(Future general india insurance co. Ltd.,) and an amount of rs. 20016.00
Was sanctioned, and the balance amount of rs. 2414.00 was paid by cash.
We have taken the delivery of the vehicle, and later we have sent the vehicle
For servicing for 3 times, and the last servicing date 30.01.2018, and it was
Informed by your people a balance amount of rs. 6630.00. Today we have sent the
Vehicle to your show room for a. C complaint. After rectification of the complaint
An amount of rs. 4390.00 was billed by deducting the advance amount of
Rs. 1000.00 lyig with you. So, the balance amount of rs. 3390.00 was made

After completion of the payment and rectification of the complaint, you have not
Given the clearance for delivery of the vehicle, intimating that an old balance

It is not fair on your part, and please note that, we are having all the evidences

We have given a complaint on 12.02.2016, but till date it was not rectified, and you

Though the insurance was claimed, you people are playing double game
By demanding the payment again. We are unable to understand whether
There is a new policy in india, to pay the amount twice both by the customer
As well as the insurance company.
Please do not make it repeated in future.
