I had ordered for a rakhi and a box of sweet to be delivered to usa. However the sweets never got delivered. On talking to customer care, i was asked to mail them which i did but there was no response. After the occasion was over and there was still no response from them, i asked for a refund. There has been no revert to the same except for auto generated mail stating that they will look into the problem. The product was booked on august 7th and received in usa by 15th. Rakhi was on 18th and it's been two days since.

I am unable to access neither of the above domains quite suddenly since today morning. Blocked due to content filtering. Keep getting a message to revert to the network administrator.

I do not have any other mail id for personal use and hence its becoming a serious problem. Have been using this website and email id since the last fifteen years. It's putting me into a lot of inconvenience.

This order number had to be delivered on or before 18.08.2016 as it contained rakhi. But delivered on 19.08.2016 after rakhi festival. Which has no relevance now.
In view of above, please refund the amount to the sender without any further queries.

I had placed order on 7th August i.e 13675238 which was to be delivered in Jamshedpur on 17th August as per Rediff, but the same was not delivered at all and no reason for non delivery was given and when I contacted Rediff they were not able to give me reason for non delivey of the item which was send back to the seller.

In view of this attitude and callousness, I need immediate refund along with compensation of Rs. 3000 for non delivery and giving false assurance for delivery .

We ordered 2 roll-on medicines for infants from this website. The orders were scheduled to be 'pay on delivery'. When the package arrived, it was broken and the medicine had leaked all over. We told the courier service that the product is unacceptable and the person said he still had to be paid because he was a third party, so we paid even though we sent the product back!

Upon calling rediff customer service, they promised to refund our amount via check on 9th may, 2016, but no action has been taken.

This is a thriving example of how online merchants in india deceive customers. There was no display of courtesy and our case moved from one customer service representative to another from march 01, 2016 to may 09, 2016.

Even after accepting that it was their fault, they have not refunded the amount.

Maha hing roll is the name of the product which was sent to me by rediff in leaking condition. Same product was returned to the seller in person by myself on 9 January 2016 as per rediff policies.

Till now I have made at least 30 phone calls and 20 emails to rediff asking to provide a refund of INR 1286 however no response received from them till date. Customer service tea leaders name is Manish Chouhan.

REQUEST CONSUMER COURT TEAM TO STRICTLY INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER AND HELP ME RECEIVE REFUND AMOUNT WITH INTEREST OF 8 MONTHS.

Raised couple of tickets with rediff and there is no proper answer for the same..

Toady i spoke to one senior persion Mr.Hemanth at rediff customer care..This guy is not fit to be in that position as he is going on mute while talking with out permission from customer and his response is not at all in line with industry standards..
I would like to request for discount on the product due to the delay in the delivery of the product and also there is no clear communication regarding the delay..

This is totally a very bad experience with rediff..Rediff looks to be worst than the road side shop..sorry to say this..

Did not like product. Actually we required soft/silky material in sari. But material which we received is very hard that is why we would like to replace with another material which will be soft or silky. Which will give us satisfaction. I have replied 3 to 4 times. But still not getting any feedback.
So requesting you to give us positive reply to become a regular customer of rediff shopping. Hope we will get kind cooperation from your side.

Hi - Abdul here from chennai. I placed an order through Rediff. The product is HTC headset - Buy 1 Get 1 for Rs.448. I paid the full amount and the product has not been delivered. whenever called the Rediff customer care - they have only 1 answer - wait the product has been dispatched and will delivered shortly

They have collected rs. 2300+ and picture shown is complete aluminium juicer of jagjeet make.. What they have delivered is cheap cast iron crown juicer.. Which is available in the market (Near my house) for rs.1100.. Please take back the item and return the money.. You cheated me..

I ordered a fasion founder set of 3 designer art silk printed saree combo 0n 16/6/16, this product not like, and i want to return this product product id 24709400. Plz refund the money. The delivered product was damaged/broken.. But no processing is being done by rediff shopping team members. I wish to return the amount back / replace the produc. When i complaint, i received a mail from rediff to return that as per there instruction i did same but they did not respond any more.

My rediff account is sync with the facebook (Himani panawar) account and from last 10 hrs i m not able to login into my facebook account and when the security code send to my rediff account and my rediff account do not take the password because of that my facebook account cannot be recover, and i am not getting login into my facebook account its all about my security issue for personal data on facebook my family photos my photos just try to resolve it.

The above product seems to be not fine cotton (as you had promised in the advertisement) but it looks like jute material.
You may ask your guys to come and take back the product before I take the issue to the next level.
Kindly note: This is the second time I am being cheated by Rediff Online Shopping - couple of months ago I bought a set of 10 LED bulbs seeing your advertisement only to discover that all the bulbs were substandard quality. Now this pack of three jute shirts

I have placed an order for Diesel DZ4309 on 23rd July through your online shopping website with order#1362100. Even after 2-3 days there was no progress in order status. Hence I sent various complains through email and call .but didn.t get any positive response . The seller DealSasta is also not responding to calls . I repeatedly requested that I must get the order delivery by 31st July since I have to give it as gift on 1st August.I had a word with a senior personnel Mr Hemant Bhansode who also promised the deliver by 31st July. But surprisingly I got an SMS that it will be dispatched not before 31st July.After getting this I got disappointed and again complained but everytime I am getting same response that It has been forwarded to concern team.

Sai arpan's double bed sheet with pillow covers d. No. 1351 2 numbers of same product was ordered but received 2 different bed sheets. When requested for refund was declined stating product is the same. The vendor phone number is also not working. And above all, rediff has not provided telephonic customer care numbers. I would raise the complaint under consumer court if not addressed.
