I ordered iphone 6s rose gold color, few days ago and he asked me to pay full payment on phonepe app and i think quikr is online shopping app and they never lies. So i paid total amount rs.8500 but it almost one not yet deliver. When i transfer in phonepe his name show rakesh kumar.. And now he blocked me in whatsapp as well as in anywhere.. So i request to all the customer care please help me to deliver my phone.. I beg you all as a customer. He worked at expert mobile store located in bengaluru, karnataka.560034.

After I post all these complain..someone calling me yesterday and he asked me my debit card number, valid number, CCV number. He said, he will refund money after 1min..but till now not yet transfer..so is he is from real Quikr customer... But what I know is that ..for transferring money is needed only account no. Or card no... Not ccv no. And valid no. ..so this is his Mobile number.[protected]...so please somebody help me ..to get my money back...

    Some fraud team naming themselves as aai - airport authority of india.. They took an amount of rs1600 from me for some documents verification. They assured me the money is refundable if i continue with their processes or if i discontinue in any process they will refund the amount and in further processes i dnt have to pay anything. And suddenly again they charged rs8500 for uniform. On that time i was sure they were doing some fraud assurance of job. Aai never takes such amount of money for uniform directly. I told them i will meet and wants to give the money but they were not getting conceived in that also. After that they told me to cancel the process and promised me to refund the money. But i haven't got any refund n they are not picking up my phone not replying my emails.

      I ordered a product from quikr. No delivery was done. So i told to cancel my order and to refund my money. Till now no proper response from customer care. Theses beggars grabbed my money. Kindly resolve my issue. I ordered a expandable dining table from quikr assured. I ordered on 27th august. Today 11th of september. They promised to deliver within 10 days
      Now more than ten days passed i called customer care to cancel my product and refund my money. They r always telling that our team will do that. We will resolve your query within 24 hours. But hours are being passed no solution. No proper response from customer care. No cancellation done. Where is my money. I am calling customer care every day. No proper solution has been made.           I applied for the data entry job in quikr site and got a call from the person who told me that i was selected for the job in icici bank and for the documents charge and all i have to pay rs 2000 then only i can get the document form to fill for the job vacancy, he sent me an account number with the name of ram singh kori, his ifsc and all to which i did and sent the screenshot of the transaction then i came to know that there was no such kind of vacancy in bank through my colleague than i told him that i want the amount to be returned he told me that he will talk about the refund request with his seniors and when i called him he told me to pay some gst amount of rs 370 for the refund procedure to which i did and now when i am calling him he is shouting at me and abusing with vulgar words to which i got angry and i too started shouting at him. Don't know how to get my amount back

            Sir, i want my money back from your quikr recruiter staff. They called me for an interview and asked to give interview in phone also. And asked to submit my CV and then said you are selected for your applied post now give ₹1200 and this is refundable. We will send you msg in evening. But yet i didn't get any msg from them. And now i want my money back. And please please please take action against this type of fraud people. India is already facing unemployment problem and this type of fraud people are playing tricks to earn from these people who are suffering.. So please take action as soon as possible. Thanks

              I have been a quikr user since couple of years wherein i have bought and also sold products. I have referred also to my contacts. But recently i had a very bad experience.

              I purchased a 3 door wardrobe through quikr and was delivered on 6th july 2019. Before purchasing i personally visited the sellers place to see the product and it was as good as a new one without any scratches or damage as it was just 6 months old. I was also present during the de - assembling of the product. It was delivered after 5 days to my place as the same day delivery slot was unavailable. The product looked ok from outside as it was packed and i didn't remove as it was very heavy.

              But the same evening when the carpenter whom i had booked for assembling came and opened it noticed a damage at the side panel of the wardrobe. Also the keys and hanger rod were missing. I immediately called up quikr and informed them about the damage and they suggested me to write a mail which i sent along with the photos.
              It's been 63 days since the issue has happened. I have been continuously following it up through mails and calls. But each time i hear the same that the issue has been escalated to the internal team and they are working on it.

              I really don't understand is this what they call professionalism or the customer service? Does the role end immediately after getting the payment? Once the customer makes an offer there will be continuous follow ups on the payment, but if any such issues happen after the purchase, is it not the responsibility of quikr to resolve it?

              In the meanwhile one day i received a call where one of the executive said the they have decided to compensate with 700rs. Do they really have the market sense? Damage to the panel has to be rectified, two set of keys (Outside and for internal drawer) and hanger rod is required... I said i have enquired and the repair cost would come up to 1500 rs.
              I suggested them either they compensate the amount (1500rs) or send the repair guy and get it repaired, for which they didn't even bother to respond.
              I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. With no fault of mine, i have received a damaged product after paying the full amount. It is just like a damaged woodeen shelf i am keeping at home, because without keys and hanger rod it doesn't serve the purpose.
              These days it is easy to highlight these kind of issues in the social platform. I can easily raise a complaint in the consumer cell and post about quikr in the social media. But i am still being patient hoping my issue would be resolved..
              I request whoever the concerned person to look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

              After posting my issue in consumer complaints, the same was forwarded to quikr company by them.I am really thankful to the consumer forum...My issue which was prolonged for more than 2 months got resolved within 2 weeks..I got a compensation of 1500rs for the damages caused.

