Last week i purchase a body shaper belt from rediff online shopping..it's cost is Rs.234 including cash on delivery. But it's quality is not good. It's elastic get tampered in One day...This Product is having third class quality...And i think my money & time gone to waste...So pls if you possible pls send a good quality belt...as your brand name like.rediff....

What did i made wrong to opt you...

First of all i did not get the correct product as i ordered, sub subsequently, delivery boy collected the item without proper verification and hence i lost my valuable item as it was wrongly packed up in return parcel.

Then one of your representative offered me a gift voucher.

When i tried to use it, it was well applied and during paying the remaining difference,...

With reference to the captioned subject. I find that attackers stole information from rediff.com even though it is a secured server with HTTPS .The proof is attached for your reference. Moreover my card number has been hacked and my bank balance has been utilized by the fraudster. I request you to take appropriate action on the same to protect the private details of your customers. I had ordered a bluetooth headset. It has been delivered and I found it defective. When complaint submitted by email they have reiterated that the item ordered by me is delivered. The supplier name is :

I am unable to do login to my rediffmail account from mobile and Tab, but if I try with web browsers like IE or crome it is possible.

Through above I have recd the parcel on dt 9-3-17 and paid COD amount Rs.463/- . On opening the parcel I have found Air Compressor which recd. is not filling Air & Meter of it also not moving.

I have purchased 01 pic lactometr vide order no.14139535 transaction no.25379343 dtd.16feb. 2017 and ref.no.25370343 . I had received above kit on 26 Feb 2017 by currier and pay on delivery rs. 237/-, after checking with milk purity, found above lactomter are defective.
