I made electricity bill payment of Rs. 3860 to BSES raajdhani online through debit card. The transaction failed but the bill amount was deducted from my bank account. In this situation, when will I get my refund back or if the bill payment is made then how will I get to know it. Kindly refund as soon as possible. It comes under saket area, south delhi

        I have been a user of BSES Rajdhani power limited's electricity service for around two years. I have recently received a bill with a value of Rs. 24, 860, when checking for the detailed breakup this is majorly due to the unit consumption incorrectly reflected for the period 22nd June 2021 to 16th Aug 2021 as 3316 units. I for a fact know that it is impossible to use this amount of electricity in such less period, all the more as I was living alone as my family was out of town from 5th to 22nd July 2021 and I being a service class person am not present in the house for minimum 9 hours. Also, I had received a provisional bill with no amount to pay on 21st June 2021. My CA number is[protected], I have also filed a complaint on the online portal of BSES Rajdhani (complaint no. [protected] dated 22nd Sep 2021) but the last status there just reads 'file sent to central cell', I have also mailed on the brpl.[protected]@relianceada.com dated 30th Sep 2021 for the same concern but not revert as of now.

        I would like to put forth that this is totally unacceptable as I know my consumption for the period cannot be anywhere near to what has been portrayed by the service provider. Hence I request the service provider to reconsider get the issue checked and resolved on a priority basis.

          Dear,
          I lodge my complaint to BSES 31/08/2021 for meter testing CA No.[protected], complaint no.[protected], after that my self contact several times customer care associates received reference no.[protected], 20/09/2021, regarding the same complaint but customer service and satisfaction level is zero, very unprofessional worker and department, complete unsatisfactory service. even no SMS, complaint update. without consumption BSES-Rajdhani, sending us on-an everage bill per month since 4-5months at our home address i.s. Rs.2200/- to 2500/- that thing is very wrong running with us. Still no action taken by BSES on our complaint as TAT given for 20days for resolution, now the month of September-2021, all most end 30/09/2021. Even no engineer, field staff visit our place to work on complaint given by me.

          However I am requesting please do the needful on priority basis.

              Dear sir/madam,

              MY C.A no.is[protected], meter no.[protected], my electricity bill is coming to high, my usual bill which come's around 500rs to 1500rs, it wont crows then that, but now from 3 month my bill is coming 6030rs to 8630rs, we don't even use A.C or any high electric consuming appliance our usage is vary low, pleas do something about this, this pandemic has broke our back bone we are not rich we are barely suntanning, pleas check the meter or something to solve this big problem.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                My house number on electric bill is incorrect so So I am not able to transfer the connection to my name. My Flat number is A-106 as per the property registry copy and on the BSES electric bill flat number - 6 only.

                I have visited to BSES customer care office they told me the they can't rectify this mismatch.

                CA No.[protected] and contact details are up to date on electricity bill.

                  My CA NO. is[protected]. Sanctioned load was less. Every month I am getting a bill of lod 5 KW and above . Rest all the families even with more electricity appliances are not getting this much. We discussed it with neighbors just to make sure if something is wrong at our end. But there is nothing.
                  Also BSES shares two bills everymonth with different CA no. for same property. The other CA no. is[protected]:
                  My concern is how can we use this much electricity. 5 KW is too much . We even stay in Noida most of the time, hence the AC's usage was none during last 3 months.
                  If you can't check it or do something then I am taking this to COURT.
                  I am from a middle class family. My husband paid 26000 bill last month. Now you sent 5940/- . This is not acceptable. We use electricity but not this much. Either do something or I will not sit quiet.

                        Last month received a bill of around rs 12000 for a period between 26th May and 24th July 2021. Was present for just a month and for period between 20th June and 28th July 2021 was in my hometown. So how come I received a bill of rs 12000 in a month. This is next to impossible. This month even for September I recieved a bill of rs 7000. Kindly, check my meter and provide me with the correct bill. Note for last month I was not provided with monthly break up as well.

                          I am Pankaj. My CA#[protected]Raghubar Nagar). I received July 2021 bill of Rs. 8050.00 for the 2345 units consumed from 30/03/2021 to 02/08/2021. It showing me total Bill amount of Rs14806.44 in which Payment received Rs. 6754.76 and after adjustment it is Rs 8050.00.
                          I live in 1 BHK small flat and please check my bills prior to March 2021.

                          Before March you can see my Actual bill which I have received. Its Average of Rs 800 but If you will see from April 2021 when the lock down starts and No one came to get the Actual units. I received higher then the Average bill but I still paid & thought that when the Actual bill will generate you will reduce my extra paid amount. The 4 months bill is Average of Rs 3800 which is more & more higher then I expected. You can visit to my house. Its a 1 Room set house and I don't have any electric item which can consume these much of electricity.
                          This is the very higher amount I have received in last 2 years. you can check my Last 2 years bills and you can also check my home electronic items then you will realize that there should be some mistake in your billing.
                          I am a common average men who lived on rent in this house. I can not afford to pay this bill. Please recheck the bill & Provide me subsidy.

                                  I am surprise after no body home and general attendant coming to sweep and clean house received high bill and information load change 2KW to 3KW I don't understand how you people work are you manipulating Bills .
                                  second Complaint on frequent power cut and SMS Repair plz confirm as per CERC if power cut abnormal you have to penalty are you do follow .
                                  This is my Second Complaint having doubt about the person he is manipulating because my Meter is Out door in my Flat Wall .
                                  Kindly look into this matter till I will Hold bill due 31st August2021

                                      My billing address is different from the address of the registration of the property by a single character.
                                      My billing address is 415/5 whereas my registry document has address 415-1/5.

                                      When approached the BSES CHD they are saying it cannot be corrected and I need to apply for a new connection instead, which seems a little odd.

                                      Hence request you to kindly look into this matter and assist.
