I booked a ticket on dec17 2010, for make a journey to travel bangalore on 19th dec 2010.while booking my amount from bank had debited. but my ticket was not booked, i didn't get my ticket number. i talked with their customer support on 17th dec itself they said that my ticket was not confirmed and they didn't get the money from bank. They said to put a mail to their support team. i put two mails on 17th and 18th dec 2010. they replied that they getback soon. but no response from them. But on 20th dec at 6.33p.m i got a mail from them saying that sorry for the delay your ticket confirmed on 19th dec 2010. and sent me a ticket number. Then i called them and asked they say to put a mail again.
Rebus team had cheated me. there response is very poor.

      With reference to the above i wish to bring the following:

      1. We have booked ticket from Chennai to Madurai for travelling on 4th November 2010 but cancelled and informed through mail on November 2 at 8.30 PM.
      2. As i have not received any acknowledgement for next 24 hrs I have reminded them by mail on November 4 at 10.27 am.
      3. Subsequently i received a confirmation mail on on 4th instant at 10.50 AM informing order Number as 2581849.
      4. I have also received one more mail from redbus stating that the ticket is not cancelled within 12 hours but the first intimation was sent on 2nd November itself.

      Furthermore they have sent few mails that already a payment was made but later understand by myself that it is some other payment transaction which they have wrongly sent to my for my query which also i noticed them by few mails and till now i have not seen any reply for the same.

      Though the ticket was booked during Diwali, cancelled well in advance.
      They have charged very exorbitant rate and also there is high demand for seat as such the seat was not empty when it traveled from Chennai to Madurai on 4th instant.
      I have also filed a complaint to the police commission and a copy is enclosed.
      A copy of complete mail communication is also enclosed for your easy reference.
      A copy of booked ticket is also enclosed.

      I prey the concerned, the travel agency people should be punished for their wrong doing as most of the cases things will not be brought to the concerned because of one or other reasons.

      I need a reasonable explanation along with the refund.

      Attachment could not be loaded as the file format what i am having is acrobat may send separately by mail if confirmed.

        May be ticket was booked and you got some ticket number in your system. But how would a customer know whether his ticket is confirmed or not unless you give him some kind of notification. I have not received any kind of notification(mail, sms, call) for this ticket. And moreover, your system showed an error to me that at the end of transaction "sorry the seat you have selected is no longer available, please choose other seats". In this case what would you do if you were a customer ? Obviously, you try to book some other seat on the same bus or on some other bus. I did the same.

        It is a clear case of failure of your system, so, I think you should refund the money for that transaction. Please let me know what is your decision.

        As discuused with one of your employee Named Naval I had discussed with him that I had booked four tickets on dated 1st June 12. From Delhi To Nainital as per your ticket bus arrival time was 9.45PM but your bus came at 11.45PM meanwhile I was calling to redbus but my call was not responding and two landline numbers was also mention on ticket which are also not responding at that time when a bus came at that place from Kalpana Travels which was mention on ticket I had go to bus to confirm that I had booked four tickets for Delhi to Nainital in same bus but as per bus staff his all seats were already sold out and there was no vacant seat for us I had called up to redbus and all those numbers but no one bother to respond me back for my help now I requested to you please help me to cancel my ticket and refund my money because I had some urgent work in Nainital on 2nd June so I take a Car on rent for Nainital because I am a journalist in HT (Hindustan Times) and I have a very urgent project in North India I just reach Delhi yesterday that is why I write it to you people for help.

          I had booked 5 tickets from goa to bangalore by online portal Red Bus (paulo travels) on 1st nov, non ac sleeper. Pick up time was 9.15 pm from canocana bus stand. We reached there at 8.30pm and called paulo travels and informed them, we even asked them drivers number but they did not give.

          Later we kept waiting and after 10.15 we felt that something is wrong. We tried calling paulo travels for an hour and then another bus of paulo travel came and they told us that our bus had already left.

          We were stranded on the road at 11pm with no hotel bookings and no means of transport available.

