We ordered Set of 5 Ultra Luxury Branded Deodorant - 150 ml each - Assorted Brand on dtd. 14 Sept.2015 & payment Rs. 599 by PAID IN ADVANCE. as per the site expected delivery time as shown i.e. 5 ~6 Working days, after ending the delivery time. We contact rediff shopping Customer delight, he revert back with set language in my email ID. but till date we have not yet received the order nor credit the amount in my account.

    As i purchased a combo of golder aviator glasses & watch. but i received a different sun glasses & watch. from 12-15 days i am taking follow up from that guys as but i am not getting proper response. as well as i have sended the parcel back to them. but still they are not reverting back to me.

      Hi Support, This is regarding order :12283434, this was placed on 17 september 2015 on the occasion of my son birthdayi. The order has not been delivered till now and the status always shows "Ready to dispatch" I have called customer care and they said they will refund the order amount of 1190/--- as they seller don't have that product... Till now nothing has been done, i have written multiple mails, spoke to them couple of times but no response till date... Rediff shopping, such a worst experience! You have wasted all my time, energies and you should be guilty and pay compensation for this! Thanks, pankaj nikkumbh

      my product no. is 12243811...i have been calling up the delivery guys to pick the defective product since Sept. 25, and all I am getting is it will be picked up soon. To top it all, I get a message saying the guys were at my place to pick up the product, but the customer did not have the said product. What a bucket load of crap they are handing out! They are absolutely a fraud company duping hard earned money out of customers.

        I purchased one 16000 mAh power bank with two charging slots of MI Product through the rediff shopping. Its order number is 12333810. The delivered product was damaged/broken. The rediff shopping customer care toll free numbers and other numbers are switched off/not working. But I loage my complain online same day of delivery . But no processing is being done by Rediff shopping team members. I wish to return the amount back / replace the product. [protected]@rediff.com

The rediff shopping customer care not heed the attention becouse i loage my complain after 7 days of delivery . Since i was out of country when they deliver the product .                   Order id: 12086671 I have not received order for last one month, and even not cancelled . the AWB no provided is invalid that belongs to velocity couriers. inspite of calling them several times, issue is not resolved yet. looks like they are accumulating small amounts from thousands of customers for their business rotation and making fun of customers. will anybody suggest, how to take appropriate action on rediff please

                    I have booked the Weighing machine vide Order no 12170536 on 1st Sep 2015, but the product delivered on 4th of Sep 2015 is not proper as it shows different weight of same person even if i weight at same time. When i complained for the refund of my money or replace the product, every body starts blaming game & starts shifting onus from one to other. Rediff says talk to the sender. when talked to the sender, he says pl send us the video first on email then we will check. any other excuses like u should not check again immediately. Stand properly and many more. Have they send us the video at the time of selling the product? They are all fraud companies just got their registration & why rediff will be bothered as it might got its commission. Its the consumer who is at loss. Consumer compalints should be strictly cared.

The order has not been delivered till now and the status always shows "Ready to dispatch" I have called customer care and they said they will refund the order amount of 548 as they seller don't have that product... Till now nothing has been done, i have written multiple mails, spoke to them couple of times but no response till date... Rediff shopping, such a worst experience!                         Have ordered Nokia 820 Flip cover thru rediff shopping (online) and made upfront payment including delivery charges. Product delivered to me is not as per my order. Now Rediff is asking me to go to courier company, return the product, pay the courier charge (charge will be reimbursed). Once the item will be delivered back to vendor, vendor will issue a fresh product as per my order. My stand is that if I have opted for online shopping, then why should I take this so much of pain and wait for another 8-9 days. It has created lot of inconvenience to me. Neither Rediff nor vendor has mechanism in place to ensure delivery of product as per order. I want the product as per my order and not the refund. Have attached a snap wherein left side is the product delivered and right side is the nokia handset for which I ordered the flip cover.

                          I has ordered the item Gromo Mini MP3 speaker System (with FM) on 03rd Sept 2015. Order No is 12182479. But till the item has not shipped. I contact the rediff customer care three time but no response from their side. and not ready to refund my money. and only they said that your item was handed over to courier and give the tracking no[protected] of ECOM Express. But the tracking number is fraud number.

                            I have order online 2 VOX 24000mAh Dual USB with Display Powerbank for Mobile from rediffshop on 26.07.15 with cash delivery Rs.3486 and my order no 11939929.I have recived by courier on 29.07.15 and I have paid 3486 to courier person.but when I open my parcel I have got only 1 power bank that also without Adepter that you know without adepter I cant not use that also.then I have wrote mail to rediff support regarding this matter even I called to their customer care then I got reply within 4-5 working days you will get your item, I have waited 10 days then again I have wrote mail and called rediff shopping customer care.then they said they will refund my money.but now going to be 2 month over they are not refunding money and not giving reply on my mail, customer care not responding regarding refund.plz tell me what I have to do?

                                    My order number 12001039 for a retro flip desk clock was placed on August 6, 2015 which was confirmed by rediff. I paid in full the amount of Rs. 794 by credit card. On August 14, 2015 I called up customer service since I had not received any tracking details by then but they refused to give me any information and told me the vendor has already dispatched the item and there is a tracking number of velocity courier which they can give me on phone. Still they did not send me anything in writing. I checked the number and it showed 'invalid' on velocity express website. So I called up again and have called almost daily since then to be given the repeated answer of we are looking and vendor has already sent. Since I have paid in full I asked my money back for which they say that refund can be initiated only when I RETURN THE ITEM AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY...it is shocking! They want me to now not only pay up but also return the item which was never sent to me. I have been trying to get in touch with the vendor too but he has never answered back. So both rediff and the vendor SHOPPER52 from Mumbai have tied up together in this game of stealing money.
