The subjected order was palce for the mentioned headset and the money debited from my sbi credit card account on[protected]. I have neither received the item nor credit to my credit card account. The amount is rs.174.00. It is almost more than one month now yet you are not reverting back the money yet to my account. I have so bad experience with. Your shopping service experience reference is not advisable to anyone.

      Sir,
      I had booked a titan octane 9308km02 men's watches amounting rs 7995 on rediff shoping on 10.10.2016 vide transaction no:[protected]. at the time of booking i had made on-line payment through my debit card. though message given on my mobile no confirmed the receipt and it was stated that the product will be delivered on 14.10.2016. again on 24.10.2016 i received a message at 17.38 hrs that my consignment has been shipped and the same will be delivered by 26.10.2016, but till 28.10.2016 the same was not delivered. being aggrieved with the service, i cancelled my order on 28.10.2016 and requested to refund my money. no refund process has been initiated till date.
      It is kindly requested to pass necessary order for refund of my money.

        I am not able to login for the last 6 days. The login page is not getting populated. It says Site can't be reached "The web page at https://mail.rediff.com/cgi-bin/login.cgi might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

        I had few issues with the broadband internet service provider earlier. during that time I used Datacard based WiFi and the issue started. login is [protected]@rediffmail.com

              Ear Team,

              I have ordered Nokia 230 (refurbished) Order number 13804929 and received the item on 20.09.2016.
              After opening the parcel we shocked by seeing the item as seller sent me used item.
              It looks like duplicate mobile as the front and back panels are duplicate panels. Keys are coming out and screen is going inside.
              Same day immediately called to customer care to refund the money

              Rediff raised complaint no[protected]

              The problem is from 20th Sep onwards I am calling to customer care to refund the money but I am hearing only below reply from the customer care

              "Sorry sir, we will forward your request to concern team and will get back to you in two days". other then this they are not able to answer any thing as the rediff trained them only with this sentence.

              Till now I called 9 times but no getting proper reply form them. After calling to customer care many times I have received as sms on 10.01.2016 that we will pick up the item from your location and keep it ready for courier person but till now no one has come to home or called me.

              Every two days I am keep on called and they are keep on saying same word that is "Sorry sir, we will forward your request to concern team and will get back to you in two days".

              Please help me to get my money back.

                  The earphone cable is faulty from 2-3 place means after 2 -3 days the inner wire
                  Come out from cover. But when call to rediff customer cape the executive told me u have to complain in two days we did not do any thing contact to seller.

                  But this product is not original its duplicate. Your costumer care executive told me that i have to register a complain in two day from received product.

                  But i have opened it and after two days the fault was found than what i do.

                    My product recieved but it is not a original packing and not original product and also not working so i sent request my product to return and to get my money back .till now no responses for my bank details to refund my amount back . but i am continously asking to the customer care [protected] till now they are saying that wait for another 24 hours we will get back you soon . till now same response . And the Amount is 3329. Actually the original package is in 2nd attached image and which i recieved the product is in 1st attached image .                       I had ordered JBL tempo headphones but what I received is surely something that you won't consider as JBL for sure. It is a fake brand and looks like just painted JBL thereon.
                      It surely is a fake one and the vendor is not responding. The vendor Etraders shown a rating of 4.8 stars out of 5 but there is no single option to rate the vendor. How come he got 2500 or for that matter even a single review at all?

                            I buy a samsung charger from shopping.rediff.com on 24 September 2016 & i receive it on 04 October 2016, But i found it as used product, So i requested for refund from rediff customer care, they said "Sir you have to wait for 24 to 48 hours, so we can resolve the problem and provide you the refund", after not receiving any reply from rediff after 48 hours i again contacted the rediff customer care . They again said same line.
                            From more than a week they are replying me same sentence for waiting 24 to 48 hours every time and have no resolution on my complaint until now.

                              I have ordered the following deos on 23.09.2016 and made the payment through credit card.

                              1. Denvar
                              2. Adidas
                              3. Engage
                              4. Axe
                              5. Park avenue

                              I have received a packet of 5 deos on 30.09.2016. To my surprise all the deos were different as compare to my order. Even the mobiles nos which are provided on the packet are switched off.
                              I have given the details of what i have ordered and the same also confirmed by you. (Details below.)

                              I am following up with rediff team over email, i have sent 7 to 8 email but havent received any positive reply.

                              You are requested to either despatch the deos which i have ordered or return my money.

                                    I'v emailed to your concern department from 20th and about 6 times every day, called your customer care twice for product exchange, but till now there is no proper response, I'm totally frustrated by the team and the logistic who gave me damaged product, I'm writing this email for the last time, next there will be no email nor call from me, I would rather go legally going ahead.