          We then requested driver of another bus to drop till the other bus if possible.

          Five o[censored]s (3 girls) travelled standing in a sleeper bus for three hours to catch the other bus, two of our friends (girls) have fallen sick because of this torture.

          The drivers of our bus informed us that they had no information of any pick up from canacona so they did not stop.

          I had booked these tickets from red bus and hold it accountable for this mess up.

          redbus should improve their service because reporting is not done to the bus operator about the seats especially for mumbai redbus.in (sujatha). So its our humble request to you.

            I am complaining against redbus service.i have booked a ticket from trivandrum to banglore on 28th november from some agent online.My date of journey was 4th nov. They charged Rs1450(More than double) for the ticket.Time of departure was 6.30 pm and arrival time was about 9.30 am on 5th nov.Bus departs 1 and half hour later.Then they say there is some problem in AC .they stopped somewhere at road side and start repairing but doesn't work.There is no A/C no Fans are working(starts only for an hour during whole journey).Bus condition was very Normal after paying a huge some of money.Bus was late too much so they move fast and we are unable to sleep properly.They provide only one driver for such a long journey of 750 km.so he stops for refereshment after every 2 hours.We call the agent who guides us to the bus at that day.he said i am not"responsible".We all psengers in the bus feels cheated.Bus reached 4 hours late from the scheduled time.We were too much haarased by the deteoring conditions in the way.I was not providing the image of the ticket coz they took ticket from us before journey and give us a card .And moreover ticket was issued on the account of Dharma Tour And Travels which seems not exist.My boarding point is Madivala.The card was boarding pass which i was tagging .

            Redbus.in — travel Fare differences

            Hi,
            I booked ticket few days back and the price mentioned on the redbus site was 600 and suddenly the price is changed to 700 when i spoke over the phone. the website still shows the price as 600 .
            I can see that the government has no control over such bus operators which charges depending on the seasons .

            Please take necessary action immediately.
            I booked 3 Tickets (2Adult+1Child) (also with infant) from Pune to Hyd Sleeper Bus in Redbus.in and got confirmed tickets; I was in Nasik traveled to Pune only to get the Sleepr bus; so night I stayed in Hotel and went to Boarding Point Mentioned in the Ticket; The Operator is SVR Tours; To my shock they do not have Sleeper Bus at all running from Pune to Hyderabad; After my repeated calls to SVR & Redbus.in they told they will arrange in a Vovlo Semi Sleeper and told the rate difference will be reimbursed;

            Then SVR Fellow Took us in mini bus roamed around Pune finally enede-up in APSRTC Bus stop and told 3 Tickets are confirmed in A/c bus; SVR Refunded the amount difference and deducted 600/- towards Redbus.in service charges; Finally I accepted and the fare difference; to my shock SVR has charged 3 Full Tickets and refunded 300/- per head. but APSRTC conductor gave 2full and Half ticket and I again cheated by SVR Tours. Redbus.in never turned up to my complaints and never bothered to call me ever the case with SVR Tours & Travels;
            REBBUS.IN CHEATED BY BOOIKNG A SLEEPER BUD WHICH IS NOT AT ALL RUNNING. AS I BOOKED IN REDBUS.IN THEY DEDUCT THEIR SERVICE CHARGES EVEN SVR TROURS FAILED TO PROVIDE A SLEEPER BUS.
            SVR FELLOWS BOOKING IN A RTC BUS AND GETTING COMMISSION OF HALF TICKET;
            SO "NEVER BOOK TICKETS IN WWW.REDBUS.IN" AND "DO NOT TRUST SVR TROUR & TRAVELS"

              I have booked a ticket on 1 Nov 2010 from chennai to coimbatore for 03 Nov 2010, Via Redbus website for Rs 660/- ( High Fare cos of diwali season ) . on 2 Nov 2010 Evening i got a call from redbus office[protected] and conveyed message that bus has been canceled since the bus i about to travel got Accident (unbelievable! he provided me some option to book the ticket in rredbus network for rs 800/- ) but i rejected the option and asked him to cancel the ticket ,and he canceled the ticket and i got confirmation in mobile also. I waited for 3 days still there is no info about money refund. I have sent many mail to redbus Customer care,but no reply from them.here is my ticket details, TCBV45758724.There is no reponse from redbus customer service yet.!!

