This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill Name Change. The above meter is in the name of Manish Kumar Patil vide connection no. K.No.: 2511 N278 0006 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 18/121, Dakshin Puri , New Delhi-110062. My Connection Name Change to Other Person Smt Antunima
i was complaint to Mr.R.S.Srivastava -DGM (KHANPUR SUB DIVISION NEW DELHI)
But he is not help to me, As per DGM statements is you had not received NOC To Smt Antunima.
Sir / Madam,
1)As per your menual(Guide Lines) NOC not required if first owner Selling the property.
2)NOC Required if (Smt Antunima) Joint owner of the property.(Wife is not matter)
3) Smt.Antunima not a OWNER the said property.(if yes, please submitted documents to your dept.)
4)I was submitted All Proper Documents with verified.& with "WILL"
5) I was show original Allowtment latter.

I WAS CHANGE THE BILL TO MY NAME AS PER LOW & YOUR RULES.

But Currently change the bill name to Smt.Antunima(FRAUD) illegal & help to concerned (BSES)staff without proper rules ,becoze Smt.Antunima BSES Staff
Under Emp. No.[protected] other wise illegal paid under the table to concerned By Smt.Antunima.


Kindly Interven & Bill Name Change Again To My Name.

Stop illegal right to Concerned.

Kindly change the name of DOMESTIC ELECTRIC METER CRN NO. [protected] from Mrs.BABITA to Mr RAM BILAS GARG.

Hi My name is K G Rawat, the Electricity Bill is in My Mother Name late Smt Champai Rawat the consumer no:[protected], after my mother death A lady By Name NIrmala Bhimapa Mutnale who is to stay with my mother on Mutual understanding and is not a legal Heir has transfered the Electricity Bill in Her Name, when compalined to the Best dept it said the Maintaince receipt of the premises is in the name of the Lady ..however how can the BEST dept change the name without NOC from the legal heir
My request to concern Athourity is that is it Correct by LAW that without NOC the name can be transfered, if this is yes than any body can change the name ...second the lady has installed a New meter, is that correct ...without NOC...

had submitted rent receipt in her name and death certificate of Smt. Champa G. Rawat and also the
physical occupant of the premises. Accordingly the change of name was effected in the name of
Smt. Nirmala B. Mutnale.

Secondly, we do not have any system to check the fake documents.

You may approach to the competent authority and proove your legal rights of the premises.

My request to concern athourity to take a legal action and do justice to the legal owner..please change the Name to My mother Smt Champa G Rawat.who is the legal owner of the premises.

This is a Cheating Fraud and Forgery...the rent receipt is also a forged

    BSES Yamuna Power Limited is cutting off Power everyday late night between 10.30 PM to 12.30 Midnight in Welcome Seelam Pur IIIrd Delhi 110053 areas. The Officer/Official concerned look after the matter as the DISCOMs have to file affidavit before the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to status of power supply of Delhi in power crises matter pending before the Hon'ble supreme Court.

    With due respect I want to say that I am resident of INDRA VIHAR DELHI – 94 There is a great problem of cutting of electricity power. This is the month of RAMAZAN all Muslims keeps past without food & water. These days are vary hot. Electricity goes to for hour people are facing many problems without electricity. This is the month of august in which students do preparing of September exam also. But cutting of electricity is increasing the problem of students.
    So please take a necessary step in this matter.

    BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. is not working properly in electricity sector. The motive of the BSES for business not Social just like TATA.
    No one can get informations under RTI Act form the electricity distribution companies i.e. BSES Yamuna Power Co. Ltd., BSES Rasjdhani Power Limited & NDPL as One petition with regard to RTI Act is still pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and stayed has been granted in favour of DISCOMs. The Hon'ble court is requested to decide the petition as early as possible or vacate the stayed as the DISCOMs are gating the subsidy form the Govt. and Govt. have 49% share."""""""     my name is rishabh bansal, i have bought office in paharganj, adress is 2971/3, 1st floor, gali no-3, chuna mandi, paharganj, new delhi -110055...from last six months i have applied for new meter but there is no action take place due to dues on our building...pleas you check it so our office has provided light from bses...please its a request from you...we cant done any work ...my cell number is -[protected]...the dues is done by 2nd floor peoples which is very bad and the results r suffer by us...i dont know y bses yamuna cant take action on that...
    sir i am agree with rubyali, because bses yamuna has not working like tata, they has door to door service but our work is pending from last 6 months nd cant take legal action on thefts...i m shocked too see all that stuff and ur dities...
    Heavy Power Cut
    BSES Yamuna Power Limited is cutting off Power everyday late night between 9.00 PM to 10.30 PM Midnight and 9.30 am to 11 AM in Welcome Seelam Pur IIIrd Delhi 110053 areas. The Officer/Official of BSES Yamuna Powrer Limited (D) Yamuna Vihar look after the matter as the DISCOMs have to file affidavit before the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to status of power supply of Delhi in The matter of Power Crises which is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Now the matter is coming up on 20.09.2011.
    BSES Yamuna people do not work. i also have bought a office in Shakarpur and been after them to get the new meter. they are not giving a proper reply and are delaying in the pretex of dues on the building.
    others who had paid bribe in our building got the meters. How can we get the work done without bribing. Any way to get it done RTI ...

