I ordered a spy pen camera through rediff online shopping site. I received the product well in time vide order number 13362916. As soon as I received the parcel and opened it. When i put the pen in pocket its pocket clip broke immediately. I felt very sad for such poor manufacturing. However I purchased a memory card and when inserted it several times it was not recording anything not any picture or video. I made a call to Customer care but they said that we can do nothing as pocket clip was broken. But then i told her that memory card is not working also. But they sais nothing can be done. So dear It s loss of Rs. 487.00 to me. Complete address of company is Rediff Shop and Gift, 44, Kapadia Godown, Opp. Amar Tea House, Sewri(East Mumbai). Was this information helpful? | |||
