Last two days i am not able to access my account. Its asking for reset my password and saying they send a mail to the link to my gmail id. I am not receiving any mails in my gmail from rediff. I have been an active usage of my rediffmail account since 16 years, all my important documents, mails are there. Since yesterday 19/02/201, i have been not able to login into my account. To reset my account password, i am not receiving any mails from rediff to my another account which is gmail :[protected]@gmail.com.

Dear sir /madam.
I ordered a flash torch light through rediff but received a the product in non working condition. They arranged for pickup of the same and said they will refund the paid amount to my bank account. They forwarded a link for the same and gave conformation on 24th of january 2019. That with in 4 working days they will refund but failed to do so. And could not able to clear till date. And they are not responding to mails...

I can't recover my password via 'forgot password' as the recovery email id ([protected]@softhome.net) is not working. There is no recovery via phone option. Kindly change the recovery email to [protected]@gmail.com and inform urgently.
