Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [RSRTC] Complaints & Reviews

We had a booking from jaipur to delhi on 8th november at 11.20 pm. The bus did not arrive at the scheduled time and the authority at the sindhi camp bus stand, jaipur did not have proper answer regarding at what time the bus would come or if the bus would come at all or not. The behavior of the concerned persons was very rude. Very much disappointed!!

I have booked for super luxury from Jaipur to delhi on 18.10.2018 for 21.10.2018 having timing of 23:30PM. But no ticket has been received against the same and amount was deducted from my account. I have done my payment through paytm. At RSRTC login ID, transaction is showing as failed.

I have done mails to RSRTC continuously but till now no revert has been done by them

The rsrtc has built a lounge in kotputli, rajasthan. The bus stopped for snacks at the lounge for some breakfast and snacks.

However, the lounges was asking for higher than mrp prices for packaged food and when i asked for bill as the proof, they denied giving the bill as well. I am not sure whether this has been authorized by rsrtc or not. But this is in violation of government rule and customer rights as nobody can ask for than mrp prices set by the company. Besides these people are also surpassing gst and taxes by not giving the receipt of the purchase.

I request the relevant authorities to look after the matter as this is very serious. These people are simply taking the advantage of customers and looting them.

I don't have any proof to submit along with the complain however a simple audit can surface the truth behind my complain.

Hope to hear back soon and see the result in my trip!

We was scheduled to travel on 4 Sep 2018 at 17:00 from Ajmer to Jaipur with Volvo Bus. But at 17:30 we get information that Volvo has breakdown at Beawar and will not be able to travel. Our Ticket was booked online via https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in/ Website and I was not able to cancel ticket from that portal so please get us refund of ticket. My Details are below -

I'd booked a travel ticket of rsrtc volvo bus from jaipur to jodhpur on 18th sept'18 for 19th late evening travel. I kept waiting till mid night for the bus to come & board me but bus did not turn up. I called rsrtc enquiry number (Mobile) & i was told to cancel the ticket as no bus is going to come due to strike from last 3 days letting myself stranded at mid night with no option available to go back.
I've been trying to contact their toll free number but of no use. No email id for registering complaints is mentioned. Please assist resolving this.

From some days there was strike of rsrtc buses in jaipur but i was not aware as i booked tickets for my parents from jaipur to bareilly 10.20 p. M semi deluxe online of 18 sep 2018 and the amount gets deducted but due to strike there was no bus i had mail to rsrtc sites two times but no response. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

Ticket pnr xjprs[protected] i booked two tickets from mathura toh jaipur through paytm on 09 sept, 2018. Departing time was 11:50 from mathura bus stand. Counter pe waha ek aadmi jo har aane wali bus ka no. Likh rha tha. Usne bataya ki jaipur ko jane wali 11:50 wali bus mathura me kabhi aati h kabhi nhi. Aane wali bus k no. And cont. No. Uske pas nhi the. To hame mathura k bahar ek bridge par jane k liye bola taki bus waha se mil sake. Hum waha time se pahle pahuche. Aur har rsrtc ki bus ko check kiya par kisi bhi bus wale ne humara ticket accept nhi kiya or kaha ki koi bhi online ticket jaipur ke liye nhi aaya h. Then rat ko 2 gante bad 2:00 am par us sumsaan jagah me hum kisi dusri bus se extraa tickts pay karke jaipur aaye. Me rsrtc ka esa behaviour bikul tolerate nhi kar sakta aur jarurat padne par legal action lunga. Please aap muje uchit sahayata, ticket refund aur guidence provide kare.

Dear concerned,

This is the second time i faced this problem. When i reached bus stand to catch the bus for jaipur from aligarh new bus stand (Masudabad), but i didn't find the bus there. I kept waiting for half hour and then got the information from the enquiry that the bus did not arrive at bus stand (Pick up point) instead it passed from outside the city, without the prior information. This behaviour will not be tolerated and i will take legal action against this if not handled soon.

i am a person from karauli. the bus from the karauli to Jaipur via chakshu is at the time of 5:15am, 8:30am, 11:30 am and so on. There are no bus between that time. i have not problem from that but when the bus is cancelled any of them then we have the face the very much problem due to so much time difference. please at least make essential of the bus at the given time and the avoid the cancellation of the bus. i hope you will consider my request ant think about it.