                I have booked two tickets to travel from Tiruvarur to coimbatore on 03.10.10 through this website. but on boarding time the travels people did't gave us boarding pass and not allowed to board in the us mentioning as online ticket issued by the redbus is invalid. we faced high difficulty to travel from tiruvarur to coimbatore. after sending several mails and making several phone calls there is no proper answer from them. Still now they did't apologies for their mistake and did't make the refund amount.

                I was highly cheated by redbus.

                Same thing happened with me on the Mumbai Bangalore out despite having a valid redbus printout, SRS travels said name was not on their list. Redbus call center was most unhelpful and unapologetic!

                    This is Senthil Kumar from Bangalore.

                    I would like to share my worst experience with the worst bus operator - Sangeetha Travels, Bangalore booked through Red Bus.in

                    After paying 2 times more than govt A/C volvo bus charge, I booked the ticket through red bus service.PNR # TS-RB19299

                    As per the travel schedule on Friday 18-06-10 at 11.10 P.M., I have arrived the travel office at 10.30 P.M to catch the bus. In the traval office more than 40 poor Customers - ladies, kids and gents stood outside the travel office to get the bus on the road. The road side liquor shop bad smell and the drunker walking that way also made the atmosphere very ugly.

                    To get the boarding pass, I tried to enter into the office in the crowd of 25 people, I got it after 15 minutes of struggling inside the crowed to get the boarding pass.

                    Somehow I managed to got the pass and relaxed outside of the travel office. The clock touch 11.30 P.M.the bus number 8899 as per the agent was not arrived the location.

                    Meanwhile the agent's assistance said bus is standing at the next road which is 200 mts from the office. We managed to took out luggages. But the bus not arrived.

                    Again we came back to the same office. Poor ladies also moved to and fro with the small kids and luggage at that time due to irresponsible information.

                    At last around 12 A.M. one bus had come. All the passengers asked to board that bus to reach other bus Sangeetha travel office. But no information about the magic bus 8899.

                    After 15 Mints travel we reached that location and again asked to wait for that mysterious bus on the road. So many adult lost the control they shout at the agent. No reply. One of the dog started barking against us.

                    Time reached 1.15 A.M.some other travel bus came. Travel agent asked some passengers to board that bus for the Chennai.

                    mean while during their talk, we understood that the assigned bus was taken by other travel agent and sent to Chennai, So, he did not received it.

                    I got the 2nd bus to board and the seat availability was allotted as per the availability in the bus which made our travel hell. The bus reached chennai at 7 A.M. which totally affected our morning schedule and work.
                    This type of idiotic service and stupidity in the management of the travel agent ruin the customers happiness and travel plan.

                    So, I really lost my joy of travel on that day which made my entire day unhappy.

                      and who is going pay me the RS 500
                      Even i tried to call up on support number, the number was busy for 10 mins

                      Red bus never placed a genuine bus operator.They always ruin customers
                      I have always had a good experience with red bus. The problem is with the bus operators and not with red bus as such. I have used the customer ratings for the bus services. It is interesting the bus operator chosen by you has a very bad rating and that shows in their attitude and services.
                      My suggestion here would be to use the customer ratings and do make a prudent decision on choosing the service.

                      Money not refunded

                      I have tried to booking a ticket on may 23 from chilakaluripet to chennai but ticket was not booked money debited from my account, can you please check the cheque number details and refund the same amount.

                        Pathetic customer service, worst experience - used first time in my life and last. Friends don't even think about booking tickets through www.redbus.in. Booking process is so smooth till you made the payments but after that .... #%%#&*@.

                        I have booked tickets from Mumbai to Shirdi online using redbus.in, they have shown bus service by some Yash Line travels, provided tickets with the contact information of the bus provider but all numbers are invalid, talked several times to Red Bus customer care, but they are disconnecting my call just after hearing my complaint that numbers are invalid.