      Dear Sir

      With refererence to your showcase notice logged against us for CRN NO : [protected] for tampering and theft of eletricity by use of alleged coil/remote in the meter,which we donot accept.There has been a wrong complaint and forcefull notice being levied on us.The case happened when one of your reading checking executive came to our premises in first week of Nov ,2010 and checked the reading and left but came again the very next day.On enquiring,he said that yesterday his instrument was not working and today he will take the reading again.Just after he connected his instrument he disconnected it immediately and walked off the house.My mother who stays alone at home verified the meter which she discovered was suddently not displaying any thing on the screen.He ran and called back the executive and said him to check what has he done to the meter and complained him for his mishandling .The executive was very normal and said this usually happens,and their is nothing to panic.You have to just submit a request application in the BSES office and the meter will be changed.As guided we very next day filled the application at BSES Office krishan nagar and deposited the asked amount of Rs. 50/- and the meter got replaced in the same week and they took the old meter for lab testing and said the report will be couriered to your house.

      After 4-5 months on 5th May suddenly your few BSES officer came to our house and raided the premises when my mother was alone at home.They gave us the show case notice and claimed that the lab report says we have tampered the meter and charged the electricity theft case aganist us.This is truly un beliveable and not acceptable where in a genuine citizen who regularly is paying his bills from past 19 years and is always abiding the rules of BSES is treated and threatned.We have no good reason to do such tampering where our usage of electricity is very nominal and we donot have any heavy appliances or machines/commercial usage to do..Our code of conduct is the society is true and reliable.I henceforth request you to please take back the charges/panelty being charged on us and look in to this matter.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        Myself Vikas Kumar Singh,complained about power cut of my FLAT(FLAT NO-166,SEC-1,POCKET-1,DWARKA,NEW DELHI-110075) ON 12th May around 3:25 am that there is poer cut of my Flat only ,I got an Reference from Reliance sustomer care executive 1041,i was said that my proble wiill be attended within 45 minutes,i again call around 4:45 am ,i was said that wait for 15 minutes Lineman is on the way,but there was no Line main.I again call around 9:00 am,the reliance customer executive said that he is putting my case with high priority and i got a reference number of 2082,and it was said that i will get the call from Reliance team.But Madam/Sir almost 36 hours has been passed away but i have not got a call and no one has attended my problem.In betwwen that i have call Reliance BSES customer care every hour and the every hour there is same response we are investigationg our case,u will get a call.
        I have been mentally,physicall,financially harrased by BSES,hopefull for positive action from your side

          bses change my meter and take my old meter and give us report stating our meter seals are not temper , but after month they accused us for temper meter as date change in electronic meter ,and now they send bill of 118000 to me .plz guide me what to do, i am not responsibel for inner fault of electronic meter , we are responsibel for seals of meter ,

            We dont have power the whole nite.
            the everynight power cut is only restricted to a few houses while the rest of the colony enjoys full power supply.
            Nobody is available at night to complaint or rectify the problem. The power goes exactly at midnight. Even the days have frequent power supplies thoughout.
            I want to complain about the employees of BSES (West Delhi), Dwarka mod.No action from BSES employees.AND ALSO COUSTMOER CARE CONT. NO. BUSSY FULL NIGHT NOT ATTEND THE PHONE The no is [protected].....


            Plz sir i req u action this complain

            This has become a mojor problem to deal with. Little help is provided by the BSES authorities.

            Iam Sudhir Living in Uttam Nagar Param Puri Iam a Cultural Jt. Secretary from NSUI. Sir, u r requested to look after it because it is very difficult for a person to live without electricity in night and yesterday only there was no light from night 11.00 pm till morning u r requested to look after it and your coustmer care centre doesn't provide us the contact number of the light controller officer not even me plz look to it otherwise it will be difficult for everyone k plz look it thanx.

