any thing. He told our customer care will contact you.
- in portal there is no sign on order that user requests for cancellation.

I think this is kind of fraud not allowing customers to cancel the order/ contact any one from quikr.

I want the order to be cancelled and refund has to be initiated with confirmation.

Very bad customer support.i bought a certified product and showed them that the product is faulty by every means and they told that they understood the case.now theya sare saying that the product has no fault and send me a video regarding that.it doesnt show that they have resolved the issue but only shows the product which is just turned on.
i have send an email to the support team.they have not at solving my issue and lagging the process as much as they can and now sayinh that the product is fine.i attaching the video they send that has no purpose to do with here .also the mail they send and my reply

Hum quikr mai job k liye apply kiye the to humko quikr se call aaya tha, hum homebased job k liye apply kiye the. Humko [protected] number se call aaya tha, to hum bas job k baare puche aur humko ulta pulta samjha raha tha to hum bole chutiya bana rahe hai kya to wo humko bohut gaali diya meri maa ko gaali diya meri behan ko gaali diya aur dhamki bhi diya. Hum kya kare iska liye kya case kare ya fir kuch dusra action le.

There was a deal and that person is fraud and there are multiple similar deals available on quicker which is having same bike and making the people fool by giving such fake deals. The person took my 30k approx and he is having a log of similar deals running on quicker. That person portrays himsef as a military person and he is having all the fake i'd. Quicker does not justify a deal almost all are fraud deals. I was coned and my money is gone and they are even not responding and not even blocking him there are multiple fake accounts and deals who are making fraud and taking the money. Its request please help and try and get the man and money.

I had requested for a quikr rto service for my bike rc transfer and hypothication removal and same has been initiated and documents (Including my original rc) have been collected on 22-aug-2019 and they stated that it will take a month maximum for it to complete.

It has been close to two months and there is no progress on the same and when i ask in mail, there is no response. I had sent multiple mails, there is no response if my documents have atleast been submitted to the rto or not.

I have requested for escalation matrix and no response on the same as well.

If you are not able to provide a response after collecting the money and documents, what is point of providing the service.

I had a word with the Profile : Rahul.Shop01. HE said the same things as mentioned in above complaint. I have the Wtsapp screshots. This guy didnt even agree to Payment on Delivery. I think Quickr should take responsibility & verify sellers. I have posted the screenshot of the chat. This has the Seller information.

Reg : transaction id[protected]. I brought a washing machine via quickr which got delivered on 12th sep and it is not working in the first use itself. The drum is not rotating and water is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Spoke with the customer care executive and they said that they quickr will only verify the physical conditions. Would like to get the issue resolved asap.

I paid rs 1400 for RTO ownership transfer on 7th feb 2019 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It has been 8 months but I didn't get my documents. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka Prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quires's through contact us section but no one is responding to it.
There is a long list of mail chain as proof I have which I will submit.
I Am going to Lodge a police complaint against quikr.

I upgraded my ad (Ad id:[protected] to premium today morning paying 499.00 and got a call from some ayush (Mobile number[protected] stating that i need to pay extra 601.00 to upgrade so that the ad will be exposed across delhi ncr and need to create a fresh ad with same name (New ad created ad id:[protected] and then quikr will take care that the ad is displayed across delhi ncr. I paid it and created the new ad but now i find that the ad is not visible at all - be it premium or normal - for noida. What for did i pay 601 then??

When quikr gives job portal to someone, then why not do his verification. Whether that company is right or not

I ordered iphone 6s rose gold color, few days ago and he asked me to pay full payment on phonepe app and i think quikr is online shopping app and they never lies. So i paid total amount rs.8500 but it almost one not yet deliver. When i transfer in phonepe his name show rakesh kumar.. And now he blocked me in whatsapp as well as in anywhere.. So i request to all the customer care please help me to deliver my phone.. I beg you all as a customer. He worked at expert mobile store located in bengaluru, karnataka.560034.

Some fraud team naming themselves as aai - airport authority of india.. They took an amount of rs1600 from me for some documents verification. They assured me the money is refundable if i continue with their processes or if i discontinue in any process they will refund the amount and in further processes i dnt have to pay anything. And suddenly again they charged rs8500 for uniform. On that time i was sure they were doing some fraud assurance of job. Aai never takes such amount of money for uniform directly. I told them i will meet and wants to give the money but they were not getting conceived in that also. After that they told me to cancel the process and promised me to refund the money. But i haven't got any refund n they are not picking up my phone not replying my emails.