                        Amount was small 560 only but experience is great.


                        Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't use Red Bus services.

                        The service provided by City Heart Travels which operates under your banner was of such a poor standard that I would like to list it for your information:
                        1. At first bus never left on time mentioned of 9:15 AM .On enquiring it was found that it was a regular practice by the City Heart Travels Company. Sadly he still continues to be part of your banner.

                        2. Finally the bus arrived (please note arrived) at 1015 hrs, that too not of the City Heart Travels Company Regn No: UP 65 AT 5155 but some other pvt. Operator. At the time of boarding the bus was half full hence the seat number given in the ticket were of no use so I will request you to remove the link which provides bogus seat numbers and fool the passengers. ( Sad to note again that Red Bus does not take any responsibility of this)

                        3. During the journey the bus stopped routinely for indefinite periods for picking up other passengers. On being objected to the driver got into altercation with the passengers and threatened to de-board them from the bus in the middle of nowhere. Red Bus also does not take any responsibility of passengers being harassed.

                        4. Finally the icing on the cake the bus going to Dehradun from Delhi went through Haridwar, Rishikesh and then reached Dehradun at 2030 hrs. Total Journey time of 11 hours against a normal journey time of 7 hours that too in the peak of summers.

                        To summarize the above ordeal I will request Red Bus to please look into the process by which Travel Agencies are registered under their banner, if at all such a process exists because to my horror M/S City Heart Travels had even Foreign Nationals who had their ticket booked through other agencies like Clear Trip etc. Clearly such a process does not exist anywhere and these bogus agencies continue to harass passengers. All one hopes when he/she books ticket through esteemed agents like you online is that Bus travel is simplified but sadly that’s not the case. Request to kindly take action against the said Travel Agency so that in future passengers are not harassed with a Red Bus ticket in their hand.

                        (NOTE: Please do not mind my frustration(in bolds) in the text as I could not but help myself each time I was told of the ordeal my wife had to face when I had hoped otherwise)

                          I am SM. Rabbani. I have used the site "http://www.redbus.in" to book my travel ticket with my Credit Card. I booked the Ticket for "Kaveri Kamakshi Travels". The Ticket was booked from
                          Hyderabad to Vijayawada on 10th May 2010 at 6:15 PM. My journey time was "11:15 PM on the same day[10th May 2010]". The total fare was Rs. 460.00

                          Due to some plan change, I tried to cancel the ticket. It was not allowed to do so. So, I tried to call the "RedBus" customer care on phone. They were saying that as per some "Travel's rules", it can be cancelled before to the 12 hours of journey time i.e., "11:15 PM on the same day[10th May 2010]".

                          But I was booked my ticket at 6:15PM and tried to cancel by 7:10 PM. So there is 4 hours grace time for the bus to reach at my boarding point. So there is chance for the travels that any other seeking people can book the ticket.

                          They are refusing to cancel the ticket. Please do the Justice for us.

                          2. or our Executive will get in touch with you within the next 2 hours. He/She will either book the ticket for you or process for the refund.

                          Sir, we are in April first week, when will I get the payment.

                            I am Khushal Joshi , I had booked a ticket form redBus.com of A/C sleeper Bus on 26th April 2010 for journey on 1st May 2010 from Akot to Pune (Ticket No# TCT5T[protected] for 2 passengers .

                            redBus have provided me above ticket with Bus Operator Name Sanjay Travels.

                            On asking contact number of sanjay travels several times, redBus is unable to give me contact number .

                            As per your schedule bus Departure time is 10:30 PM while Bus came at 12:15 at Akot , we can consider this delay , but real story starts after this.

                            When we enter in the bus we found that other passenger is sitting on our seat and on asking the Bus driver he said , They have not booked any seat on my name, more over he said they don’t know about redBus and they have not authorize redBus to book the ticket on behalf of them.
                            After that we have to plea him to give us any seat as there is no other option for us , so in call of humanity he provided us a seat above luggage space (last seat in bus where their cleaner used to seat).So my friend and me have to adjust in single sitting seat and starts our journey to Pune.

