In the website there was described the sale of buy 1 get 1 samsung earphone free but when I received my product it was local and there was no samsung mentioned it was a local product but in website there was picture of samsung handsfree shown.

I had purchased a saree vide order no. 13202215, which is very defective. While complaining to customer care they have asked to take a snap shot of the same saree and sent it in jpg format to them. My question is a person who is unable to do all this as she does not know what is jpg format or is not aware of how to sent the same by mobile, how will she do it? Only after the same is forwarded then only they will come up and pick up the order.
Hence I request all customers not to buy any product from rediff shop and gift but buy from myntra or craftvilla which has return option and no such format as to sent in jpg format or whatever so. They come and take the product either they replace the product or give cash.

Above complaint was made on 12 December-2015 there after I received mail from shopping.rediff.com to return the product and I return the product but till date I was not received money back neither

Above complain was made on 12 December 2015 second complain was made on 04 February 2016 and product was return to the company but it come bank and again it was send to company on 24.02.2016 but till date there is no any response from company

It the worst site for shopping. They send duplicate items.
They say it company product but it will be local product. Before you get know everything will be over . If ask for refund they will tell we will not refund you tell wherever you want. So if you want to buy a product please don't buy it from rediff shopping please.it worst site I have seen .never ever shop hear

I ordered Armani Watch from Rediff.com on Feb 17 costing Rs 4039, where it is mentioned that it is an original product and I will receive it with all the original documents and seller warranty. The site even mentions that the product can be returned in 7 days if not liked. I called the customer care they refused to accept the return and said that it is mentioned on the site that it is not original whereas one can still visit the website and see that the website still mentions that the product is original. Please help me to get the refund. I received the product on 22nd Feb and called the call centre requesting the return and they refused. It would be great help if I am able to get the refund.

I had ordered Cigarette filtering system E filter, quantity- 2, on 19/2/2016 and paid Rs.625/- by debit card. It is acknowledged by the said company under Order no. 13129617 and informed me the dispatch date as 26/2/2016 but. Yet the said items are not delivered to me. If the said items are not delivered to me within 7 days from today, I will be constrained to take legal action as well as approach the Press.

This is inform to u I booked a order on 9th Feb.in rediff shopping.they are promise me order delivered latest by 24th Feb. But at last day they are cancel my order & told me stock is not available but that product is any time showing in his website.

I have purchased from rediff shopping using citibank account the details of Order# 12354023, 10400mah Universal Aluminum Metal Portable Battery USB Power Bank Charger on 28th September 2015 as it was a duplicate product i returned the product and asked for refund they said they have refund the amount and check with citibank but citibank said they have not recieved any refund from rediff .They said they will give the refund now and investigate the case they gave me the amount of 437 on Nov 3rd 2015 from citibank and later 5TH Jan 2016 they had taken back the amount from my account AS they got the confirmation from rediff shopping they have recieved the amount. now rediff is claiming citibank is holding my amount and they have already refunded and chargeback has taken place and now citibank is not responding anything all the proof mails from rediff has already shared with citibank i want my money back.

My order was placed on 12th Feb'16 (Order no[protected] till date I have not got any confirmation on order dispatch, every time I call on customer care they ask for 2 to 3 days for item delivery. This is the most sick and idiotic experience I had in life in online shopping. I would strongly recommend not to go for shopping @ rediff shopping website...