              My name is Jaydeep Barua and I am staying in Mahavir Enclave Gali No. 1. Electricity voltage fluctuation in my area is a daily routine and is very serious it is changing so frequently that even coolers are not working properly these days leave alone ACs. It is requested to look into the matter at the earliest as more hot days are expected in near future.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I resident of C-103B 1st floor Panchsheel Vihar Malvia Nagar New Delhi-17 have been suffering from voltage fluctuation problem form the time I started staying as a tenant at the above stated address. I tried calling all the number I could find to contact the BSES customer care regarding the same and was always unsuccessful to do so. I work in the night shifts and during the day when I am home the voltage is so low that the AC barely works. I had a word regarding the same with the neighbours and as per them they have already loged so many complaints that they don't even remember the count. As per them the perom from BSES comes and checks it but never rectifies the problem. Please advice.

                This complaint is against the neglignce by BSES Mundka division,for the Semi High Mask Street lights in DDA Pocket -A,Loknayakpuram,New Delhi.
                We have already communicate so many times to our compaint division located in Swarn Park mundka.But they give very unresponsible preplaned reply " We don,t have tower Van"

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  Myself Advocate Mr. V.Elanchezhiyan, practising at Delhi, draw the attention of your good office concerning the electricity theft on behalf and under the instructions of my client who is a old lady named Smt.Mastari Begum, w/o later Bishambar lal alias Babu khan, aged 70 years of age, permanent resident cum owner of no.21 B,sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park, Delhi -110031. one feroz khan who is illegally occupying 2nd floor of my built property, for which a complaint has been lodged with the respective police station and action is still pending. meanwhile the accused aforesaid feroz have committed electricity theft for the past 5 years, without my knowledge taking the power supply without my consent and knowledge, since because of my ill health and no relative to take care of myself, he has taken the undue advantage. i came to know about the theft few months back and i requested the electricity official orally to disconnect power supply connected to the illegal occupation of the accused premises but there was no action form your good office. since i lodge this complaint to take further action against the above said accused and remove the illegal connection for which i am burdened to pay. considering this application as a notice, i wish your good office to take prompt action against the electricity theft as early of not more than 15 days. In taking this complaint lightly or discarding the complaint, i would be constrained to make your good office as a necessary party and take civil/criminal action against your impropriety and negligence, seeking mense profit, damages.

                  I wish this complaint would not be disregarded of my old age or helpless woman. I still believe your good office have honest and efficient administrators to take emergent action.

                  An earlier action would highly be solicited.

                      The street light om 13 M Road in H Block between House no. H246 to H357 is quite poor. Several light fittings are full of dead insects blocking the light and light fitting is missing on pole near H 356. The last light pole is near H 248, there is not enough light on the road crossing near H 246 and H 245A.

WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT HE IS BOUND TO GIVE ME A NEW CONNECTION WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF BRIBE ;THEN HE HAD REPLYED THAT HE WILL PROVIDE US WRONG CONNCTION WHICH WILL BE TURN OVER A BIG FIRE TO MY HOUSE.

                        I JUST WANT TO ASK ONE QUESTION TO BSES COMPANY THAT WHY ARE YOU PLAY GAME WITH THE PUBLIC & HARASHED OUR PEACEFUL LIFE LIKE THAT.

                        I AM AFFRAID THAT AFTER GIVEN PROPER PAYMENT TO YOUR COMMPANY I WILL GET MY NEW CONNECTION TO MY NEW FLAT OR NOT.

                        I REQUESTING YOU PEOPLE THAT KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THIS TYPE OF GUNDA PERSON.

                          there is not a single bus going from Jogeshwari east via JVRL to L &T -chandivali-sangarsh nagar or sakinaka,

                          there are so many institutions and commuters in chandivali , we find it difficult to travel every day we have to change walk and change two or three buses to reach jogeshwari station

                          can u please help us in this regard we will be grateful and thankful for taking up this case

                          in spite of above complaint, there is no proper bus service from L&T to Borivili though Aarey Milk colony, only bus is 489 dahisar, and it comes fully packed or delayed many times,
                          can u please increase the bus service, also evening there are empty buses going to filter padha, is there a possibility to divert buses coming from ghatkopher and sakinaka directly to Borivili station, It will be a great relief for many. We have wait atleast 30 to 45 minutes to get a bus
                          can the management think about it

                            I have paid all dues till date. BSES had shown arrears of temporary connection that was taken during construction of the house. This is due to wrong reading reflected in their records. I have made many trips to BSES office in Nizamudin office of BSES, and they accepted the mistake & assured me that their records will be corrected. It has not been done & now BSES is threatening disconnection.

                            I am living in T- Block (Shukar Bazar road) Uttam Nagar. & fed up of frequent breakdown of power, sometimes 24 hours breakdown. (Please do something)
                            BSES on line complaint centre is hopeless, once even after 24 hours of light failure, i got the reply from helpline that we have no update till now, i asked for any contact no of higher ups, got negative reply, then i asked for any no. of my nearby centre of BSES, again reply was negative.
                            My question is what for they are sitting at the call centre if no information is available with them.

