Unboxed crompton greaves fan was picked up by quikr on sept 28th 2019 and it's still undelivered to kolkata since15 days. No updates, no response since 3 days. Was informed that it will be delivered by oct 5th. Tracking status not updated after oct 1st. The product mrp is 2064. I paid 1900 and unfortunately sold it for 800rs. No money, no product returned. Can u help? Quikr.com doorstep service issue

I took service with athomediva for my global hair highlights. The colour didn't come on my highlights. I raised the complain and send them the pics through email too. But i didn't get any resolution yet. Everytime they said to convey it to their respective team and get back to me but nothing has happened yet.
I paid total 3166/- after some discount.

I uploaded my resume yesterday. Then i got a call from quicker side. Miss payal singh was talking with mi... They told me that if i registered and pay 29 rs i will got and interview call. But after some time my account debit 1818 rs to that account were i was registered. Please help me to get my amount back. I do all that trustfully please help me.

I ordered iphone 7 unboxed condition mobile from quikr assured mobile from az enterprises but i didnt got the unboxed condition mobile. It looks like a old phone due to so much dents on its body.. Its maximum battery capacity is 88% where in a apple new condition mobile its 100%. The earphones are also cheap quality which aren’t supported and not competible by this mobile.. Charger cable also seems local quality. Sub order id - 905228..

This is my second complaint on consumer forum as there was no action taken absolutely by quikr for my first complaint. Quickr claims they have submitted my documents at rto bangalore but when asked about the receipt for submitting my documents/refunding my amount, there has been no response.in the case of being unable to deliver the services, quikr should revert the amount and the documents that were taken but they claim that i should be going to the rto and collecting the documents. They are not answerable or choose to not answer some questions very conveniently. Secondly they follow no sla for reverting ont the emails. They respond at their own will and wish. Even raising complaints on consumer forum goes unheard of.

Seems like quickr ban

I registered for duplicate rc service from quikr. Somebody from the quikr team called me same day and provided the payment link for the requested rto service. I made the payment (Inr 2400) and haven't heard from them ever since. I tried calling their customer helpline number, but that has probably been deactivated. Needless to say, they don't respond over email either — even their designated points of contact!

I am resigned to have lost that money. But would definitely like to warn all potential quikr customers about this blatant scam. Save your money and don't rely on them!

It is with utmost frustration and disgust i'm writing this mail regarding my order of a study table with ad id[protected].
The product was supposed to be delivered between 4-6 p. M. On the 5th of october. It wasn't delivered, infact, i didn't even receive a call during the scheduled time.
Since that day, i have tried calling and getting it rescheduled atleast 20 times with no reply from your end.
Today i got a call and the person who called said he will deliver at a time i'm not available and so he took the product to be "rejected" by me. I'm still trying to get in touch over the customer care and they are just hanging up on me or just putting me on hold forever.
So now i stand with no study table and no refund and no clue.
Is this the kind of business you run? Is this what professionalism means to you? Is this how you treat customers who trust in you and have bought multiple items in the past and look up to quikr every time something needs bought?
I don't know if this isn't a sad state, what is!

Hi team, i have ordered one almirah on 27th sep, but still it has not been delivered so far. So many escalations and mails to the quikr team but still no positive response... Every time they say they would be delivering within 2 days but it's not happening.. It seems they don't have even any escalation matrix... They are not even giving my money back.. Pathetic loosers.

I have ordered a baby crib worth 6393. They keep on saying till 7 days that number is not reachable etc. After 7 days of frustrated calls to customer care O called the seller directly and it was ringing and i talked. Later I cancelled the order and every time they are saying that within 24 hours we will cancel. Its 3rd day and still I am getting similar responses of within today it be cancelled. I still did not receive the money till night.

Requesting who ever is reading this dont fall in such traps.

Its been more than a week i had ordered a dining table from quikr. The product was supposed to be delivered on 3rd october. Today is 7th oct, till now the product delivery is in pending status. I have called and emailed quikr so many times but no positive response has been recieved so far, rather they are bluffing me every single day. They have taken all the money in advance and now they are neither giving me the product nor they are returning my money. Enough is enough. I want my money back.

The pickup was scheduled on 6th october, i called the customer care and confirmed at around 3 pm.. At 5 pm it gets rescheduled to 7th october. I tried calling customer care to cancel the pickup but its an automated system with no option to cancel.. There is no option on website to cancel and it has to be done via phone call.. But there is no option to cancel in their automated system as well

I want to delete my quikr account as soon as possible bcz of all the calls n i also cant change my phone number or edit it
So plz delete my account i want it deleted bcz of the phone number basically
But i dont see an option of that or anything to change my number
I request you to delete my account as soon as possible n that is very very important for me for u to delete it asap

I am writing this after reading all the negative and fraud reviews on google about quicker rto service in bangalore and now i feel like cheated for taking service from them quicker (6-7 month's)
I bought a second hand bike and paid ₹99 charge and opted rc change from qucikr rto thinking its a well known company and reg for rto change service. Their team contacted me and agreed for rc transfer on march 16th and i paid them rs 1600/- charge online.. They picked up all my orginal documents from itpl area during afternoon on 19th march as they where busy to come and pick up from home.. Nawas assured me max 25 working days it will take and it will be returned back to my address after rc transfer.... But no calls from their side after collecting payment and documents... They give u tensions to the core and replies always as it's progress cannot meet the told time.. After 2 months mailed me as i have to pay hypothecation removal charge and document so only they can do rc change and asked me to pay rs 1000 extra and i provided all documents as they asked me... And that was collected on june 20 and after that now above 110 days is over i feel like cheated and to the core disappointed for choosing such a fraud company quicker... For taking a professional service i wasted nearly 6 month's and 99+ 1600+1000=2699rs and my half of time for 6 month's typing above 30 mails and lots of call to then they won't attend your calls or respond with proper answer... Now also i have mailed them if no reply or refund my money and documents means i will go to my extend to make sure those staffs will be in jail for cheating a society above 100 people complaints i read yesterday night.. If no progress from them means i will file case against all 4 with the payment proofs screenshot and all mails and will go till the extend to make sure no one will again jump into this trap... This is india we trust our judiciary and our officers.

Quickr rto servies reflects what contradiction to "quickr" is. Their response rate to a query upon receiving the documents can cary from 10 to several days.
However they are extremely quick only till the payment has been done. I had submitted my documents for rc card more than a month ago. However, i have been following up with quickr multiple times only to get updates which quickr should have sent and not after customer requests. I strongly see a lack in their expertise of rto services. Quickr should seriously look into the knowledge of processing requests by quick rto team. I am not quite sure if quickr has defined sla 's for reverting to emails, calling customers. Even if there is one, they aren't following for sure. Though i have requested multiple times for revert, i haven't received a call. I happen to see another similar complaint for the same issue. I am sure that quickr hasn't basically done anything to oversome this issue. I have been interacting with nawazulla, ramitha. Cr, renuka, dafda. Vikashbhai, puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in and ofcourse quicker rto services in cc. Extremely poor response rate.