                            After that I hade make complain with redBus , so their Customer care Executive told me that they will refund a one ticket and i just have to drop mail to [protected]@redbus.in.

                            Almost after 4 days and several mails i got reply that, redbus will not refund any amount because sanjay travel is not accepting any fault.

                            i have hard copy of ticket and all the mails that i have sent.

                            Can you please take action on this issue, its not matter with money but at least they have some ethics.

                              redbus website did not allow to cancel a single seat if youu have booked more than one.


                              i had booked 2 seats from belgaum to bangalore @950 and wanted to cancel 1 seat in that.

                              redbus.in dont have the option to cancel one seat as i tried to do that in the website it asked me to call the customer care.

                              I called the customer care and spoke about the cancellation of one seat they said its not possible to cancel that single ticket.

                              As I asked for the alternative he said 2 seats should be cancelled. And again i need to book a single seat. Then he said the charges are 50% of the whole ticket.

                              In my case I paid 950 rs for 2 seats, then 50% of that is 475rs.

                              Its foolishness to cancel the ticket for 50% and to book one single seat ticket again as it waste of time and in terms of money anyways its loss of the complete one seat.

                              Looking at the above, public are getting cheated for no reason and custumer care executives are misleading the public.


                              Accirding to redbus.in,
                              For example let us assume 1 seat cost is 500 rupees,
                              1 ticket with 1 seat costs 500, if i cancel that ticket i will get 250 rupees which is fair enough.

                              1 ticket with 2 seats costs 1000, if i want to cancel 1 seat in that ticket and is not possible but if i do so will get 500 rupees which is cheating
                              where in i am losing complete 1 seat fare.

                              1 ticket with 5 seats costs 2500, if i want to cancel 1 seat in that ticket and is not possible but if i do so will get 1250 which is cheating where in i am losing 2 and half seat fare.

                              I belive the above as fraud/cheating.

                              This Is Very Serious Issue I am Bring to ur Knowledge. Yesterday I book The Ticket From Hyderabad to Madurai on 15/sep/2015 . But I dont Want Travel That Day . So i cancelled The Ticket With in 20 minutes But they Deducted 210 rs Cancellaction charges. And i go through they the REDBUS Cancellation Policy.

                              The following is the cancellation fee: Between 24 hours to 3 days before journey the cancellation charge is 10%. Between 3 days to 1 week before journey the cancellation charge is 5%.

                              Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another. Please contact any of our executives for complete details or enter your ticket number on the print ticket tab to read the cancellation policy for your ticket

                              I have tried to book ticket for 21/11/2015 and 22/11/2015 through online twice through red bus for travel from lucknow to delhi. During which my account number was twice debited for rs.1099/- and 857/- And for rs.1099/- Transaction the ticket was not booked but red bus executive called me and booked the ticket with 899/- for 21-11-15 rupees and informed me reaming amount I will get as coupon from redbus for 1099/- and other 857/- transaction will be directly credited to my account.

                              But Money was not refunded till date and also I didn't get red bus coupon also even I called twice to their customer care .

                              And also they booked the ticket for sleeper seat but while boarding bus guys given me normal seat..They are not responding at all.

                              i had booked tickets from tirupathi to bangalore on 17/11/2016 at 2.30 afternoon but i got a message from you guys stating bus has been cancelled and you would refund the amount. Its been 5 days you have not refuded the amount and people in customer of redbus are telling there is no tickets booked for my number. this is my pnr number- 652177.
                              They are bunch of cheaters. DON'T BOOK IN REDBUS. GO TO REDBUS AND SEE WHICH TRAVELS ARE OPERATING IN YOUR ROUTE. THEN DIRECTLY GO TO TRAVEL WEBSITE AND BOOK TICKETS

                              Basically these kinds of sites initially start with a motto of helping and benefiting the end customers. I remember redbus charging only the nominal convenience and was really good and convenient.

