[Resolved] Quikr — Replaced phone cannot approach in my home

I had bought a phone NOKIA lumia from quikr in august and at a very moment II had bought a phone NOKIA lumia 520 (black) from quikr in august and at a very moment I saw the phone was almost damage ( 2 volume key, power key, battery).According to their notice I send this for replacement & the told me that it will replaced within 15 days there I have guarantee period.I give all this with charger and they gave a reverse logistics[protected]/QUIKRLM[protected]. But strange that I often get this product.I call them several times but most of the time they didn't answer and I mailed them.At last they send me a message to get ready with 3000/-.The new order no is 76846.It is so funny that I have to pay two times for a single handset. Now I told boldly to Quikr you cancelled my mobile, if You don't replaced me I must go to consumer court and take a step on you.And tweet this cheating.Like that "BEWARE TO BUY FROM QUIKR, QUIKR CHEAT WITH ME"
