I placed on the order on 7th April -2017 and haven't received it till date. I am continuously contacting the customer care department and they are saying it will take 24-48 hrs and they don't have a system by which they can cancel the order until the order is not deliver. Please read the mail below that the same email is send by the same person with the same assurance on different dates

      Last week i purchase a body shaper belt from rediff online shopping..it's cost is Rs.234 including cash on delivery. But it's quality is not good. It's elastic get tampered in One day...This Product is having third class quality...And i think my money & time gone to waste...So pls if you possible pls send a good quality belt...as your brand name like.rediff.

        What did i made wrong to opt you...

        First of all i did not get the correct product as i ordered, sub subsequently, delivery boy collected the item without proper verification and hence i lost my valuable item as it was wrongly packed up in return parcel.

        Then one of your representative offered me a gift voucher.

        When i tried to use it, it was well applied and during paying the remaining difference, the payment was unsuccessful due to technical

        Time out error. Subsequently the gv become invalid or expired.

        Further, i wrote to you, i get a written communication that your order has been successfully placed... Then i asked the order confirmation sms or email, then your replied comes that due to online payment declination your order has been cancelled..

        Again i wrote to you, regarding the gv, your representative called and convince me that the same gv will become activated after 48 hours...

        Now i receiving return communication from you "we would like to inform you that gf voucher coupon code available for one time use, hence now the coupon has been expired. Kindly place a new order by any other mode of payment."

        Since i had not used the coupon due to online payment gate way time out error... Then how it could be used by me...
        As one of your representative called me and told that the gv coupon will be revert to me... Since i was not able to utilized...
        Then how can you deny,

        These two situation are entirely contradictory.. Means you are discouraging the online payment...

        What an interesting story, is it not it? Why you are joking... Seems not to be serious... To resolve the concern.

        I am keep writing writing since the day one... And every day receiving surprising resolution from you.

        How can a customer can believe on you as multiple and contradictory response you proving...

        Is this the correct policy for online shopping, just lure get investment.

        Kindly address the issue to your higher ups and resolve it suitably.

                                I had to complain here because despite of complaining in their website for more than many, they aren't resolving my problem.
                                I ordered automatic electric wax heater on 13 Feb 2017 and it's been showing me "Ready to dipatch" status since the day i've ordered. After a week i asked them about my order asking where it is cause it still wasn't dispatched. They even told me that it takes 2 days to dispatch but seller hasn't still dispatch, than they said they'll dispatch the order within next two days. Even after many days my ordered product still wasn't shipped. I decided to cancel the order because i already order one from another website and got within a week. I canceled my order and the rediff team mailed me that it can't be canceled because the product is dispatched. I don't know how is it possible cause the status was still showing "Ready to Dispatch" on my order. I even sent them screenshot for the proof but they asked me more days to look upto my order. I know they are fooling me cause i already paid for the order. I just want my paid money back. I dont want any of their product anymore. After many days or complaining they still dont want to refund my paid amount back. Please look up to my problem and refund me ASAP.
                                P.S. - I'm attaching the product details and email details they sent me which is the proof they're fooling me.

                                      I have purchased a i20 seat cover and product quality is not good and its not water resistant as they have mentioned in the rediff shop website.. so i have informed this from the first day but am not getting any good response from rediff team...

                                        The Item was ordered on 18 Feb and received on 25 Feb 2017.

                                        Received item was found not getting charged.

                                        Complaint raised regarding receipt of damaged / defective item on 25 Feb 2017.

                                        When called customer care on 27 Feb, the rep indicated that they have already raised the issue and will get response in 48 hours. In addition he indicated that logistics is not available for shipment / pick up.

                                        Again i called customer care on 2 Mar, the rep indicated that the issue will be resolved by evening.

                                        Till now, no actions taken.
