      I booked blackberry bold 9790 mobile online order no. 12741139 & i did payment also by cod. Today aronund 12 : 00 o'clock i got delivery from your end. But when i opened a box, i shocked to see stone in the box instead of blackberry bold 9790 mobile. Its may be done by your delivery boy. I told him to wait till the box opened, but he run away. Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will compeled to take legal action. Immediate attention must be appreciated.

                I have ordered one ring on 04/11/2015 they asked specific date and maximum cut off date for delivery a nd i have paid full amount by debit card Rs.999/- : now i have waited almost one month, called customer care several times (more then 4 times) sent an dozens mails there is response and they simply ignore my queries as on date there is no update from the seller for refund my money and product

                    Sir, got a phone call from ur customer care and the person from there was asking about the debit card Num, so that ' rediff' can refund my money, which u have taken for the product ordered, but as per safety measures I didn't gave my num. Pl tell me if somebody calls me from an unknown num and saying that its from rediff for refund then shud I have to tell him my card Num? No na? so I did if he qaa from ur company then u should have to see the problems o[censored]r customers and make the process of refunding easy or at least giv them the right thing so that there may not be any such problem. I just wanna say that u could send me my money as u have taken, that is, by COD, I will return ur product at the same time u return my money, it could be a cheque also, cross it, n I will take the payment from my account. plz be lenient with ur procedure and policies so that ur consumers should not suffer like me.. plz take necessary steps in my case...thanks... regards.                         Sir, sorry again sir but why u people have made everything so much complicated for ur customers? Now again a problem asking for the debit card Num, why should we give the num when there is always a chance of misuse. it is always said if somebody asks for anything like that we should give them the information. And I really don't know why all these things, u candsend me money directly as u have taken that is, cxash on delivery, I will giv ur product back and u have to given me the amount which u took 1450 rs, which ur courier man took from me, its very simple, so why making complicated, Plz think about it or send me the desired product then there will not be any question of money.                             Sir, I m really Fed up with the process of getting my ordered product from ur company. I m sorry to say that the services u provide r worst becoz many times I have to call on ur customer care telling them NY problem, now yesterday u send me a mes but that is yet another problem for me. u said to return the product by courier just tell me one thing who is gonna search where the courier company is from where we can send u back ur product. And it was ur company's fault to send me a different product so it is u who have to do the work why should we suffer. My husband is not free enough to search for all these things so it is a matter of much difficulty for me. And now he is saying "why u went for rediff " so now u tell me what to do as I m totally fed up with making complaints again and again Now I just want that u should send me the product which I ordered and when that will come I will return that product which u send me by mistake.                               This to to inform you that I placed an order for 2 sets of Elegance Super Soft Recron Fibre Pillow set of 2 (P-2-15X24) with Rediff.shopping.com on 13th November, 2015. On 21st November, 2015, only 1 set was delivered but I paid for 2 sets to delivery boy.On the very day, I lodged a complaint with Rediff.shopping.com regarding partial delivery in writing. Since then, whenever I call their customer care personnel, they keep on telling me that our executive will reply within 24 hours.

                              I have not yet received payment.
                              customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              After lodging a complaint with consumercomplaints.in, I received a call from Rediff.shopping.com and they told me to refund the balance amount, i.e. ₹ 450/- by way of online bank transfer. So, I followed their instruction and as a result, my bank account has been debited with ₹ 14.98, ₹ 1, 498.00 and ₹ 2, 262.98/- three times respectively. However, they promised that they would return the whole amount by way of issuing me a Demand Draft for ₹ 4, 225.96 (₹ 3, 775.96 + ₹ 450/-) in 7 days time.

                                I've ordered PROTONER HOME GYM WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE 20 KGS 3 RODS GLOVES ROPE (order id:[protected] as on 12th nov 2015 and they dispatched it on 17th nov. I received a message on 23rd nov that the product was delivered to me. But actually I still didn't received any product. I immediately called-up the customer care no. and spoke to them about my concern. They assure me that the facts will be found out and I'll receive an update with 24-48 hrs. Today, on 25th Nov., I again received a message stating that my product was delivered to me on 23rd itself. So I called again the customer care and spoke to them about the matter. They keep prompting me that as per their records my order was delivered and someone signed the delivery slip & have accepted the courier. I told them to investigate the matter as I was very frustrated with them and have warned them of legal escalation. Now they want me to wait 2-3 more days for fact finding. Lets see what conclusion they come with? Seriously, if they didn't refund me my full amount then I'll have to take legal action and has enough evidence that I didn't received my order as my housing society has CCTV cameras installed with security guards keeping records of visitor.

                                  I had ordered a LG wireless headphones thorugh rediff shopping. i had ordered a black colour headphones while i received it in white colour, low quality and the product was also not a geniune orignal LG product. The accessories i was promised along with the headphones were also missing. after making numerous complaints to rediff, i did not receive a proper reply. absolutely poor customer service, no product garuntee and product received was totally dirfferent from what was ordered

                                    mere pas ek call aaya tha meri complain ke against me. meri baat kisi deepak se hui thi jisne mujhse mera debit card ka number or password manga or kaha ki me tumhare acount me pese refund kar raha hu. par usne pese refund nahi kiye or balki mere accound se 4000/- rs nikal liye.uski emp.                                         My name is Rajeev Rawat my order no is 12618150 i have placed this order on 05 november its been more than 2 weeks I have not received the same .. I informed the same to customer care but they keep telling that you will receive the same within next 2 days but nothing received so far Pathetic services irresponsible management not bothered about the customer complaints You should not sell products if you can't deliver the same on time.
