My name is Noormohmed and I have booked Ticket TF5M39282288 for travelling date 16th May 2013 (attached is receipt) From Mumbai to Ratnagiri with the boarding point Thane(KTS) Teen Hath Naka(KTS). As per booking it suppose to be the boarding point at Thane (KTS) By Mukund Krupa Travels for which I paid. But services not been provided as per Information on Redbus website. When I contacted the Mukund Krupa Travels on 16th May afternoon on the contact given on the right top corner of the landline phone No.[protected] just to check the status of my ticket, one guy who attended the phone had no clue about this ticket as he replied that my system is down (I think he do not know how to operate the computer to check the ticket status). He gave the mobile number [protected] of his boss whose name is Mannu, I was surprised after hearing their answer that they have no clue about such ticket and ticket is fake. After discussing with three to four different Red Bus Customer Care executives on[protected] which is given at the bottom of the red bus ticket they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes each time I called the said landline number to check the status, At last the guy named Mr. Gopal who attended my phone gave me a contact number for Mukund Krupa Travels, Dadar Mumbai Office and I got the answer that the boarding point is Vashi Plaza not Thane(KTS). I was completely Disappointed. The guy said that we stopped operating our bus services from Thane (KTS) long time ago so contact Redbus regarding this boarding point issue. I kept calling whatever the number the redbus gave to me and I lost my money around 150 rupees from phone to calling these number with no positive reply from either side. I had two tickets booked which one passanger is a women senior citizen (age around 65 years) which she cannot travel to Vashi Plaza as there are lot many hassles for her to board the bus, and that is the reason I booked the ticket and gave the boarding point Thane(KTS) as this is the easiest boarding point for her. She had to attend her grand son's marriage function at Ratnagiri on 17th in the morning. This is the total mental harassment for the passangers, and I want to know who is responsible for all this. There is no connection in between the redbus and the travel operators. My experience was not Good at all with the RedBus as Redbus misleading and misguiding travelers. They have given wrong information on their website . God knows what would happen if the passangers go to Thane(KTS) as per the booked ticket boarding point and finally found no such bus to pick them up at the last moment. It was good that I called them just to check the ticket status otherwise the passangers was about to miss marriage function which was more important for them to attend. Though this is happening Everyday (Came to know by other passengers). Even all of the redbus Customer care executives was not able to provide me any satisfactory answer.

about of bus ticket — complaint for bus ticket

sir,
yesterday i was travelling in the bus, (visit from chandpole se sarna doongar teh jaipur ) the conductor take Rs-10 but the actual fare is Rs-8 because i am daily travelling root of gopalpura se sarna doongar.I take ticket of rs-8 daily and conductor take rupees another man but did not give ticket to him for the travell of chandpole se dadi ka phatak.so please accept this complain and solve this problem.bus no.is 5930 and dipo is vidhadharnagar dipo.

    Today @ 11:30am purchased 3 tickets via redbus.in for indore to pune. During booking there was no pop up, message stating that this ticket will not be cancelled and refunded. To my delima onee of my ticket had to be cancelled so I called up customer service people ( don't know what service they are talking about). Customer service representative when asked about cancellation pointed me to policy which states that ticket needs to be cancelled before 24 hrs of travel. Which I said I didn't even bought it 24 hrs then how would I cancel before 24 hour's ? They jeot on repeating the same.

    Not sure if any action is expected after sharing here.. still wanted to see .if it's worh a shot..
    Just an update: spoke to travels guy he said if you would have taken it from our counter we could have cancelled. How ever this 24 hr policy is of the vendor.hence can't do anything. Proves that redbus is in hoarding money from citizens.

      This is keep to your notice that undersigned tried to Bus ticket on Red BUS web site dated[protected] to travel from nellore to hyderabad on 1st june .At the time of booking Rs.1700 has been debited from my HDFC account on[protected] ,Red BUS reference number :20882082.Unfortunately the ticket was not booked and amount was debited from my account . till date my amount was not credited to my account .When i inquired to red bus call center , they respond is very poor and giving the answer your records not found on that refrence number 20882082 .Please go through this matter and refund my amount very soon

      Redbus — amount not refunded

      I have cancelled 2 tickets which I have booked from www.redbus.in but I got refund for only 1 ticket.
      I booked a ticket on 13th October from Rajahmundry to Bangalore to travel on 14th October at 05:00 P.M.
      thats a Kesineni Travels bus. They called me on 14th October morning and intimated that the bus is cancelled due to Hud Hud Cyclone.When i asked about amount refund, they said it wil be automatically refunded, as the bus got breakdown and cancelled. when i logged in it showed the status as processed and money wil be refunded soon. Later that status disappeared. When I logged in and tried to cancel the ticket it was shown that, the refund of the money is processed and no need of cancellation. Its been 1 month and i still have not got my money(RS 1200) back.

