My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

Please contact on the alternate email address: [protected]@yahoo.co.in
My phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. Please help me recover my account as soon as possible.

Sir/madam, my name is jacob joseph. J and i have been using [protected]@. Rediffmail for last 7years. My alternative email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected]. Before 3days, i was unable to open my rediffmail account because my password is not getting accepted and alternative email and mobile number were also got changed somehow. The said account has been hacked & my login password has been changed.
The alternate mail account along with phone number has also been changed so i cannot even reset my password.

Dear sir /madam.
I ordered a flash torch light through rediff but received a the product in non working condition. They arranged for pickup of the same and said they will refund the paid amount to my bank account. They forwarded a link for the same and gave conformation on 24th of january 2019. That with in 4 working days they will refund but failed to do so. And could not able to clear till date. And they are not responding to mails also.

My rediffmail email id [protected]@rediffmail.com seems to be hacked. I have been getting emails saying that my account has been hacked. I could not use my account settings and could not try changing password. I wasn't able to acess any of the account settings. My alternate email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered for bose sound support blue tooth headphones through shopingbetas.in on rediff.com and paid rs.2, 999/- cash on delivery. When i opened the package it was containing local make faulty head phones and the details mentioned on the invoice with the package was same as my order.
Shopingbetas.in are doing fraud with the people and i will take legal action against rediff.com and shopingbetas.in if my amount is not refunded immediately.
Plz let me know the address to which the product is to be returned and company contact number for further communication. The number mentioned in the website is fake. Plz call me on my mobile no.[protected] for any other details in this regard. I received the product vide emartmart express package with delhivery awb no.[protected] delivered on 29-01-18.

I received an email on 26th dec at 0358am in junk box from my own email id which is [protected]@rediffmail.com saying my email id is hacked and he can access my phone data and is asking for money in return to be transferred in his account in next 48hours, i immediately deleted all the emails from junk box.
Kindly look into it and advice if my email id is hacked and take necessary action on it. Waiting for your reply.

I use the rediffmail account for past one year which was working fine till 22.12.2018. But after that i am unable to access my rediff email account. I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.

My rediffmail account is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I am not able to login for several years now. I have made / written several emails to reduce customer service, but without any response.
I can't recover my password via 'forgot password' as the recovery email id ([protected]@softhome.net) is not working. There is no recovery via phone option. Kindly change the recovery email to [protected]@gmail.com and inform urgently.