                I requested for scooter insurance and paid (Rs.1800) toward this on 8th may 2019. They promised on or before 22nd may i will get my insurance soft copy. I sent 100`s of mails to followup and they respond it will some soon. I asked to return my money and call me once but since 3 weeks they stopped to respond my mails and not getting any calls. I feel this is really cheating of customer. Please help me to get my insurance in 15 days or to get my money refund.

                Hello Quickr,

                On Sep 9th I provided my contact details and my problem but i did not get resonse/update from you. Can i get resolution or not?
                I had placed an order on 27th Aug with quikr. I had ordered a wardrobe. Payment of INR 5499.00 was made online at the time of purchase. The order status is now reflecting as delivered and unfortunately I haven't received any product, neither was I contacted to schedule any delivery.

                  I ordered an l shaped sofa on 25 aug. They said it will get delivered within 10-12 days then i receive a message which said it will get delivered on 4th of sep. I waited. And then suddenly on 4th i receive a message that it has been rescheduled. After constantly calling to their customer care i receive a message that it will get delivered on 7 at 7 pm. And then again on 7th i receive a message that it has been rescheduled. And now they are neither picking up my calls nor calling me back. It's a fraud company. I want my money back

                      Quickr a completely fraud online portal providing such fraud people. The people hired through quickr cannot be relied on. Driver hired through quickr flee away with our car and quickr is encouraging such fraud people with out taking any action in our case and not cooperating with us. Such a big scam planned all thanks to quickr. All such big scam planners on quickr. We lost our new car all because of quickr and facing so much of mental harassment chasing up for our lost car.

                        A seller claims to be from gamestop and he told me to send the money via online transfer. Now after paying him he says that i need to send him more money for insurance of the product otherwise he cant send me the product. He scammed me completely and even avoids talking.                           We had engaged quikr to get us noc from mumbai rto to move to bangalore rto. Payment was made on 13th march 2018. Documents including original registration certificate were collected from me in bangalore. The whole process which was to be completed in a couple weeks has not been done for over 18 months now. Numerous follow up emails were sent but they keep saying there are delays at rto end. I've asked multiple times to return the rc, even that's not getting done.in between, around 3 months after the documents collection from me, they again asked for some documents (Which i believe they missed from the first batch). These documents were also given again subsequently in early july of 2018. Please get me the original rc back and my money.

                            The above team of quikr rto services, collected documents for the service of ownership transfer of a honda activa bought by me on 22nd june, 2019.
                            Since then the documents are under transition, i have no official record of the submission of the documents - and i only get mails saying the process is on.

                            They promised 25-30 working days to complete the process & arrange for delivery as per their past experience. However it is now 2.5 months.. And no confirmation as yet. No response to emails either.

                            Can this forum help?

                                I have paid 2.5k rupees for rto services and currently nobody is responding. I have called emailed and did everything but nobody is giving me any response.

                                It's been more than 4months and still nothing happened.

                                They are not even giving the original documents back.

                                This is stealing people's rc cards and documents who knows when they will come and change it to some one else's name and steal the bike?

                                This is fraud. If this is not resolved within the week i am going to police.

                                I had a car deal with radheradhe0292 on your app and asked to transfer 5520 after which i was asked another 17500 for the car to be delivered by army transport but i was asked another 22500 to be transfered for the car to be delivered which i refused so now i want my money to be refunded but they say its not possible.

                                  I had given my documents for rc transfer 4 months back and from 2 months i am trying to get the original documents back but they are not returning. Every time they are just giving formal reply saying we are looking into it. Nowadays traffic rules are very strict and i already paid heavy fine once so inspite of having bike i have to travel by bus. I think quikr is not at all worried about their customers. I thought quikr is a reputed company but i was wrong. Its really disheartening.

                                    I paid rs 3350 for rto ownership transfer in march 2019 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 5 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I am going to lodge a police complaint against quikr.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      This is ashif shaikh from mumbai, sir/madam i was registered my profile in your job portal on 26th july.. After few minutes i got a call from one placement consultancy which name is career salutations delhi and they told me i got your number form quikr and i have a one placement for you..
                                      And they told me please send you all qualifications details and after few hours they called me and told me your everything is ok if you want this job you require to just rs.1500 registration fees which is refundable.. I am pay the its registration fees after 2 days i got telephonic interview and i crack it.. And after interview they told me please pay rs.5200 for documents verification fees which is also refundable.. After this i click there is something wrong and i told them please refund my payment i dont want this types of job.. But tafter that they not pick up my call and not refund my money also..
                                      Please take some action on this types of frouds and try to refund my money.. Because of i pay the registration charges behalf of our portal..