        Hi All,
        i tried booking 3 ticket(package tour) from Bangalore to tirupathi on 23-Apr-2013 in Manish Travels through travels . But the money got deducted and the amount was not credited to my account.
        I did this booking trough citibank credit cards.
        Date of Journey :- 23/04
        Transaction no :- [protected] (As given by bank)
        Amount :- RS.5400

        I mailed them also in complaints section on Wed 05/22/13 8:04 PM.They provided me the ticket no :- 1091386.and told me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs.
        I am not able to reach them also on phone.

        Please do help me in this.

          I have tried to book a ticket on 23 April 2013 from Bangalore to Nagercoil and an amount of Rs 750 was deducted from my account and because of the failed transaction the ticket was not issued to me. I raised complaint against the Redbus customer care and sent the email with my credit card bill. They issued me a ticket number [Ticket#1095066] but after that there is no response from them. I called the customer care many times but they are some reasons.
          I here by raise this complaint so that i can get my money back.

            Redbus.in : Transaction failure {No refund and no response}

            I have booked online ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai , due to Redbus transaction failure my amount was deducted but my ticket was not booked .Now its been 22 days , redbus have not refund back my amount of 1100 Rs .If we send a email or call to there costumer care their is no response from there end.

            I will advice people not to use Redbus.in for online booking , there is no organised system their transaction system is not so good and if your transaction fail you have every less chance of getting money back{transaction failure is due to there system failure but consumer have to suffer }

            Redbus.in — Frauds when it comes to a Refund policy

            Please be aware of all or any transactions with www.redbus.in, the entire team is hunky dory until they receive their payments, when it come to cancellations and refunds they are not an organization to deal with.

            The have no business sense or any principles of doing business.

            Kindly refrain from interacting with them at any point.

            They are more a bane than boon to the common man

            Very Bad Service By Red-Bus,,First of all ,,once you book a TICKET u never know when your trip will cancel,,they just don’t bother about passengers urgency,,,,I have booked a ticket from HYD to Pune on 28th dec 2010 and the journey date was 30th dec 2010 and the agent was the worst NATIONAL TRAVELS,,Plz Plz dun trust this travel agent at all,,they canceled the bus for that day,,when I reached there office to board the bus I came to know that bus has been cancelled, they told me to contact red bus as the bus canceled by red bus, when I called red bus they told its the agent that is NATIONAL TRAVELS who cancelled the travel, THE MOST PATHETIC THING IS TILL DATE 18TH JAN 2011 THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY MONEY, I called a 100 time but they are telling that money will get credit in next 24hr,,i really don’t know which brand watch they are using that taking so long to complete 24 hr,,my ticket number was :TCDQ82923293 and pnr no :NNTMP7W23779886

            I have booked tickets in redbus.in orange travels, chennai to hyderabad on 24/09/2011 unfortunately i travelled earlier so i cancelled the same tickets before 20/09/2011 in redbus.in. Which accepted my cancellation and now it shows as i travelled the same date and i not getting any refund.

              In Redbus.in when i booked ticket the Ticket will not confirmed but the money from my account is deducted. This is not First time. February, 2013 also i face the same type of problem. After several followups by phone and Email i got the amount after 20days.
              Today[protected] also my money is deducted without book any ticket.
              When journey is needed and money there is no much of money then what will the customer's do?
              This is not Fair.

              Redbus.in — Refund of Money for booked ticket

              I tried booking a ticket on www.redbus.in on 20 April 2011 using my citibank credit card. The transaction was not successful, but a charge of Rs 1450.00 was levied on my credit card. I have not received a refund from redbus till date (17th May 2011) The Reference no of the transaction is [protected].

                I am lodging this complaint against Redbus.in
                I Mohd Moizuddin, book a ticket from National travels through redbus.in Hyd-Bang Tic No.TF[protected], D.O.Journey-10th May, boarding point & time: Lakdi-ka-pool,Hyderabad 9:15PM, D.O.Booking-4th May. I was there at boarding point 8:30 pm and i was waiting for bus, i called the opeartor both landline and cell no one has responded to my call.I even didn't got any confirmation mail or sms from the operator nor redbus. Finally i called redbus same night at around 9:30pm, they put me on hold for morethan 30 mins twice but i didn't got any response whether the bus is cancelled or not.Then the same night at around 10:30pm i got a email from redbus that as per my request the ticket is cancelled.

