I purchase a watch from them and it was defective and this the reply i received from customer care of rediff. when i mailed them the mail bounced, Hence I am in a position where the product is useless and money is lost and no one to listen to the issue.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM REDIFF WEBSITE.

            I got delivery for 64gb Samsung ev micro as card on 15th June 2017 which was faulty. Have made complain to pick up faulty product to replacement on 16th June 2017. On 28th June 2017 assigned pick of faulty product through delhivery logistics which also not been done. I've delivered it to them at Madas West kachpada dc at my own on 29th June 2017. This pick up request showing cancelled on delhivery systems. Also I have pickup receipt got from delhivery people. Same thing updated to rediff on mail and toll free as well. But they are not giving proper reply. Reading is making fraud with Customer dealing like this. I think need to banned rediff product

I wrote 5-6 email to them but only first one has reply stating that we will back to you in 48 hours. I call to them but same answer we will look into matter and back to you.

                Sir i have brought sandals from online shopping at rediff on 7th june ( Order #[protected] containing ( BACHINI Brown Sandal ) on Rediff Shopping.. they have sent me a wrong size. i have asked size 8 and they gave size 9. i have sent mails to customer care sweta but they are saying we cant replace it is not withing the company policy 48hrs. my question is while sending they have sent with wrong size why they cant replace please. i spoke to their supervisor he said sorry our mistake but cant replace . they are trying to cheat me.i am thinking how many customers they might have faced the same problem.

                any updates please on the issue generally there will be time given to customer if the service they provide is wrong, but here people are behaving badly they spoke to me in harsh way, always there is a way to talk i.e. polite im just asking them to replace with correct size. please help.

                      I ordered sunglasses but the delivery is not same its rediff delivered me wrong sunglasses totaly wrong piece delivered very bad sunglasses and bad quality.                         I order a perfumer (Davidoff cool water) from rediff shopping site. After order i specially ask to rediff team through the mail that is this original quality perfume? Because davidoff perfume cost is 4000 approx and you are offering only 800 rs and they reply me that our all
                        Products are genuine and tested and gone through quality check team. When i received the order i saw that perfume quality is very very poor and perfume is totally fake copy that is not original so now i am going to file a legal complaint against rediff team in court.                           My rediffmail stopped working yesterday (12/6/2017) and logged out, i tried to re-login but shows invalid password. The alternate phone number is not mine. I'm unable to reset my password or login with my previous password. The secret question answer is showing also incorrect.

                            I received my product on 8 june 2017, i was not satisfied with the product as its quality was very cheapbas compared to the product image on the website, so i called the customer care of rediff, the told me to send the photo of the product, i did so.                               My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com had been hacked and the hacker has been sending e-mails with malicious content to e-mail ids in my contact list. Since the security questions are also changed by the hacker, i can't do anything to stop. Also rediffmail is not providing any solution to this problem faced by many rediffmail users. Pls help us to at least close such email accounts so that the hacker wouldn't misuse by impersonating others.

                                  A mail from Team Rediffmail came yesterday asking me to provide DOB and Phone no. otherwise all my contacts will be lost. It asked me to reset my password, which I did. After that I'm unable to login to my account. The alternate email id and phone number is not mine. I'm unable to reset my password or login with my previous password.

                                  There is no other way of contacting Rediffmail. Maybe my account is hacked or locked.

But today is 30th may there is no message from courrior or rediff shopping. Checked customer delight centre showing ready to despatch but when it will be deliver???.                                         Dear sir,
                                        I would like to inform you that i had booked a order a lumia 530 flip cover king size black on 14 th may 2017, i had already paid rs 298/ including delivery charges but yet to wait for order no[protected]. But today is 30th may there is no communication or no message from courrior or rediff shopping. Where is my order i dont know. I[censored]nable to deliver the order please refund. Customer delight centre always showing ready to despatch but when it will be depatch or deliver???

                                        We have ordered JBL charge 2 Bluetooth speaker but we have got wrong product. At the time of delivery we got beats pill Bluetooth speaker. Return this product and deliver the right product JBL charge 2 that we have ordered.