                              Today their motto is to benefit the transportation agencies and loot the end customers. A bus ticket worth Rs 650 is sold for[protected] rs on the name of festivals and long weekends.

                              For example, I was checking a travel from Bangalore to Mangalore on a long weekend a month before.
                              The flight charges were Rs 1800 and the bus charges were Rs 1500 !!!

                              So because of redbus now I guess even the bus travel has been unaffordable for a normal person. its really a shame on redbus who started this market with a motto of helping the customers and turning it into a nightmare for customers...

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              This is regarding the ticket cancellation done on 2nd January 2018 via IVR and the same was confirmed by IVR system.

                              Here is below summary of facts -

                              That on 2nd January 2018 evening around 7:00PM, 4 tickets was booked via redbus.in from Delhi to Amritsar for 3rd January 2018, amount Rs. 3196, Ticket no. TM[protected] PNR: 23E6K46P (seat No. 33, 34, 35, 36) - Travel via - ADTC Lemon Bus Service

                              All the tickets were printed and I went through the complete cancellation policy of redbus.in.

                              Due to some avoidable reason on 2nd Jan itself, I needed to cancel the tickets started calling redbus support numerous time for customer support (Attaching the call logs screenshot) but couldn't contact them as everytime IVR system kept me on endless hold.

                              At last while going though IVR options, come across that I can cancel the tickets via IVR also and followed the complete procedure, where IVR system interacted with me updating me that partial cancellation is not allowed to which I accepted and pressed the respective keys to confirm the cancellation and the same was confirmed by IVR that approx. Rs. 2832 will be credited in my account. It was fine with me as per the cancellation policy of 10%.(The cancellation was done before 10:45PM - 2nd January as per cancellation policy mentioned in the tickets) Attaching the screenshot logs.

                              But to my surprise, as I didn't received any SMS for confirming my cancellation and then tried started calling again to the redbus support number[protected] and checked for my refund status but IVR updated that call center has now closed and now I need to call next day at 7:30AM.

                              On 3rd Jan, at 7:30AM, when I called again and luckily was going through numerous option on IVR, I was able to connect with customer support and to my surprise he updated me that ticket is not yet cancelled and asked me send redbus support the voice recording proof of ticket cancellation. To this, at first I request to immediately cancel the tickets as tickets were still under 50% cancellation policy and told him that recording feature is not there by default on calls and its very pathetic and furious to ask such thing and told him check the logs and recording at his end itself as as the calls must be on recording at customer care end itself.

                              To which, nothing has turned out till date, tried calling after few days and came to know the earlier ticket has been closed and I was updated on email, where as no email has been received by redbus.

                              I would request to refund my excess cancellation amount as the same was confirmed by IVR and further to check its logs & recording at their end itself.

                              At the end, I can only say that it was a bitter first time experience with redbus support & services.

                                This is as per the tele booking did by Redbus.co.in - Ph. - [protected] by Ms.padma and confirmed the order thru' Order No.-1902142, today for the below trave:

                                Mr.Santosh Upadhyay 31 M HYD to Bangalore Kesanani A/C Sleeper Rate 779/- dep. 18:15 Hrs. seat U12 UB

                                And after the booking and payment made thru credit card she said that the ticket will be send to my mail in few minutes. Even after few Hrs when I didn't get any confirmation, then I called the red bus call center for confirmation and I was informed as the server is down the mail will be forwarded in half an hour.

                                Again following us I was informed that my ticket is not confirmed due to some error and some one else is given that seat.

                                As informed to the agency, I am leg patient and had undergone ACL Legment surgery and under medication, need to be in bangalre before 9:00 am tomorrow for the review.
                                Secondly, I cannot seat and travel for long Hrs due to my knee positions.

