I have booked the item on 27th june 2018 the given delivery date was 02 july but the order is not dispatched yet have paid full advance payment @ inr 295/-
When i trying to contact them they are not giving any solution saying the order status will update in 24hrs to 48 hrs now today 08 days gone and they still did not sent my order don`t know what to do.

They have wasted my too much time and money.

    Above the product purchased from rediff shop & gift, as we purchased as product also not good and poor quality as per market price also much costly, then we are decided to returned product, they collect the produced back, after that they told we are sending quality and control related then we will send bank account detail filled up, so now they are saying we cant refund amount like this saying kindly need help us.

        Sir, [protected]@rediffmail.com is my mai id but since last couple of days i cant access my mails. While i try to login my id rediff saying that there is an error of wrong password or invalid mail id. But iam very much sure that i have put the right id with right password becaus this is my mostly used email id.. Plese solve this problem. I had so many tymes tried to login my email id but each and every time i was failed to login for which i bear a lot of losses. My mother is a severe copd patient having an old goitr and for her better treatment the doctors team of chennai apollo send me some mails and they also ask her medical reports from me through email but i cant communicate them still now due to not open the rediffmail id an as such i did nt do anything for my mothets treatment

          Order received different, invoice has fake seller contact info, rediff site has fake customer care number, got a number from this site luckily and i called them they are very rudely behaving and no solution yet of my payment. They forcely disconnected the call.

          I think someone should help me to take this to cyber team and close this site. I have seen many customers facing problem like me.

          This is fraudulent busines done in the name of rediff shop.

            This toy was ordered on 24th may 18 with cost fully paid (Idb mode) for which i received order confirmation. Order no. 15067182. On 1st june i was informed that delivery is getting delayed. On 4th june i was informed that order cancellation is processed due to operational reasons. When i asked for refund i was informed that my order could not be traced. After giving order details i was informed that as payment was in cod mode i have not paid any thing and i wont get any refund. Again proof was given about payment with bank details and order confirmation then i received a mail saying my money has been refunded on 8th june. But i have not received my refund rs 598/- so far.

              Hello team, i am trying to activate my rediff mail id which is deactivated.

              But on page where option is present to select "recover mails" or delete mails and activate account is not responsive. I am not able to select the option (Recover account with mail) and unable to go to next page or payment screen. Please help urgently as my fb account linked with this email id has been hacked.

              This site is not good for customer as it provide damaged product to the customer also their all customers care services are not working properly they not give any response to the regarding complains I have order an instyler which is damaged but they didn't change it or give my money back so I request you to take some step to solve this problem.

                Rediff shopping order number: 15047021 dtd.10/05/2018

                On 24th may, 2018, i have received intimation that the above order has been cancelled by you and also the refund will me made with in next 8 to 10 days time which has not been credited to my account till my writing of this complaint.

                After my vigorous i was in receipt of a message on 26th may, 18 that the transfer of funds will be made with in 3-4 days time.
                On 4th instant (I. E on 04/06/18) i received another e-mail message from rediff shopping by stating that it will take further 3-4 days time to receive the fund to be re-funded to me.

                Ticket#[protected] for refunding the amount.

                I am quite surprised that despite of giving dates for refunding the money, rediff shopping is failing to keep their commitment.

                Hacker is some coca cola status is good news.They have changed my alternative email id & Mobile no also.

[protected]@rediffmail.com and i have forgot my password, the number which was registered was the [protected] which i am not currently using and the other registerd email id is i cant recall properly or as much as i remember is that i have deleted that id. I have applied a complaint a month back also to the rediffmail customer care but i have not received any recovery detail or reply. I really really need my password back because i am worried if someone has hacked my id. Please provide me the details soon.

                                1. Order id 14954669 dtd 2.4.018. Portable fan damaged product delivered. Immediately informed through rediff shopping. Refund of rs.248 pending for last 30 days.

                                No contact number for speaking. Number of mails sent to rediff shopping complaints. No response.

                                Rediff shopping accepts payment from customers online but refund will not back. The customers are not treated properly. Refund amount not given back to me.

                                I am unable to open my rediffmail account on my computer. I complained to rediff customer care but they say they have not recd any complaintr regard to mail. They say you call your IT person to resolve the issue. All other accounts are opening on all the other browsers only REDIFF.COM is not opening.
                                Anybody have any solution please tell me.

                                  I have placed an order for air gun pistol revolver mouser for children on 20 feb. 2018. The cost rs. 240/- was paid through credit card. The order no. Is 14303496. A confirmation message was received on the same date. On 1 march a message was received about its shipment and on10 march a message was received that the order has been delivered. However, the order has not been delivered till date. It appears that the delivery agent has played a trick and grabbed the toy for his benefit. I have made complaints 2 times on your site but your representative never talked to me despite such assurance on the site.
                                  I feel duped because i had promised my grandson to give him this toy.
                                  May i hope that you will take quick action to either ensure the delivery of the toy or refund the amount paid.

Product has been received on 03.04.2018 with the transaction no. 26188485. Product is totally defective. After charging full when i used to talk after 5 minutes it is automatically stopped.