                Because the bus was cancelled i dont have any other option in that night i have cancelled the return journey ticket i.e;VRL Travels booked through redbus.in Bang-Hyd Tic No.TF[protected],ticket fare Rs.700- D.O.Journey-12thMay, and to my surprise i got a refund details of Rs.560-.
                First of all i have faced lot of mental torture because the bus was cancelled and there was no intimation till night 10:30pm and when i cancelled the return journey i am facing a loss of Rs.140- who is going to bear this losses?
                I have made so many calls to redbus and mail to [protected]@redbus.in but i have not got any satisfactory answer as on today and they have stop responding to my mails.
                Hence iam cheated by redbus and I alert all the passengers not to book your tickets through redbus as they are cheaters, liers & frauders and i do not want others to be in my position.

                  I Piyush Nakarani, booked ticket from bangalore to goa on 4th may in redbus on name of mayur through mobile no. [protected] but because of some technical problem transaction got failed. according to red bus cash back policy it should redeposit in my account within 7 working days but its almost 8 working days and i didnt get any positive reply from them and they are not responding my call. i already registered complain to redbus support team with complain no: 1068995.

                  So kindly note my complain regarding this and solve it as much as possible.

                    I have booked a bus ticket through www.redbus.com for traveling vijayawda to rajam on 11th may 2013. ticket number:TF[protected], seat number:5A,passenger name:adapa jagadeeswara rao. ticket cost:Rs 640/- but after booking my ticket, ticket fare reduced, i have contacted to redbus team for this issue, they told like bus operator reduced ticket cost. on 11th may 2013 morning i got remainder message from redbus team for my journey. on 11th may i went to boarding place of bus point. but in the passenger list my name is not there. bus people told like that your bus canceled by bus operator, we have already informed about this cancellation of bus to redbus,we can't do anything now. but i didn't got any information about bus cancellation and ticket fare refund from redbus. i went with luggage and i suffered.

                    IT company — Nul refund on I-Ticket cancellation

                    It is to intimat to Railway refunding section that I have not been credited in my account even after my mannually I- ticket cancelled vide PNR no[protected], trian no: 8646 date of journey[protected]. Please look into the mater. Nevertheless the matter will be forwarded to the highest railway authorithy. And I would be compel to lodge the case of fraudulent service to consumer court(Phuleswari Narzary, Webmaster)
                    HOW TO CANCEL I-TICKET?
                    My i-Ticket was taken from internet but now i cannot cancelled it as it is not an e-ticket please help.

                    Hi, I booked two tickets (Hyd to Pune) on 8th august using Raj travel’s online booking. Even if the amount (1,677.10) got debited from my account the tickets were not confirmed. I got in touch with your agents and understood it would be credited in few days. So far it has not happened.

                    Red Bus.Com — Ticket not received

                    I have booked return journey bus ticket from Tirupaty to Secunderabad for 15th April 2011 by Kesineni Travels.
                    Payment was made through online banking (Rs.1450/-) SBI Net banking.
                    Though my account was debited I could not get the ticket.
                    SBI Ref No. is 46988371 and 47023510.
                    Please arrange to refund the amount of Rs.1450/- as I am purchasing fresh ticket.

                      I booked the ticket for chennai to coimbatore. they send mticket to my mobile. the bus timing is 10.30. i waited for bus up to 12 bus not come and bus operator not called me. The redbus ticket information they gave wrong operator phone number and I called redbus support they also not answer my call without travel I come back to home. Fault is redbus but they not return the amount and cheated me.
                      Please don’t book ticket in redbus.

                      Hi,
                      I am Shan, i have booked to&pro
                      Mumbai to Hyd Friday evening 6.30pm arrival time 11am saturday
                      Hyd to Mumbai Monday 7.15pm 28.6.10
                      but bus was cancelled Mum to hyd i requested money back they told 9.00pm bus was arranged and it will reach Nampally, Hyd at 12 to 1pm saturday.
                      and also i paid for 550 actuall that bus fair is 450.

                      bus driver droped us Mehaipatnam, Hyd at 6pm saturday.
                      actually i have mentiond to Redbus customer care people if bus not going to Nampally i dont want to travel. return my money they said it is going to Nampally at 1pm finally he not droped.
                      when i was in bus on saturday 3pm(26.06.2010) i called customer care and explained about all these disturbances
                      due to delay i am cancelling return tiket whch is 28.06.10 at 7.15pm from hyd.to mum.
                      they sent me email confirmation of cancellation of my return ticket ref: 2130461 and refund Rs637.5 amt. bank take 4working days etc.

                      but 2nd July received one more email from REDBUS saying that refund is not possible, we paid to SAHARA BUS they not ready to payback.

