The Item was ordered on 18 Feb and received on 25 Feb 2017.

Received item was found not getting charged.

Complaint raised regarding receipt of damaged / defective item on 25 Feb 2017.

When called customer care on 27 Feb, the rep indicated that they have already raised the issue and will get response in 48 hours. In addition he indicated that logistics is not available for shipment / pick up.

Again i called customer care on 2 Mar, the rep indicated that the issue will be resolved by evening.

Till now, no actions taken.

      I have purchased 01 pic lactometr vide order no.14139535 transaction no.25379343 dtd.16feb. 2017 and ref.no.25370343 . I had received above kit on 26 Feb 2017 by currier and pay on delivery rs. 237/-, after checking with milk purity, found above lactomter are defective. So plz replace the defective lactomter or return back paid amount 237/- to me. Thanks.

        Hi,
        I had purchase a Iik Collection Luxury Round Shaped Analog Watch - For Men on 15/02/2017.You can find my order no in the subject.But it is very unfortunate that there is no reponse from rediff site till yet.There is tracking option but it is always showing ready to dispatch.
        Fyi, i have already contact customer care about my order in 23th feb.they told me my order will be delivered on 25th feb and they send my issue in priority basis.But it is so disappointing that it is already 28th feb now but still not getting any response.Today i have again contact with customer care, she again do the same favour that forward my issue on priority basis.But to be honest i don't want such kind of favour i just want to get my product asap.

        You know if such kind of facility available in rediff no one will interest to purchase any product from your side.In my case i will wait for maximum 2 days and if not getting my product i must cancel and say good bye to rediff shopping forever.

          Imported emporio armani ar2448 stainless steel blue dial mens chrono watch not working last 1 month. I also register the complaint in reddif customer care they told me i will get reply within 48 hrs for help and suggestions, but still i am waiting for reply from their side. I think it is the second hand product given to me. I want to replace the product or i want my money return 6000 for faulty product and mental harassment.

            I had purchase shoes Rack from website http://shopping.rediff.com, on this We site in product description mention that this shoes rack is made up of mental body but when I received the product on 25th Jan 2017 it was plastic body so, I request to customer care that take return the product but initially the denied but after they agree to take back the product and refund the money.

            They had taken back the product on 4th Feb 2017 but not refund the money on my bank account, So I was taking follow up from them for my money return though mail and customer care call. On mail they assist me till 15th Feb as initially they told that money is already refund in my account so I sent them my bank account statement to show them there is no any entry from their side. After that they are saying, money refund is in process since 1st February. They communicate with me last 15th Feb for the same saying that we will provide you proof for the same, so I was taking follow up for the same but after that they are not giving any reply on mail.
            I was trying to call the customer care and put my complaint before them all the time getting same reply that "Your money will be refund within 24 hours" but till date I have not get back my money.

            Request you kindly help me out and refund the money.

                  On[protected] i had a booked a hero electronic bike at rediff shoping india limited with online card payment. they said that it will devilry to me with in 15 days. After 15days i have been trying to call them. just their response is we will talk to seller and intimate to you. only they spend till end of the month. After 10 days on 1-2-2017 a message to my mobile that shows that your order was delvieried successfully. But I did not received the product. I am paying EMIs on my BANK CARD. but it was not delivered to me. i have been talking with the rediff people they said that they will find out and intimate you.EVERY TIME THIS IS ONLY. ON 8-2-2017 REDIFF people called me your order price is changed. You must cancel it and book again. I said i want product I will not cancel. they suggest me i[censored] pay excess amount they will pay. 800 you need to pay. when a price is agreed and payed the 1st installment why should i pay excess I asked. they said you must pay other wise cancel the order. I AGREED TO PAY 800/- EXCESS. After two days rediff people called me your bike at show room at GUNTUR. You have to collect it. That is electric bike. other wise home delivery will be 300 excess. it gives only 40 kmS AT NIGHT FULL CHARGE. MY HOUSE TO GUNTUR SHOW ROOM is more then 45 kmS. IF IN SUDDEN BATTARY CHARGEING IS OVER HOW TO REACH MY DESTINATION. IT IS VERY VERY FUNNY.
                  I said i will not collect from showroom. door delivery is mentioned at the time of booking. NO NO DEALER WAS SOLD THE BIKE TO OTHERS. WE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER. YOUR REFUND IS 4 WORKING DAYS.

                  THIS IS INJUSTICE. HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT MY NOTICE. WHY DEALER WAS SOLD TO SOME ONE WITHOUT CANCEL THE PRODUCT. PLEASE DO JUSTICE TO CONSUMER.

                      I had ordered for four formal trousers of size 30 from your site rediffmail.com via by credit Citibank credit card and was told that the consigment would be delivered in 3 day. On opening the packet I found that the packet contained trousers of size 28 against my order of size 30.

                      I had spoken to the company who had despatched the consignment about the wrong size of the trousers, but was told by them to make a written complaint rediff.

                      I had also made a written complaint about it and was told the company would get back to me. It is now over a week . Till date not response.

                      Please arrange to deliver the proper size trousers. My transaction Numbers is 25344345.

                          4 th janvary 2017 i have received short material in according to my order and pay full cost of to pcs . i had complaint to company to this type of mistake . company advise to return same product, return pick up from my hand in 14th janvary 2017 but company not refund my amount till date

                              On 11 Jan 2017 an amount of 448.0 debited from my account, details as given below (TO TRANSFER-INB Rediff.com India Ltd. TECH_REINLTD Payment[protected]IGAAP EWUL1 TRANSFER TO 4599 448.00. )

                              On 19 Jan 2017 again they were asking for payment on delivery.

                              Once the payment is given why the customer will again give payment on delivery ?

                              I received a message that within 24 hours Rediff customer support team will contact me. Unfortunately no one contacted.
                              It is unfortunate to say that the Rediff has not bothered to contact the person whose money has accepted through electronic mode and asking for payment again at the time of delivery.

                              I am attaching the snap shot of bank transaction.

                              I have raised a complaint through telephone also. Telephone complaint No :[protected] on 20 Jan 2017.

                              Today on 23 Jan 2017, your customer care is saying that the amount deducted was Rs 448/- instead of Rs 487/- .

                              So the payment is done online. customer does not have any option to change the payment amount. It is automatically done.
                              For your software problem (of Rediff) why customer should suffer ?

                                      I got product before 7 days, I am trying to return or replace the product but there is no any facility from rediff. their care number is not reachable and I sent 3 times mail to rediffmail but nothing from rediffmail. That is worst service as I ever found in my life .so please no one should try for rediff shop .there are much better services from other eCommerce services.

                                        I had filed a complain for the damaged product i had received, but still now i had not received any answer from your team.

                                        The product i ordered is damaged one. Both the product i had received is not in working condition. one is broke and other one is not getting started. please help me to solve the problem.

                                        Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Not as expected Quality of the Product I received is not up to the Mark totally worst for what I paid ...Size shown looks bigger then what ordered & received is too small Order ID14046007 received on 8th january16
