My house number on electric bill is incorrect so So I am not able to transfer the connection to my name. My Flat number is A-106 as per the property registry copy and on the BSES electric bill flat number - 6 only.

I have visited to BSES customer care office they told me the they can't rectify this mismatch.

My CA NO. is[protected]. Sanctioned load was less. Every month I am getting a bill of lod 5 KW and above . Rest all the families even with more electricity appliances are not getting this much. We discussed it with neighbors just to make sure if something is wrong at our end. But there is nothing.

Last month received a bill of around rs 12000 for a period between 26th May and 24th July 2021. Was present for just a month and for period between 20th June and 28th July 2021 was in my hometown. I am Pankaj. My CA#[protected]Raghubar Nagar). I received July 2021 bill of Rs. 8050.00 for the 2345 units consumed from 30/03/2021 to 02/08/2021. It showing me total Bill amount of Rs14806.44 in which Payment received Rs. 6754.76 and after adjustment it is Rs 8050.00.

I am surprise after no body home and general attendant coming to sweep and clean house received high bill and information load change 2KW to 3KW I don't understand how you people work are you manipulating Bills .
second Complaint on frequent power cut and SMS Repair plz confirm as per CERC if power cut abnormal you have to penalty are...

Our area(west guru Angad nagar extension, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-92) near Vinod sabzi shop, has loose wirings lying all around the streets,

This can cause serious problems as anyone in this weather can get an electric shock!

Kindly look into the matter ASAP....

My billing address is different from the address of the registration of the property by a single character.
My billing address is 415/5 whereas my registry document has address 415-1/5.

When approached the BSES CHD they are saying it cannot be corrected and I need to apply for a new connection instead, which seems a little odd.

My BSES bill A c No.[protected] for Rs 32740/- (due date[protected] has been overcharged and same needs to be rectified urgently. This time you have overcharged grossly. you can check my average consumption. if necessary action not taken, I am taking up the matter with consumer court.

Since the lock down has been in place our electricity bills have started varying drastically. the average billing used to be somewhere between 3000-to 5000 but lately I see that there is a huge jump and now my average billing is[protected]. We have installed all LED lights and the usage of ACs in our house is also very limited.

We are getting constant messages to get the sanctioned load increase to 5KV from the current 2KV....

Excess bill received as per consumption,
Without any big appliances in a single flat connection. Never received a electricity bill as such amount earlier.

There have been a lot of power cuts everyday since 2 weeks. It is really uncomfortable as most o[censored]s work from home. Please help....