                      i had some urgent work on 26.06.10 in hyd couldnt able to complete because of bus delay & some how they changed dropping point, it has taken 1hour to go home. all passengers suffered a lot becasue of online bookings,
                      DO you think what is happend with me is corret? please justify ur self
                      i am sure no one take any action, i wont get refund , all these are wasting of some more time of public

                      FINALLY I WOULD LIKE TO SAY, YOU ARE NOT PROVDING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS, YOU ARE EARNING MONEY by CHATING/WASTING OF PUBLICK TIME , . IT IS NOT AT ALL FAIR"

                      Redbus.com — Redbus is cheating the customers

                      Dear Public .This is one of the cheating site ,after this site started working in Transportation area the bus fairs are 20% high .At the time of booking ticket the way they show seating is different in the bus it is going to be another one .Government should look in to this kind of services what is happening and how this is going to help public to with normal price .And strict action should be taken on them.

                        I booked 4 tickets from UDUPI to Banglore from RedBus.com through online. The operator name is Abhishek Travels and they mentioned the boarding point as at AT Travels. But after my inquiry with all other travels operators there, I came to know that there was no travel agent with name "Abhishek travels", I tried to call RedBus, they didn't responded well, they didn't provide any other details of that travel agency.

                          On 16/04-2013 I booked one redbus.in ticket for journey from Calicut to Bangalore on 21/04/2013 through online. In my ticket, operator name is Abhishek travels, Bus type is Mercides A/c semisleeper and land mark given is New Kalyan Kentre, MM Ali road, Calicut and time is 10 PM, Seat no17. I waited there from 9.30 PM but I cannot see any such bus and 10 PM I inquired locally and some travel agents inform me to contact AR travels there.
                          On inquiry with AR travels (at 10.05 PM) they inform me that there is no bus as per my ticket from Calicut to Bangalore. At about 9.30 PM one Volvo bus of Abhishek Travels is there and it already left from Calicut half an hour before. On seeing my situation, AR travels arranged 1 seat for me from Calicut to Bangalore (1 Back seat) and hence I can reach Bangalore in time.
                          I am a frequent traveler and normally uses KSRTC, Keral RTC or Neeta buses for online booking and travel and their service is up to our expectation. This is my first experience in my online bus ticket booking.

                            I have booked bus tickets to and fro between chennai and bangalore on the 25th of january 2013.I cancelled the same on the 29th of January.Still am yet to recieve the money for the cancelled tickets. transaction reference id: 16180941 and 16180754.I tried calling the customer care to no use, they ask me to hold on line and disapperar for 15 mins.

                            I tried to book a my ticket.Money is debited from my account but the ticket is not coming insteat it asks to pay one more time.

                            Hi,
                            I tried to book a ticket from Thanjavur to Chennai on may 22, 2016 thru redbus.in. booking got cancelled but amount was debited and not refunded yet.

                            I have called their customer care, sent emails. But no resolution .

                            Please help regards to this.

                              I have booked the 3 tickets from mumbai to rathnagiri on 01/03/2009 the details of the tickets are as follow

                              dest : mumbai to ratnagiri
                              dt of journey 09th March 2009
                              Transport : Girisagar
                              no. of passanger 3

                              the tickcet is received by me on very next day & I have paid Rs.900/- as total fare +25 Rupees courier charges to your person.

                              Now on 08th March 2009 I have received the Call from your office informing me that the bus is cancelled & i have to Rupees 450/- extra for another booking.

                              please note that i have booked the tickets from you & not from girisagar transport It is your resposibility to get me the ticket in same fare. there is no single seniour person from your office talked to me on the above matter. & for that they dont feel sorry..

                              Kindly arrange to me to refund the extra fare Rs.450/- which i have paying to you. for further booking.

                              If proper & satisfactory reply will not given within 7 days from the date of this email I have to think to go to concern legal authority to lodge a complaint against your firm for compensation for our mentally & physically harassment because of your miss-management

                                I had a very bad experience with Red Bus today! This weekend being a long weekend, I booked a sleeper National Travels bus 2 weeks ago. And my travel date is day after tomorrow. Today, I just receive a call from National Travels telling me that the bus is cancelled, infact he told me they are not operating since 2 months, and they don't understand why Red Bus is listing them and allowing the booking. When I called up Red Bus, they say it is cancelled and they don't have any other information. When they are taking the bookings on their site, they should be responsible to resolve the customer issues, and instead that guy just put down the phone abruptly when asked for the solution.

                                If Red Bus cannot handle customer issues they should stop their services immediately instead of bothering people.

