I(Sanjiv Sorahia) ordered for a Xiaomi Mi Design Piston Handsfree Bass Universal Mic(order #[protected] on 25th of september amounting rupees 287 paid through internet banking but that very day i canceled the product and requested for refund. They said me that i would receive the refund within 7-8 working days but i haven't receive the refund yet whwn i contact them they said that they have refunded the money and gave me a RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. and asked me to contact the bank customer service or the branch when i contact them they said that the error has been from there side not ours they should solve the issue, i again contact the rediff shopping customer care and said them all the detail of the talk that i had with the branch, they agreed to pay the money back and asked me the snapshot of my bank transaction which i provided them but i haven't receive any confirmation mail or my refund. when i again contact then they said that 287 rupees in not a big amount don't worry about it. Also i receive a call from this number [protected] asking my atm number saying that he is from rediff shopping and he would transfer the money in my atm.please help me My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

    I had purchased Moto G 16GB Android Smartphone on Tue 13 Jan 2015 from Rediff Shopping with Order number: 11036343. I informed Rediff customer service on the same day of the delivery of the order that product delivered is faulty. I was told by Rediff shopping to send the product back to the Vendor. I sent the product back to the Vendor 2 times but every time it was returned back to me due to Vendor refused to accept the order. I sent the product first on 30th Jan 2015 with Waybill No [protected] from Bluedart logistics and then I again sent the product to Vendor on 5th Feb 2015 with Waybill No [protected] from Bluedart. I have attached the courier slips. I spent Rs. 230 each time for sending the product through courier. Then I was asked by the Rediff that they are arranging for the product pickup but I waited and no one came for the product pickup. Then Rediff told me that they are arranging for the product refund and cancelling the order on 4th March 2015. But I have not received any refund for my product and Rediff also asked me to give me the bank details for courier charges reimbursement but I have not received any reimbursements of Rs. 560 either for courier charges. Now I am not getting any replies from Rediff. I have the email from Rediff stating that they are cancelling the product and will refund the product amount and Courier charges. I need Rs. 10048 for the Product refund. AND Rs. 560/- for courier charges refund.

      I placed order 12201887 for iphone cover and paid 489 INR using my card. After waiting 7-10 days for dispatch, I requested to cancel order. Since than it is more than a month, I am waiting for refund. I have sent multiple mail thru so called "customer delight" and called customer care. There is hardly any response on mail and customer care executive will apologies and promise action by evening and that evening never come. I have worst customer experience and will not recommend rediff shopping.

        I have ordered Emperio Armani watch on 2/10/2015 paid through ICICI CREDIT CARD Rs 4499/- Today, 10/10/2015, received empty parcel. I have ordered this on Rediff Shopping, Supplier is Sai Kripal, Gaziabad, Delhi. Mr Manish Arora. Even registered a complaint on Rediff Shopping, but they are saying that courier will be delivered soon. Have informed them that I have received courier but its empty. Requesting your intervene and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        I have purchased Emperio Armani watch worth Rs 4499/- from Rediff Shopping on 2/10/2015, paid amount through ICICI BANK credit CARD. Received courier through India Post on 10/10/2015, but its empty. Have registered complaints with Rediff Shopping immediately on receipt of this courier but they are not taking the matter seriously and written me that courier will be delivered soon. Courier is already received but it's empty. Requesting you to intervene and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            I ordered Sony xdr xb400 Headphone order no[protected] and I received a duplicate product with Sony branded on it. I need a genuine product or I need my money to be returned otherwise I'll give complain against both rediff shopping and Sony.

              I have ordered on rediff Shopping on 17 sep 2015 but they not shipped the order till 30 sep 2015, so I have cancelled the order on 30 sep, but the refund is not processed yet. Order no.12282996 Email abhi.gupta.[protected]@gmail.com A lot of complaints against rediff Shopping is registered and the rediff Shopping is continuing cheating people. You can see lot of complaints on play store review and on Facebook comments.

                I ordered 2 pair of nivia goalkeeping gloves and had done online payment. but the parcel contained only one pair !!! why have this online shopping site become so vulgar ?? my complaints also have not been adressed till date neither there is any feedback from the company except a mail of apology !!

                  My order id of rediff.Com is 12342366. I purchased a (buy one get one free sony mh750 handsfree with mic for mobile phones) from rediff.Com of rs 249 on 26 september 2015 which was delivered on 30 september 2015 but the product was defective.I have requested the company but they are not arranging for pickup the defective item and not refunding my money.Pls do the needfull so that i am not cheated and my amount of rs 249 is refunded to me and take action of this type of companies for miss behaviour with the customer.

                  2 days already past but rediff.com did not contact me and also not solving the issue. THE DEFECTIVE ITEM IS NOT REPLACED PLS refund my money as quickly as possible.

                    I have ordered i phone 4 black 16 gb from rediff but there was fault in that phone and unfortunately it was refurbished and vendors warranty was provided...they took this product back before three months but the did not send any replacement or refund till now...they cheated as the refund date was before two weeks even i did not recieve a single mail from their end...

                      Order No. 12232846 received on 16th Sept, after opening the packet I founded the broken piece / damaged condition. After that so many mails have been exchanged with customer care of the company, every time they say that it will be replaced soon. Now it seems the matter of complete cheating Still waiting of replacement or refund.

                          I have ordered (Order ID[protected] on 29th Sept 2015 for Lumia 710 Battery (BP 3L) making full payment through net banking. In spite of repeated follow up the said battery has not yet delivered and even nobody able to confirm the status. All are speaking in future tense. This is my first time relationship with rediff.com and i assume this will also be my last time with them.

                            My order ID is 12286330. I had ordered a portable Laptop Stand from rediff shopping and received a broken product. I was immediately not available to open the product as I was out of station. I found that the product is broken when I opened it on the 3rd day of receiving it. Now Rediff is claiming that it's policy requires one to complain within 48hrs. I don't know how the time period is important here as it was their responsibility to check the product which is quite expensive before sending it. Moreover, the vendor Shopper52 has written that it has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects but when I called them up they kept saying 'If Rediff does not register your complaint, what can we do?' They also denied receiving any complaint from me when I have been complaining almost everyday since then through mails and phone calls. In fact Rediff also picked up a call and said they will solve the problem in a day but that was obviously a lie. Customer satisfaction, my foot!This is the first time I have had such a horrible experience while shopping online. I don't even know how such irresponsible vendors and online sites are allowed to exist! Now I have a product which is around 700 bucks and it is completely unusable.
                            I am providing the details of the vendor below who could have easily taken up the initiative to exchange the damn thing if they wanted to. People need to be aware of such cheaters.

                              Order number : 12092373 placed with Redif Shopping for Rakhi gift was dispatched via Velocity Couriers with the airway bill no. : [protected]. The order was expected to be delivered before 29 August 2015 but has yet not been delivered till date. Rediff Shopping is not ready to refund the amount paid despite the product not delivered.                                         I bought a dress from Kia Fashion through Rediff shopping. Product ID is 12331315. Whatever product pic.they have posted is from a long distance .when the product reached the color was not matching.Apart from the color the quality of the material used were are of really poor. Looked old.Whatever embroidery patch was used it also looks old.
                                        On top of that their customercare service is very bad.I was constantly trying to reach them through emails but no reply from them.When I called they used to keep is on hold for so long .I spent hundreds of rupees for that only.
                                        They don't have any customer review center with the product or what so ever.