                                This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above bill is in the name of Sh Mahavir Singh Connection no. K.No.: 2551L3040473 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o 260 C-260/24, -Rd No.3 Andrews Ganj new delhi-110049.

                                I submitted above mentioned electric bill through Easy Bill, Area Masjid Mod, on 9.2.2011 but due to his negligence my bill could not submitted in time. As a result, BSES sent again electric bill with panelty for non payment.

                                Kindly lookinto and issue a decision in my favour.

                                BSES Rajdhani — Notice served despite non-delivery of bill

                                I have been served a notice for non-payment of a bill while I have not received the Bill for the said month. This would not be the first time that BSES has done something like this. I only got to know of this when i called the customer care who weren't of much help either except for saying that this was the payment due. They even refused to file a complaint from my end for the same.

                                BSES Rajdhani — no power every alternate day

                                I m a residing at A-1/77,hastsal road,uttam nagar.New Delhi 59.In our area there is a routine of no electricity supply on every alternate day & power cuts not less than 8-12hrs.it is also becoming beneficial for anti social elements,plz do something

                                  This is with regards to my complaint against the BSES Yamuna Power Limited. Before shifting to above mention address we paid the whole outstanding amount of Rs. 19060 with Vide CR No 7308 on 10th June 2003 and then June 2003 onwards we were continuously paying our each and every electricity bill till September 2010.



                                  After 7 years 4 month of stay, we got a notice from BSES on September 2010 with following below mention notice statement which made me shocked:

                                  The Observation made by the inspecting team regarding status as on the date of inspecting are enumerated herein below for your ready reference:-

                                  Irregularity Observed : During Inspection supply of a live connection stalled at subjected address is found extended and is found restoring the supply of the premises where connection bearing K.No.120R3140220 at S-31 Krishna Nagar was already disconnected since 19/03/2004 due to non-Payment of outstanding dues amounting to Rs.9009/-.

                                  I submitted an application to BSES Krishna Nagar (Ref. No. CHO1245 receiving date 14/09/10) and visited so many times to confirm the reason for transferring K.No.1220R3140229 to the K.No.1220R3140232 as my old K.No.was 3KN[protected]. However, I didn't get any response to my application. Moreover people were giving harasment that if I wont clear my dues soon then supply will be disconneted.



                                  And, then in October 2010. I requested BSES to change Name along with address to come out from confusion regarding the K.No. Through which my issue rectified in October 2010 billing onwards. My bill was Rs.1520 with due date 1st November 2010. I didn't paid it. However, In the month of December 2010 I got next bill with due date 3rd January 2011 which was showing my outstanding amount Rs.12270(current bill : Rs1580.79 Inc. Tax) and past dues Rs[protected]+9009+161) Inc. Late payment.



                                  Then I got another Notice after due date 3rd Jan'11 to pay Rs.12454 till end of Jan'11. Otherwise electricity supply will be disconnected.

                                  I visited so many times to confirm the reason for this transferred amount. But, I didn't get any solution moreover no one is helping me in BSES even after visiting lot many time.



                                  BSES is not ready to listen my complaint. Please help, so that I can pay my dues excluded of 9009+tax+late payment.

                                    I would like to request you that i visited to pay my bill CRN # [protected] on 17/2/2011 to krishna nagar office they denied to take the pymnt check of Rs 5000 because my bill is Rs 12460 they have sent me to a person named Mr.george on 1st floor ,I requested him that i m not able to pay the whole bill please take the pymnt and rest i will pay in next month he took my CRN # and said that i will see how you will be able to submit this check.Then i submitted my check in dilshad garden office on the very same day of Rs 5000 with the check #861272 o[censored]co bank ,that check has not been with drawled yet.and some collection people visited to my house as well and threaten my wife that pay the bill asap,she told them that we have submitted the check and the pymnt has nt been taken yet.

                                        I Gagan kathuria r/o A-20 dda flats kalkaji reminds you that we are facing night electricity cud on daily basis.I dnt know why it happens in capital of india where electricity is privatise.I just want to speak with those officers who are irresponsible and forget that their are lots of families whose childrens are school going.there are lots of families who are doing jobs.I request you to take necessary action for providing better services
                                        In Harsh Vihar. From 14 hours no electricity is coming, while contacting BSES contact no[protected] its coming Error in connection from last 8 hours. The goverment only raise electricity cost. They never try to increase their efficiency.

                                        Its a daily routing that light goes for 4-4 hours and while contacting to customer care they never give satisfactory answer. They have only 2 answers breakdown or technical fault. More than that they dont know anything.

                                        Look this matter as urgent. I suggest BSES to improve their efficiency before raising any further amount
                                        I am Trishma singh from Shanti building district ZT road Shahdara delhi-32. There is no supply of electricity since 4 hours. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