                                Because it's a long weekend, now I cannot get any bus at that price and most of the buses have doubled the price now. Worst experience with Red Bus! I'm gonna stop using their services from now on!!

                                Beware of Red Bus!
                                I had a bad experience with NATIONAL TRAVEL today. And specially behaviour of driver was also worst. I booked my ticket in front seat but they gave me last seat which is horrible for a lady. I told them but they did not even care for it and behave lyk we people are their servant. If these typ of bus cannot handle customer issues they should stop their services.

                                  I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Trichur on Red bus. Due to some reason i have cancelled my ticket on 22nd March 2013. I have informed their customer care to cancel my ticket over phone they confirmed that i will be refunded Rs.1180/- and cancellation charges will be Rs.220/- out of Rs.1400/- it is recorded, but they refunded only Rs.980/-. Then i called their customer care about this, they confirmed that their company policy has changed now they can't refund the promised amount which is Rs.1180/- . So i request all of you (who ever books ticket -- Bus, Train or Air) to please do not book the tickets by Red Bus.

                                    My bus from Bangalore to Erakulam was cancelled. On that day, just four hours prior to the journey even, they texted me as a reminder that the boarding time is 8:15 PM from Majestic. But, when I reached there, the bus service told that they have cancelled the bus well before and told me that Redbus should have informed me as I had booked the ticket via them. When I called Redbus, they told me that will do something and get back to me. However, neither they got back to me, neither did they find time to arrange me an alternate bus. I had a very important meeting the next day. But, just because of them, I was being harassed by so many people. Fake service policies. Till now they did not get back to me. No apologies or what so ever!

                                    Some steps should be taken so that no traveler faces such a bitter and horrible experience on just going by their cute words.
                                    The worst bus service!

                                      We have booked 2 tickets from Tirupattur to Chennai FOR 9.45 pm

                                      We were waiting at the boarding point from 9.15 PM.
                                      By 9.20 we called up redbus call center office and taken the bus operator’s contact number ([protected]) but this number was continuously ringing and no response
                                      Again we contacted redbus call center and now they have given another contact number ([protected]) but this number was switched off.

                                      After this we made several calls to your office and by 10 .30 PM bus operator told your office they have picked up the passengers but still we were standing there and after that redbus call center contact number was connected to voice mail and we were not able to reach the bus operator we were there at boarding point till 11.15 PM. (details may be tracked from your Call data Record)

                                      on sending this details by mail they have just initiated for refund of the ticket charge

                                      I also faced the same complaint on 21st April, 2013. On 16/04-2013 I booked one redbus.in ticket for journey from Calicut to Bangalore on 21/04/2013 through online. In my ticket, operator name is Abhishek travels, Bus type is Mercides A/c semisleeper and land mark given is New Kalyan Kentre, MM Ali road, Calicut and time is 10 PM, Seat no17. I waited there from 9.30 PM but I cannot see any such bus and 10 PM I inquired locally and some travel agents inform me to contact AR travels there.
                                      On inquiry with AR travels (at 10.05 PM) they inform me that there is no bus as per my ticket from Calicut to Bangalore. At about 9.30 PM one Volvo bus of Abhishek Travels is there and it already left from Calicut half an hour before. On seeing my situation, AR travels arranged 1 seat for me from Calicut to Bangalore (1 Back seat) and hence I can reach Bangalore in time.
                                      I am a frequent traveler and normally uses KSRTC, Keral RTC or Neeta buses for online booking and travel and their service is up to our expectation. This is my first experience in my online bus ticket booking.

                                      Same problem for me! They and made me wait from 11:30PM to 3AM. THE WORST SERVICE. Never gonna use or recommend Redbus to anyone. For me Someone else boarded the bus instead of me EVEN BEFORE MY BOARDING POINT. They didn't even check the id and never stopped in my boarding point to pick me up! STUPID SERVICE!

                                        I have booked my ticket from Redbus onlie on 11th jan 2013 for journey from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar wid mob no[protected]..


                                        Due to technical fault from redbus they deducted the payment from my account twice & they promised mw to return back within 7 days and now its 1 month and 14 days i have not recive refund.. a fraud has beed done with me...

                                        i have tried around 20 times by calls and emails..

                                        not even a single positive response from their side...

                                        i had made lots of call around 15 times.. my telephone bill is around Rs, 150 for requesting my refund.

                                        Payment has been deducted twice but once they booked ticket and other payment yet not received...

                                        hope this complaint will do work for me.

                                        Even I had not received my money back after I booked confirmed ticket and they are not able to give me seats.
                                        I'm following up with them but no response. I lost 4800 in this.
