Quickr rto servies reflects what contradiction to "quickr" is. Their response rate to a query upon receiving the documents can cary from 10 to several days.
However they are extremely quick only till the payment has been done. I had submitted my documents for rc card more than a month ago. However, i have been following up with quickr multiple times only to get updates which quickr should have sent and not after customer requests. I strongly see a lack in their expertise of rto services. Quickr should seriously look into the knowledge of processing requests by quick rto team. I am not quite sure if quickr has defined sla 's for reverting to emails, calling customers. Even if there is one, they aren't following for sure. Though i have requested multiple times for revert, i haven't received a call. I happen to see another similar complaint for the same issue. I am sure that quickr hasn't basically done anything to oversome this issue. I have been interacting with nawazulla, ramitha. Cr, renuka, dafda. Vikashbhai, puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in and ofcourse quicker rto services in cc. Extremely poor response rate.
