I have rediffmail id but at date 21st dec some one hack my personal id [protected]@rediffmail.com and change my all setting like primary mail id & password recovey mobile number he also hack my facbook id also i thank the hacker id is [protected]@rediffmail.com because in facebook id show primary mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com


Please unlock my id its very important for me

My rediffmail account is hacked & the hacker changed all my security questions. I am doubted the hacker using my Account. So please do the needful to delete my account permanently or to retrieve my account.

    I have ordered a Gents Ultra Soft Polar Fleece Jacket Thermal Winter Wear Jersey - Men Black on rediff shopping. I have received a packet on December 13, 2016 in which I got a navy blue coloured third class jacket which we can get from any redee wala in Rs. 100-150. Though many of my friend told me not to buy any thing thru rediff shopping but being a very old member of rediff family I did not believe them and finally be cheated.
    Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sir, my order no.14028440 and[protected] has delivered on 27 dec 2016 but these products are not which i ordered.so either you send right product or refund me my money...

    I have lodged a complaint on December 20 and send a mail to customer care ([protected]@rediff.co.in). With in 24 hour I received the response. Finally they have cancelled my order and I have received my money in my account. I thank you very much for the support of whole team.

            This is with reference to my order (Order No.:[protected] on a casio watch I would like to return the watch. I had a talk with the vendor and they are ready to pick up the watch and refund the amount. But its rediff who doesnt who is not initiating the refund.
            I had purchased one item through rediffshoping.com and item was damaged and gave complaint to customer care but after one month they are saying it will not possible for refund I have all detail

              Dear sir / madam,

              I had placed an order on rediff shopping for hd 720p dvr spy digital camera eyewear glass 32gb exp through online on www.rediffmail.com, the order no. Being 13973553 placed on the 27th november 2016 and made online payment through debit card for 1675 inr and the product that was delivered to me on the 3rd of december 2016 was defective and non-functional. The button does not work and the device does not get detected in usb as it is supposed to work after charging as per the manual. It just does not come on or off with the one button provided it is confirmed that the supplied device is defective. I immediately tried to call on the vendor`s number provided on the memo number being: [protected] several times but not answered even once.

              Ultimately i wrote very clearly to rediff email id provided on the memo ([protected]@rediff.co.in) about my grievance describing the nature of my complaint still i did not receive a single concrete feedback from the company. Ultimately i called up rediff on their mumbai number: 24449144 that was not answered. Then, i found their customer care no. [protected] and was provided with complaint no.[protected] and had spoken to one vishwas to refund the money who said the company will revert and arrange a pick up and refund the money but to no avail. Is the amount i have paid to this fraud company in vain?

              Please help the next course of action as i have decided to fight against this fraud company.

                I am getting wrong product, and when I discuss with customer service they said just send email with attachment of your delivered product.
                But I am sending with attachment below 2 mb size on jpg format.But they are getting any email, it's really surprised.
                They can't help me without getting mail.
                It's really ridiculous.

                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform you that I've ordered the one product (Order number:[protected] in rediff shopping on 29th November 2016 and I've paid for that. I supposed to get the product on 6th December 2016. Till now I didn’t get the product. Every day customer care is telling “Sorry for the delay, By EOD you will get your product.” But I didn’t get the product. I’ve sent couple of mail to customer care. I didn’t get any reply from them.

                  On 10th Nov 2016, I ordered same product (Order No.[protected]. It was also cancelled. The reason was "Due to Door Lock it was returned to Supplier”.

                  I've given my office address for both orders. I was really surprised How Door was locked for a Multinational Company. I didn't get any call from Courier person.

                  I am really frustrated on service of Rediff Shopping. Kindly look into this matter.

                      1) i purchased some dress materials from rediff shopping on 19.10.16 (Order no.[protected], which got delivered on 24.10.16.
                      2) the materials did not match the description on the site and i raised a query with details and photos immediately on the same day, 24.10.16.
                      3) received a reply on 2.11.16 (Ticket#[protected] that they will arrange for reverse pickup by delhivery and the pickup was done on 2.11.16. I tracked the parcels and the returns were received by the seller on 8.11.16.
                      4) received a reply from rediff cc that i will receive replacements in 7 days on 10.11.16.
                      5) i did not receive the replacements and raised a query again on 18.11.16 to which rediff cc emailed saying they were very sorry and will cancel my order and process my refund in 3-5 days.
                      6) it has been 10 days and i have not received my refund (Rs. 1659) and they are not responding to my emails as well.

