I ordered a pair of rakhi for rakshabandhan that was to be delivered to my brother and his wife. The product has not yet been delivered yet. I raised few tickets regarding the same on their site but they have not contacted me even once. The confirmation mail that i received had their contact number as well. When I tried calling on that number I found that the number doesn't exist. The mail also contained the fake information of the seller and their contact number. I dropped mails to the 'so called' seller but did not receive any reply. I tried contacting the seller on the number provided by the site but that number was also fake. They have already spoiled my festival. This is to aware everyone that please do not order anything on this site. This site is fraud and there is nothing genuine about this site. Please beware of this and do not fall for their trap.

    The biggest mistake is to trust mr. Ajit balakrishnan's company - they are behaving like a scam company. Money taken, worng product sent, picked up, and no replacement and forgotten chapter. Rediff shop customer care does everything else but care.

      Rediff is a fraud company because i ordered a original samsung galaxy s4 battery but i got duplicate battery in there site they are posted like this 100% Original Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 Battery Sph-l720 Battery 2600mah and battery is worked 25 days but they gave 1 month warranty

          Order placed : 16th August Order Id : 12056595 While the order was being placed on Rediff Shopping, at checkout it was informed that the order will be delivered in 3 - 6 days. August 19th: After 3 days, when I did not see any activity with my order while tracking the status of the order, I raised a "Where is my order" query. August 20th: I got an automated reply that my concern has been forwarded to the concerned department. August 20th (End of Day): I write back asking the status of my order. August 22nd: I get a reply from Rediff that they are still investigating the issue. August 25th: Another apology from Rediff, and again my request is forwarded to the concerned department. August 29th: I am informed the investigation is still on. With on update when it will be delivered. August 31st: I call Rediff Customer Support ([protected]) and they provide me an AWB number (#[protected]) saying my order has been dispatched. I call the courier[protected] to find the status of the order. They inform me that they have not received the order yet and that the AWB number is incorrect. I contact the Rediff Customer support again and I am talking to Ms Priya Patil. She assures me that my issue will be looked into and information provided to me in 24-48 hours. September 02nd: After not receiving any information, I call the Rediff Customer service again. This time I am talking to Mr Pravin Tarwinklla. Who first informs me that my order was dispatched on August 25th without even looking into the order details. When I remind him that the courier service has still not received the order and that i contacted them on 2nd Sep. He informs me that they are investigating and will get back to me by Sep 7th. I asked what if, I don't receive any update by Sep 7th. Mr Pravin replies, then we will give you another date for clarification.

            Hi, I had ordered a gift box of Rakhi for my brother, who is put up in Chennai. I had an ordered on 20/8/15, till now the ordered doesn't reach to destination. I am following with customer care and courier since last 4 days. The courier service and rediff is pathetic and don't have any information. Simply both of them are wasting my money and they doesn't bother about customers. The courier service named by ST Courier are cheaters and no concern about customers. So, Guys my sincere request is not to Buy any thing from Rediff shopping.                   I have ordered a Protoner squat rack woth Rs.2299.00 from Rediff Shopping Online... The product was not delivered to me even after 1 month...and even after my regular complaints no action has been taken by Rediff Shopping... Now they have send me an email saying that the product has been delivered...but i have not received the product... I consulted with Blue Dart here in Gangtok with their given AWB NO. but the details given by them is incorrect... Now i asked them to refund my money...but no action is being taken...                   After I uploaded my complaint in Consumer complaints...I received an email from [email protected] as well as a phone call from Miss Piya from AEREN IT SOLUTION PVT. LTD. After hearing the details of my complaint i was asked to deposit a fee of Rs.300.00 in their account...and my complaint was resolved within a week... Thank you so very much...

                    Hi,

                    Tried ordering on rediff for shoes, by mistake could not do it correct transaction.

                    Immdelatley called the customer care of rediff and informed them and theu have taken a request for cancellation.

                    after few hours again am reciving mails of delivery information or transit inofrmation...which was not really required becoz already cancelled the order within few minutes of transaction.

                    Need y money with in 4 days in Credit card a/c back.

                    usless to see tht waste of deliver effort .

                    Pls help e to get my money back.

                                I placed an order for sony earphones (order#[protected] on 12/08/2015. I received the items on 19/08/2015. However, on opening the box, I noticed that accessory silicone earbuds (3 pairs: s, m, l) provided by Sony and clearly mentioned on the side of the box (and confirmed to be part of the package in a nearby brick and mortal shop) were missing. I immediately tried contacting Rediff and sent a complaint as there was no phone number mentioned on the website (ticket#[protected] raised on 19/08/2015) They replied that I have received the item which I ordered. Further mails resulted in them asking me to contact the seller but both the numbers mentioned have been disconnected. Vendor name :Circonia Vendor contact number:[protected]/[protected] I sent another mail saying vendor wasn't reachable and they sent the same response as the first time saying that I have received the item that I ordered. I googled the customer service number and finally got in touch with Rediff. The experience was terrible to say the least. The lady I spoke with, kept interrupting me (while apologizing for interrupting!) and finally stated that the webpage with the item does not mention anything about 3 pairs of earbuds and never mind what the box mentions or what's on product description at Sony.com. She also claimed that since I have received the product I ordered (all this while I am still protesting that the item is without accessories) I could not ask for a return/refund. She then cut the phone call while I was still talking. I am confused about what to do. Please help!

                                    I bought an electronic sewing machine worth 1158 from rediff shopping and that product was not working.as per their email i had send their product by courier and they had send me an email that they will be replacing the product along with the courier amount.but they cheated me.

When i order the mobile (Order No[protected] It is mentioned six months warranty, but it is now two months.The mobile main problem is not listening.How can i use it.
