      I have booked the super luxury bus for date 05 sept, 2020 from jaipur to delhi (Gurugram). But i got the message that bus has been cancelled.

      I have dropped the mail to the rsrtc help desk but didn't get any response and also call on rsrtc but no response from there.

      Please find the details below

              I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. I made payment through mobikwik. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -
              Booking date - 30 July 2020
              Amount - 145 inr
              Boarding point - Jaipur
              Destination point - Bharatpur

              It has been 2 days now. I have attached my payment invoice

              I have two times ticket booked but amount debited via phone pay both times but ticket not book. I want refund and solve this problem.

                  Resp Sir, I was stand near Jail bus stand Hanumangarh Jn. to go by rsrtc bus no RJ 13PA 4478 to my village Dulmana, (Pilibanga).
                  Your conductor rudely behaved and denied that he will not Stop at Dulmana stand. The bus was not Fully seated, even approx 20 person was sitting inside.
                  I don't know what is the stretegy of the roadway about stopping the Bus but behaviour of the employees of the corporation was very bad.
                  I wants to know that why he denied even on a express bus stand stoppage.

                            I boarded a bus from government bus stand pali. I took a ticket of charbhuja in the same bus which is going to udaipur. The conductor is dishonest and untrustworthy. He is taking money for the travel from passengers but not giving tickets in return. He is adamant and exploiting government property. This is happening in most of buses on this route as i am a regular traveller of this route. This sort of corruption must be taken seriously.

                              I have tried booking ticket twice from rsrtc site. Both times money was deducted from my account but nothing happened. First time instead of copy of my ticket showing up, it took me to the login page and the second time after payment was completed same thing happened. After the payment is done there is no message from rsrtc's side that my payment was failed yet, after the first time when i went to the booking page again the seats i booked were available to book. Rs 1748 has been deducted from my account till now and i have no idea what's happened. My email was not answered.

                                Sir, i am sitting in bus but conductor said that passenger going to chomu go in another bus. He is saying limited passenger allowed for chomu but almost 25 seats empty. This is not right way to dealing with passenger. Bus no 4219 rajasthan roadways from jaipur to shrimadhapur. He is saying take ticket from counter same time ticket also not provided at counter

                                  I have booked a volvo bus from jaipur to delhi for 31/01/2020. My pnr number is[protected]. My bus time was 11.00 pm and on 11.15 pm the ticket counter man told me that your bus was cancelled and you are shifted to another bus which will coming on 12.00 pm. The rsrtc did not give me any information regarding this. My flight was on 01/02/2020 at 5 am, due to this i coulud have missed the flight. They have worst customer service and they have done this before. They never inform the customer about bus canceling.

                                  I bòoked a ticket for jaipur from Meerut of 12 jan 2020 but due to some reason cancled it on 7 jan 2020. But till now i could not received my cancled ticket amount. I have contact rsrtc staff through help no [protected] and have followed all the steps. But they are not giving me a proper solution.

                                    I booked ticket for journey from farokabad to jaipur on 02.02.20 pnr. Noxjprj[protected] ticket no.[protected]Ticket attached)
                                    Bus had departed 15min before scheduled time, so i could not boarded the bus even after reaching in time.
                                    I suffered mentally and financially.
                                    Please look in to the matter and arrange to refund fare, and take action against consern staff.

                                      I am traveling from newai to jaipur right now and the bus conductor asked me to pay the fare of 80 rupees and i simply paid.
                                      But when i asked for the ticket then he said that he doesn't has printing roll and can not print the ticket.

                                      The conductor is doing the same with all the passengers.
                                      All the travelers are complaining for the same.
                                      Even bus doesn't has lights.

                                      If i get immediate response then it would be very helpful for all the travelers.

                                        I am student of class 12 live at thanagazi. I go to alwar to study daily. I have rajasthan roadways monthly pass. I have been using monthly card for 2years. We are about 15 to 20 passengers, who travel to alwar daily. Some of them are students, some are goverment employees, some are private workers. We have to reach about 7:30am-8:00am. Before two or three months a roadways bus of tizara depot is on this time but now there is no roadways bus for monthly pass passengers. Before two or three days alwar depot closed a bus which start on 4:00am from jaipur and reached at thanagazi on 6:30pm. This is very appropriate bus for us, so we want that a bus on this time is started.