                        Dear Sir.
                        This is Regarding those ten 12watt led bulbs which you
                        have delivered me yesterday. I want to bring your kind attention
                        to the fact that Neither these LED bulb are NEW not even single
                        one nor it is giving output light (LUMENs) of a Standard 12 watt
                        LED bulb as mentioned in your deal. At the end of the day we are
                        being feeling cheated by these Fraudulent act. Things are not
                        even near the comprehension i'e Even if it gives 9-10 watt
                        output it can be a fare-deal but being and Electrical engineer
                        I measured its consumption wattage and lumens it hardly gives
                        the output of 3 watt lamp. So I wish please obilized us with
                        your fare return policy as the whole items in this carton is
                        second-hand or used and equally not giving the desired level of
                        output as mentioned in the deal. I request you to make an
                        arrangement for the product return or replace with the fresh
                        12watt(approx) LED bulbs.

                            my rediff mail id :vali.[protected]@rediffmail.com sir every day i am calling to the customercare center but they say every time wait for 24 to 48 hrs and today also i have called they told the same dialog please help me regaurding my refund and product pickup they are not responding and they are blaming the customers please take action on this the product which they have sent is not good in quality i am not satisfied i have already mentioned about that and the customer support members are sending the mail like[With reference to your mail, We need to inform you that the product which you have received is the same product which you have selected while placing the Order] like this yes i to know that i have got the same product but after looking the product i doesn't look good in quality i dont want this product they have already mentioned in the website that with in seven days the product can be returned the same day itself i have placed the return for that product which i have got but till now the customercare members are not providing the pickup . sir as they have mentioned that if the customer is not satisfied with the product he can return it and this product have return polacy so i too followed the same polacy and placed the return but on 4th i have placed return but every day i am calling and till now i have not got the pickup and not got any refund please i feel free to contact with this Consumer complaints thats why i have contacted you so please help me regaurding my issue /Complaint i hope you will definately go with my case ...Sir they are just maintining the website but they are not following their rules which they ave mentioned means about refund return polacy like that ...

                                Hello Guys...It seems that Rediff is just fooling to customer and imposing their own hidden policy on customer's head. I had ordered a cloth size of XXL but its too small and not wearable at all. When I approach to customer care for return and exchange of the product then they are telling story that as per policy it can not be return or exchange. PLEASE BE AWAY SHOPPING FROM REDIFF.

                                      This refers to my Online purchases made on Rediff.Com Shopping Order # 13880848 delivered on 24.10.2016

                                      1. I had ordered Blue color Mats but recd.Purple color Mat
                                      & against Beige color ordered, white color Mat set was
                                      delivered. The Mats delivered also are of a different
                                      material and make hence had sent a mail to take back
                                      the material, I have been issued a ticket No.also for my
                                      complaint #[protected] on 24th Oct.2016 but till today
                                      there is no response to resolve. I have been raising a complaint almost everyday since then & everytime only a Ticket No. is created with a promise to resolve within 48 hrs but it never gets resolved. Pl. take up the issue & oblige.

                                      Rediff.com dropped a mail on saturday after I lodged the complaint here
                                      stating that ' they tried contacting me but my mobile was not reachable '
                                      which is utter nonsense as my mobile was working perfectly having recd.
                                      calls all throughout the day ! there was not a "single missed call" !!
                                      It now goes to show that they are finding reasons not to resolve !!
                                      Please take up serious action against "rediff.com" for providing this
                                      poor service to customers & cheating them with wrong delivery of products
                                      & then not even bothering to resolve...there is no Tel.no.also stated
                                      anywhere where a customer can call & address the issue ??

                                      There has NO CONTACT/response from Rediff.com/shopping even after
                                      2 reminders seperately sent by mail to them !! it is looking very strange
                                      that they are not responding and not bothered to resolve.
                                      Please take up the matter with rediff.com.

                                        The subjected order was palce for the mentioned headset and the money debited from my sbi credit card account on[protected]. I have neither received the item nor credit to my credit card account. The amount is rs.174.00. It is almost more than one month now yet you are not reverting back the money yet to my account. I have so bad experience with. Your shopping service experience reference is not advisable to anyone.
