[Resolved] Quikr — Product sale via quikr and amount not received | |||||
Hi Team, My Add ID#[protected] and[protected], i have sold out my Split AC and Laptop 10 days back and i got the mail that Quikr received the money from the buyer. I called up Buyer and they confirmed that they received my Product. It's more than a week I`m chasing for my money and I sent 8 e-mails to email to [protected]@quikr. com and no one take care of it.I called up more than 20-21 times to customer care whatever people are attending the call they don't care about the issues and just keep saying "I will forward your request to concerned team and they will get back" No one has replied to my calls and my complaints and they are not registering any complaint internally and not providing any complaint number for the refund process.
