Quikr India — Escalation about quikr for doing fraud with customers

Hi Team My name is Pravin Tiwari (Managing Director) of Futurz Job ([protected]) would like to lodge a complain about Quikr.com for making fraud with their customers. I bought quikr database pack for a month for Rs.3500/- that expired on 5th December 2015. I got a series of sales call from quikr for the renewal of the same but I told them that I need a discount. One Advisor named Alkesh Sawant agreed to give a discount of 500 rupees. He sent me a link for paying Rs.3000/- when I insisted for payment through cheque he told me that it will take two days' time, for immediate activation I need to pay it online and I payed it on 14th December . As soon as I payed and gave him the transaction number he stopped responding from then, I called him many times but he just rejected it by sending sms "I'll call u later" I rang his phone hundreds of time in two days then he responded on 16th and told that after a verification call database will be activated . I got a verification call from a lady named Zaveria, she told me that I am opting a database for Nashik, I denied as I wanted it for Mumbai. Alkesh called me and told that he is activating Nashik Database with almost 70% reduced mailers and views to enable that Rs.500/- discount. I insisted that I want Mumbai database he told me to pay Rs.500/- more and sent a link of Rs.500/- I payed that amount immediately on 16th and he promised to activate the database the same day, but again he started rejecting my call after making the payment. He also told me to say yes for Nashik database and he will provide me internally mumbai database by setting but I denied for the same. I told him that I will not agree for any other database on verification call. As I called him continuously his friend picked the phone and told me that activation will be done in morning due to system failure. I waited till 12 O'clock on 17th i.e. yesterday and called Alkesh, again he started rejecting my calls. Today itself I made a call by 10:00 AM and again he rejected my call, then I decided to file a complain against him. So this is purely cheating, Quikr is doing this illegally and this is fraud which Quikr employees are doing on the behalf of Quikr. I have also attached a invoice in which I had made payment to Quikr India Private limited. If I will not get a solution within 2 days I will pass the same escalation email to the CEO of Quikr and also file a fraud complain against the company and take this issue in court, media. I will surely make sure that the people come to know how Quikr is illegally functioning and it will surely impact the market value of the company. So you can assume this email as the documentation email and after two days I will lodge a complain against quikr if I will not receive any solution.
