Siince 4 hours trying to log in tomy email id [protected]@rediffmail.com but it has been he hacked and alternate id and password changed. Please guide me to login with security questions and send the details to [protected]@gmail.com. Please act fast as my mail contains valuable information about my business.

My rediff mail account has been hacked with unknown person. He hacked my password and changes every details he changed my recovering email id and my recovering phone number. My username is same but my login details are changed. I want to recover my account again because i don't want any one to use my account wrong. Help me to get back my account. It's a kind request to the head manager

Sir i ordered mobile phone nokia c15, order number 14334155 .but phone is not working and also very low in quality...i requested for returning the product as i received the product. But after 10 days also neither no person came to collect the item...neither there is any mail to help. I have made several calls to customer care rediff.com, all the time i get same answer that your request is on priority and within 24 hrs you will get mail...no mail come to me.

Thank you for your reply, but your partner has nowhere mentioned whether the product is Original or Copy. As a customer when I am going to spend around INR 8000 for this item and that to buying through a renowned website I should have rights to know whether the item is Original or Copy. Yes I can see the product specifications, but I can’t see any where whether this is Original or copy. As a very well know website globally you should have proper information about this. Please assist me in this.

This is related to order number 14341046, against shopping.rediff.com. I have placed the order for headphone which is not working at all. Ticket number of the same is[protected] and[protected]

When complained on both the occasions Mr. Manish from rediff denied to cancel my product and not giving my refund.

Headphone is not working...

They are just using JBL brand name and cheating customer by selling 3rd class quality headphones..

Seems like Rs.50 headphones which we get from nearby railway station or from any hawkers.

This is my 1st and worst experience of shopping with rediff..

I just purchased a Diesel watch from the Rediff shopping website. On receiving the watch I realized that it was not an original Diesel watch and in fact a fake one. I notified this to the Rediff team and so far they have shown no signs of refunding my money or sending me the original product.
They have asked me for the snaps of the watch multiple times but have not given me any indications about further steps.

I got the product on dt: 05.05.2017, Order No.: 14330488, Item not same as per Image, I need refund against this order.

I tried a lot of way to resolve my problem, by sending 4 to 5 times mail but there is no response. Then I send two images of attachment.

I want to return the order nothing else.
I think your good office will understand my problem and act like a professional company without fail.

I have purchased watch mob : dz09 sim card and memory cards supported bluetooth smartwatch android and ios series smartwatch (Black strap) from rediffmail.com vide their ticket no.[protected] and transaction no.25546932. On receipt of the material it is found that a smart watch is without battery (The battery slot found empty) and hence it was unable to charge and hence hence it is not running. Therefore it may kindly be exchanged.

I paid total bill of rs 2183 via net banking. the amount was deducted but my order got declined somehow and my refund in initiated yet.

Rediffshopping is most fraudulent shopping site i had ordered perfume and i got different product, I had returned the product and ask for refund money. I had provided my bank details to them but still they did not processed my refund and committed every time you will get in 7-10 working days. whereas 7 working days are already over but they are still not paying back my amount.
My order ID is : 14230188 and the amount is 1087 RS.
I do have all mails from rediff shopping customer support for days which they committed and fulfill yet.

Please take a strict actions against them so they don't cheat other customers.

My ordered product got declined.order no 14300264.i have given the complaint many times in mail and phone .No response from rediff.I stopped ordering from rediff. my account got debited but refund not done.every time im calling the customer care and asking about the refund and they give very lame excuses.They speak in very unfriendly way.give me a reply as soon as possible.

I have ordered a bedsheet from rediff shopping and paid the complete amount online and when I received the product it was completely different from the product I ordered so I called there customer service center number which was mentioned on there website but even that was incorrect number so I sent a mail regarding this later I got a reply from them saying that please send the photo of the product delivered so I sent photographs of the product after that there was no reply from them even after sending so many mails they dint reply after 4 to 5 days I got a reply that they have sent the correct product.