                                last but not the least I donot have excess money to just spare and wait for their refund for 7 days as specified by Ms.Padma (Red bus agent), for your mistake and mis-lead/ booking made by them

                                  My name is Daoud Ahmed Ansari, my brother got recently wedded and we booked two tickets for DELHI-MANALI on Saturday 03rd April, 2010. The bus service was of Hira Himachal bus service and was perhaps operated by M/S kaushik tours. The bus was late by one hour in DELHI and started for MANALI. Then the trauma started for newly wedded couple:

                                  1- The bus was stopped in the middle of the night by PUNJAB POLICE in/around CHANDIGARH as BUS OPERATOR/DRIVER has not paid ROAD TAX.
                                  2- The cops took the BUS in some kind of jungle.
                                  3- The passengers were asked to disembark from the BUS.
                                  4- Everyone was trying calling helpline i.e RED BUS and the bus operator, no-one came for their rescue/help.
                                  5- You may understand the situation if the person reading this email has some sympathy.
                                  6- The newly wed couple was forced to wait for 4 Hours in the dark and the cold weather.
                                  7- When I tried to contact[protected] on SUNDAY, I kept on waiting for hold of 2 mins 31 seconds multiple times but no one came online to hear my grievance.
                                  8- The bus finally reached around[protected] Hrs which resulted in a days loss in their schedule.
                                  9- Now we are looking for two things:
                                  A: Explanation & Clarification for this.
                                  B: Written apology with compensation.

                                  I won't say that we would go legal or to consumer forum for redressal of this issue instead our next communication will be through them only.

                                  Let's see if REDBUS is interested in resolving this issue directly with us or through a third party.

One of conductor told me to change my seat. ON booking time i had booked seat no 32 and in bus they told me to shift to last seat. and when i refused to change my seat they used abused language with me and shouted on me and warned me that if i didn't change my seat then they will throw my bag and get me out. I just want to ask them .. that they are charging too much money from customer nd after taking money they are providng services..I personally recomeded to all that don't use red buses... Go for train or some other bus service..but don't use red buses please... otherwise you will also suffer.

                                      I had booked ticket for BELLARY from Hyderabadon Feb 26th, but i did not receive the ticket and amount was deduceted from my SBI account As a result, I had to cancel my trip because I did not get any replacement tickets and had to cancel my plan as full day after booking the red bus agents from morning to evening they were telling over phone that they are finding out the reason etd.

                                      They asked to send me the screen shot of my bank accound i sent the same but did not receive the response neither i received the ticket neither i got confirmation from their side i called arounf fifty times in one day to get my ticket confirmation.
                                      They use to receive my phone and put me on Hold. My case id with RED Bus is ID 1011482

                                      I have contacted more than two hundred phone calls to them and around twenty five mails, i have spoken to Mr Praveen, Javidh Mansoor at Hyderabad but they just disconnect the phone calls after putting for hold.

                                      I informed RedBus of the same, however there was no prompt response. I had to call up the customer care a number of times before I was told that the tickets was not booked. Then one of the customer care representatives, She told me that I would get my refund etc I waited till the date and got no refund.

                                      When I tried contacting the customer care, they would either put me on hold or lie to me that they will return my call in 10 minutes and never call.

                                      I recommend that nobody uses RedBus to book tickets

                                      1. They are not reliable - they will end up booking your tickets for the wrong date and not even provide a replacement ticket
                                      2. They will disappear when asked for refunds

                                      An unreliable company like RedBus should be banned from doing business. Do not promote this company,

                                      Redbus are bloody cheaters they have not refunded my money after transaction failure even after calling them hundred times also i have not got my refund
                                      I had made the booking with the red bus on 31st march 2011 the transaction failed i was supposed to get my refund back by 7th of April 2011 but its already 20 days from now i have not received any refund yet. This is very disgusting i tried calling the customer care 100 times but still there was no action taken from your side its very disappointing with such type of service you provided. hence fort i have decided never to book tickets from your site i will take this action to consumer court if still i don't get any response. Please find the reference number provided to me.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had booked ticket No TC3R32374424 from redbus. after confrim ticket the bus oprator forced me to travel in driver cabin during entire night journey. follouped sevaral times but is of no use. pls help me to resolve this as i want compansation from them for mental, physical & economical harrashament.
