I ordered for 2 items with buy one get one free (Product description Buy 1 wayfarer and get 1 Reebok watch free. Price of wayferer shown in advertisement for Rs 1299/- with a discount of 74% so cost of 1 wayferer would be Rs 388/-) so I gave order for 2 wayfarer for price of Rs 764- including shipping charges but received only 1 wayfarer and 1 watch, while delivery the full amount taken but product not given. I had made paymet of for 2 items but received only 1 item. So I want to return the product. The company is not good at their service.

Order booked on 8th apr. till date not reveived. enquiring since 4-5 days. getting revert that, ' you will get soon'. today i asked from mr. hussain, concerned person from 'raj traders' and he informed me that the consignment is ready, but rediff people did not picked up till date. i am not happy with the services and want to cancel the order. but your executives told twice that the order has already been dispatched vide tracking no.[protected] dtd.14.04.16 through ecom express.
but upon enquiring from ecom got to know that this consignment no. does not exist. how come your people confirm the tracking no., when the parcel did not get dispatched. cannot explain so much here. hope to get a call from your side.

I have ordered a power bank from this website, had received it on 27th of march but is was a defective product so i returned it on 29th. after that i have called more than 50 times on their customer care number but they are not refunding the amount and even not responding at all. i have the invoice copy of the product and their customer care representatives mails on my inbox, and its so disgusting when i am cooperating with u den y are they not refunding the amount. i m not getting it. one of ma friend also facing the same problem from this website. plz plz plz dont ever buy anything from this site

I have receive (12 L OTG (Oven, Toaster, Griller)) this product in january 2016 with fully damaged condition ( pl see attached images) and productis returned to dealer but refund amount is not received yet and no any reply received from site & dealer after so many calls & mails from my side. this is worst services they provided me finally i decided to complaint with consumer complaints. please help me ot of this problem. product details are as follows. please revert back to me.

Ordered for 3 caps on 30th March 2016, dealer from Kolkata Jupiter Mall called up stating 2 poor quality products so asked him to cancel. And received one which was equally poor, sent it back.
Been following up, wasting money on calls to the dealer and rediff customer care. They care none to reply back. There's no imitative towards refund back of Rs. 399 + 399 = 798. There is no reference id none.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop from rediff, no satisfactory product, nor service. Theres no revert at all.

I was informed by email that my order would be despatched by 29.03.16 but till the same is not delivered and it is also not sure when the goods are going to be despatched. Inform me by SMS

I am seriously upset with the order that i have place with rediff order number (#[protected].
I have recieved expired products all 4 seed packs with expiry date April 2015 which has been masked with permanent marker. I am shocked to see this!! Its a clean case of cheating by the vendor.
Either you guys refund my money and come and collect the unopened packs. Or take action against the vendor and compensate me.

I was ordered for a kurti on 25th of mar 16, then i called to customer care on 28th to cancell the order becoz there is showing no despatch status of my order, then i was informed that material has been despatched adnit will deliver to you before 31st Mar, but in later when i check status it shown the despatch date of 29th mar .
Well after many calls it was delivered on 11th of apr to my neighbourhood not to me. When i called to customer care they replied that if you take delivery it would not be cancell. Just tell me why it was delivered to my neighbour, how would they know that what is the matter. Your customer care representative suggest me to open the parcel and if it was not as per requirement she suggest me to mail .
I just want to cancell the order becoz neither I need to this now due to too much delay in delivery nor it's quality is so good that i could kept it for any further requirement .
kindly arrange to refund payment as soon as possible .

1. First i book the product using my credit card ( order no:13285612 dtd 01.04.16)
2. After few minutes a cal from your end come and say that your order is cancelled / not authorize therefore if you say we will sent the same item in cod- if you store the conversion please listen the recording.
3. Then you booked the product in cod order no 13285739 dtd 01.04.16 which received 1st and i paid and receive
4. Later on 6th april the ist order also come which i am still not opening.
In this situation what you want to say? Returned or this is your modes operand
Then this should be bring to the notice of all, which i know very well
This is my last reminder, i give you one option for returned or i start the due course of action

My order number is 1326219. 4 days ago i got a mail saying it has been handed over to courier but when i called them today they say no such record of it. the courier is vexpress and awb # 8317291,

hence i called rediff cc. they speak harsh and one lady said it has been handed over to courier, can't you wait for another 3 days?

i always think i should be polite to cc exec but see how they behave. i have attached the screenshot and process my refund asap

I ordered rolling pin and board with tawa n a wooden spoon combo... But the board size is too smaller then what mension in it and there is no wooden spoon in that parcel... I want to return this product...Even the quality of tawa is not good.. Resolve my problem soon.. Rolling pin is also not that good quality... I am not satisfied what i paid for...I recived missing wooden spoon parcel.. Its incomplete combo...I wanted rediff shopping to puckup my return order..

I shall bring notice to everyone that rediff online shopping is fake and bogus online shopping. It has started with intention of cheat and exploit the public with cheap quality products. I have been purchased slim and trim belt for rs.700. When it was received to me the value of it will be less than rs, 5o. Only. I made several complaints but no response from the. Not only i many customers in hyderabad suffered lot with rediff online shopping. They have been wasted money and time choosing blady online shopping. Nothing in life can be achieved without prompt and dedication. What does online shopping means, it means the lifestyle choices products that make us feel better. That mode me realize the immense no responsibility from rediff. One time it can cheat and exploit the customers. What about next time. W will reject the company even it is realised. That's a choice we all have, and it's a great choice. If one customer effect loss by rediff online shopping. Same time 1000 of customers begin to think about it. Probably no customer will show interest and intention to order goods from rediff. My open advice to all. Don't prefer rediff online shopping. It is symbol for cheating and exploitation, bogus and fake, un genuine.

Please find reference of the transaction no 24405414 and Ticket#[protected]] RE: transaction no 24405414, to rediff.com regarding the return of my cancelled order. Few days back, I found one deal on samsung earphone. it was buy one get one in Rs. 299. I booked this deal but by mistake the quantity wrongly selected as 3 instead of 1. I have cancelled this order and placed another order for one quantity of samsung earphone deal on COD basis.

Few days later, the courier man came to the home, and delivered 4 sets of earphone and collected money accordingly. I was not in the home so I came to know this in the evening.

Now Rediff people are not ready to take back 3 earphones and refused to refund my money.

The Product That i Was Received by Me is Not As That i Saw On Website And Product is Completly Damaged So i Want You To Change My Product and Give Me a Orginal Product !

Sir i have bought two watches of casio edifice 556 from rediffshop (Order id[protected].They delivered product to me on 22 mar 16. When i openden packet and checked product found duplicate. In the dial of watch there is written oasio which should be casio. But packings are of casio so they are delivering duplicate products in original packings making customers fool and not responding to further correspondence to return or exchange it. These types of shopping sites must be banned in india to improve trust in online shopping.

I received a pieces of soap not a mobile. I ordered Samsung galaxy note 2 they cheat me and sent me a soaps. Now customer care executives hide truth from me like wait for 24 hrs. but no result. This is big cheat and fraud company.
Do not ever buy a product from Rediff shopping. Their business is only take a away money from you. This company show a stuff online like big discounts but this is a trap to hack your hard earned money..
Rediff and vendor both are involved to cheat people their Dhanda is only earn a money. Stuff they show you online is a fake its a trap to take away money from you.
