Above complaint was lunch on 12 December-2015 there after I received mail from shopping.rediff.com to return the product and I return the product but till date I was not received money back neither received replaced new product.

There are 2 cases regarding them, 1st despite of all my efforts they are not taking my issue seriously, its been the day i got my watch, i put the mail regarding that product and i asked for refund, they always reply to my mail but never sort my problem, they asked me to send my watch's pic as i have mentioned to them that there is spot on its dial. I did all what they asked, and they did send me a mail about giving details of seller despite of taking there product back they are asking me sort this issue myself. I want my refund back as soon as possible.
2nd issue which is very unethical, antisocial and crime that is piracy. The casio watch which i got is copied version . Its not an original product. Its quality, box, bill and all defects reveals it. Please punish all the culprits. They are making customers fool.

I had ordered a laptop charger on 28-12-15
i have not received it . these people are driving me crazy. each time i call them they assure support and promise to call me or send me a mail. customer service is really poor . i will complaint in the consumer court if no action taken..

i ordered solar power operated robo kit on 29/12/2015,

i got the message on 11th Jan 2016 saying your product is delivered but after trakking the number i found that it has been sent to wrong address to UP instead of karnataka address, my trakking number is em[protected]in and order number
1288185.

i called customer care service centre atleast 7 times ([protected]) in a month and every time i got reply saying it is under investigation, i doubt they may be doing CBI investigation.this customer care people are not doing anything expect telling lies

can you help me get my oder back or refund the aount

Actually i buy sony mh750 handsfree from rediff shopping for buy one get one offer basis, i paid 248.00 online credit card payment, but its not working both, plz refund my money immediately & getback your product at the earliest...

I ordered (date- 9 Jan, 2016) 2 packs of STEPUP HEIGHT INCREASER worth Rs.1386, but i just received 1 instead of 2. Even that 1 pack is also DUPLICATE. its taste was so bad & it colour was also different. I know its taste & all because i am using original product since 2 months. As soon as i came to know that the product is fake, i contacted them same day. they gave me Vendors no.([protected]) & asked me to contact them SKY SHOP PRODUCTS- New Delhi (vendor). i called vendor but they didnt received my call. i again contacted Rediff, but they just told me that they will help me out. since a week i am asking them for help, they are just saying they will help me out. I asked them to return the product as it is fake & wanted my full refund. i even mailed at "[protected]@live.com", they havn't replied me yet. Today(21 Jan 2016) i received a call from Rediff(Mumbai) they told me that they will refund me for the product that i havn't received & will not return the product (Fake product) as i opened it. i asked them to return the product & provide me with my full refund. I just got attracted to price of the product while shopping. Its not my fault that Rediff fool the customers, that they sell fake products, that their customer care service is so worst & that they deal with the sellers who just want money by selling duplicate products. i want my full refund. & it was my first time i shopped through Rediff. & I am very disappointed by Rediff.

Dear sir,
I was purchase the product against order no. 12777524 dt. 02.12.2015 but I am received defective product in the box on dt. 13.12.2015 through shipment no.[protected]. I have received two pairs of shoes only but one pair of shoes is completely defective (Lancer Sports Shoes defective) and I am not found 3 packs of socks in the box.

I am send lots of E-mail and phone calls but no any action taken for short out my problem.

I had initially registered a complaint for non delivery of product under Consumer Complaints. Post complaint the product was delivered to me after 22 days of booking on 13th January 2016. During my conversation with Customer Service at Rediff Shopping I asked if the product will be genuine. They assured of the same. However on receiving delivery I was shocked to find a cheap duplicate charger delivered which is available in local markets at half the price. I immediately registered a complaint on 14th January 2016. Promptly a computer generated message assured "response shortly". However till today no one mailed or contacted me for return of product or refund of money. My order no is 12883791

I have purchased a blanket for Rs 600 through online from rediff shopee. The item i received is too poor quality as the same is not a blanket. Totally fraud. I want to return the blanket. Please take action.
