I have ordered for 1 No JBL Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and paid an amount of Rs.1539/- on 15th of October, 2015. Since they are taking too much time to deliver this item, I have cancelled the order on 21st October, 2015 and requested them to refund my amount. Till now I have not received the refund amount. Whenever I call their customer care, they say that somebody will get in touch with me to update the status . But so far no one...

Placed an order for a portable charger via order no. 12252929 in September. The product was defective and asked for an exchange / refund. The company itself recommended refund. It has been a month and a half since I have received the refund back. Inspite of multiple complaints, calls to the customer care centre, there is no resolution and neither are they reverting on the mail for resolution. Disgusting service!! Shame on rediff.com...