Sir, on 27 july 2018 due to roadways strike my buse from rampur to jaipur was cancelled. L had booked the ticket of muradabad to jaipur bus from rampur to jaipur by using rsrtc online ticketing and couldn't cancel it at tht moment as the cancellation time period was over. So sir kindly look into the matter and provide me the refund of my ticket because the bus was not available on 27 july 2018.

The bus from banswara to ahmedabad (Via himmatnagar) stops around 10 km before himmatnagar at a restaurant named "hotel mewad restaurant dal bati". Here, in the name of lunch, the bus is stopped for 35 to 45 minutes in general. Is it even scheduled?? This is so frustrating for travellers. Even if they need to stop for lunch, keep it maximum 15 minutes. Please do needful and stop this kind of delays. This bus' number is rj 03 pa 3209. It started from banswara on 01/06/2018 at 07:20 am. It reached at the hotel at 12:45 pm, and it again started at 01:20 pm. Please look into the matter & do needful.

Stopping bus at anywhere. Slow drive.
This is bus no. Rj 06 pa 3934. I boarded it at 18:23 from malpura. There are very slow driving and all passengers are continue complain to conductor he ignored firstly and when we forcely complain then he said that we ask to driver not him and also said that the driver are not seen brotherly why rsrtc appoint him in night. What is this firstly the driver are drive slow secondly he can not seen properly in night.

I traveled from adalaj gandhinagar to aburoad..in which first of all he charged extra money for seat which was not booked. Than i seen that he is doing same from many people and distributing seat whom who ready to pay more even that seats are not prebooked. Such unethical practice in govt buses of rajasthan i can't expect... Learn from gujarat...
I gonna make operation for it soon...

We are travelling from jaipur to moradabaad at 9pm wednesday, we know it's holi festival time but this should not be the case that bus driver is allowing every person to board bus where else there is no seats available.. Almost 20 extra passengers it would be very difficult and uncomfortable for girls to travel such alone.

How we will manage this, kindly request them to not repeat such case.

From sikar to laxmangarh. Conductor make three time fare from sikar to laxmangarh, and using abusing language with me.
Total four rsrtc staff in bus this time and all are drunk.
Base fare from sikar to laxmangarh rs. 30 but he taken rs. 90
Pl take proper against him and him and update me on top priority basis of captioned case.

I'm travelling from gurgaon to lalchock (Chirawa).
Before 4 km from naurnaul (Haryana) due to road traffic jaam rajasthan roadways bus rj18pa9091 is standing front of local bus of narnaul. We catch the bus rj18pa9091 then the conductor give tickets from 12 km. Back stand and not give for lalchock/gadakhera. Make ticket from ateli stand to chirawa. And misbehaved with passenger in wrong language.

Please take proper action against him.

1. My son varun chaudhary travelled in rsrtc bus no. Rj 14 pd 7396 (Delux depot) from jaipur and boarded the bus at around 9.25 pm on 26 dec 2017 and reached lucknow at around 9.30 am on 27 dec 2017. While boarding the said bus he handed over his brand new blue colour american tourister suitcase (67 cms) to the bus staff sh. Babu lal (Contact numbers:[protected] and [protected]) who marked the seat number 21 on the suitcase...

I was departed from bus no-rj23pa9299 from chomu bus stand at 9:30am. Given rs.100 to conductor for a ticket to sindhi camp bus stand, jaipur. Conductor started misbehaving for exact change of rs.35/- and said he has made a mistake by allowing me to travel in his bus, while the bus was 70% empty. Later on one ambulance was there, behind of this bus-exactly from chomu puliya to pani pech square, but the heartless driver have no impact of continuous siren of ambulance.
Please ask these government employees to not take this job granted and don not misbehave with passengers, this results in no trust for public transports.

Departure time from dholpur is 9:00pm but everyday the bus is departuring at 9:15/9:20.. Wtf is this?? You people are # people badly and not taking any action against bus drivers, co-drivers. You all are of same kind... I know after giving my complaint also, you will be as # as you are right now... Wait you... I will do efforts what i need to do.
