I have ordered for two pairs of watches from rediff shopping on 06/12/2016.The delivery date estimated was 15-16 Dec'16. But so far i have not received the product.When i raised a ticket for non-delivery of watches i am not receiving any feedback from them.The below ticket numbers raised are unanswered.

order is approved, the first item received on 10/12/16...but the second item not received yet...i have contacted many times and send ticket number also...track order shows only ready to dispatch...now it shows...

My inbox is not opening also saying that their some error in processing it. Kindly rectify it as i am expecting some important mails. It is not taking my password also. I again reinstall it in my mobile but it was of no use. I also log in computer still no success pls do it on urgent basis as many important mails I was going to receive from my office and else...

Someone has change my password. Of rediffmail id and hint question ([protected]@rediffmail.com), how can i can retrive our password. To whom i contact regrading.
It seems my rediffmail account is hacked and alternate id is also hacked.
What to do.
If any docuemts regrading our genuines i will show.

I had placed an order on rediff shopping for hd 720p dvr spy digital camera eyewear glass 32gb exp through online on www.rediffmail.com, the order no. Being 13973553 placed on the 27th november 2016 and made online payment through debit card for 1675 inr and the product that was delivered to me on the 3rd of december 2016 was defective and non-functional. The button does not work and the device does not get...

I am getting wrong product, and when I discuss with customer service they said just send email with attachment of your delivered product.
But I am sending with attachment below 2 mb size on jpg format.But they are getting any email, it's really surprised.
They can't help me without getting mail.
It's really ridiculous.

Hello Guys...It seems that Rediff is just fooling to customer and imposing their own hidden policy on customer's head. I had ordered a cloth size of XXL but its too small and not wearable at all. When I approach to customer care for return and exchange of the product then they are telling story that as per policy it can not be return or exchange. PLEASE BE AWAY SHOPPING FROM REDIFF....

I have ordered for the following item on 18.10.16 and till writing of the mail, I have not received it and no correspondence has been received lately from the supplier.
