I have ordered i-Phone 5 on[protected] and paid through my debit card(Syndicate Bank) and today i have received the courier (WOW Express) but i received 2 Soap cakes instead of my i-Phone 5. I am very shocked and horrified and would certainly take this matter to consumer court to bring the culprits to the justice. The photographs of the same are attached for your consideration. I demand a replacement or refund at the earliest. The details of the courier and order are as follows:

now I am regularly calling them for the solution but they are making excuses only

    I have ordered a Armani watch from Rediff shopping, when I use that watch after 4-5 days I realized that the strap lock of that watch is not working properly so i made complaint to rediff shopping because the watch have 2 years vendors warranty. They picked up that item and now it is almost 25 days were gone and I have no information about my product. I am continuously calling to rediff but they are not giving any information about that.

      Against order no. 12542938 Rediff shop & Gift through their VENDOR: PS ENTERPRISES NO. 1-2, Ground Floor Pocket-9 Sector 24 Rohini, Delhi -85 sent me bgo3strips: 25 Test Strips for Bg-03 Dr.Morepen Gluco one Blood Sugar WHICH WAS NOT PROPER in accordance to Advertisement vide Transaction number 23736439 and this was in incomplete position. Therefore I m not accepting goods, I request to Rediff Shop & Gift to receive Back the goods in as it is status which was couriered to me. And refund back my payment Rs.440 to my Bank account.

        1) I have ordered (Order#[protected] a 16000 mAH power bank through rediff shopping on 23.09.2015. 2) The material has been delivered to me on 28.09.2015. 3) After receiving the item I came to know the product sent by rediffshopping is of wrong rating. They had sent 12000 mAH power bank actually in-place of 16000 mAH power bank. Though documentally it is 16000 mAH. 4) I have mailed the thing on very that day (i.E, on 28.09.2015) with all the evidence (snap of actual received item) to the rediff-shopping customer care. 5) They have replied and also contacted me. They have informed me for reverse pick up of the wrongly supplied item. 6) Reverse pick up had been made on 07.10.2015. 7) Though more than 22 days have been past after the pickup. neither I have received the corrected product nor any despatch details from the courier agency. 8) During the period of reverse pickup and today, I have mailed several to the customer care of rediff shopping. But did not get any satisfactory answer from them. They are telling, item not reached to them. And until they will not get the item they could not despatch the material. 9) I do not understand, on ordering the material it is reached to me on 5'th day. But on reverse pick up from me though more than 22 days have been passed, it is not reached to the seller. 10) I feel to be a cheated one by rediff-shopping. I don't think that they have the intention to send the corrected item. Please help me to get my product from RediffShopping. Thanks & Regards Anjan Datta Mob # [protected]

          I have ordered for 1 No JBL Bluetooth Wireless Speaker and paid an amount of Rs.1539/- on 15th of October, 2015. Since they are taking too much time to deliver this item, I have cancelled the order on 21st October, 2015 and requested them to refund my amount. Till now I have not received the refund amount. Whenever I call their customer care, they say that somebody will get in touch with me to update the status . But so far no one has contacted me so far nor received the refund amount of Rs.1539/-

            Placed an order for a portable charger via order no. 12252929 in September. The product was defective and asked for an exchange / refund. The company itself recommended refund. It has been a month and a half since I have received the refund back. Inspite of multiple complaints, calls to the customer care centre, there is no resolution and neither are they reverting on the mail for resolution. Disgusting service!! Shame on rediff.com

              I have purchased a Designer Carpet of 5ft -7ft -IWS _CRT _39 vide Transaction Number: 23702596. The Carpet is defective, . The Carpet is of Brown colour whereas my order is of Cherry colour. so request you to lift the carpet and refund the amount paid by me .

                I had ordered Set of 5 Ultra Luxury Branded Deodorant - 150 ml each - Assorted Brand vide order no. 12216148 on 09/09/2015. I opened the product for use on 25/10/15 and found the perfume as DUPLICATE. I tried the other brand and result was same. I made complain to REDIFF Cutomer Care Support but received reply that since time schedule for return of order is lapsed they cannot entertain my complain.

                It is literally cheating by the supplier by providing duplicate / local perfume in the original containers and REDIFF Shopping is full of such FRAUD & CHEATER SUPPLIERS.

                DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM REDIFF SHOPPING AS THEY ARE PURE AND GUARANTEED DUPLICATE

                  i have forget my rediff email password when i am trying to recover it some security question shows but unfortunately i have not recognise my answer becoz few year before it was made. now the problem is that all my mother medical report are in my mail i have not kept any backup and soon my exam will ne held its admit card will also come in that email id. so please help me to recover my email password .i am very tensioned. my rediff email id is--( [protected]@rediffmail.com) my alternate email id is [protected]@gmail.com.please help

                        Hi, i have order a playing kids laptop. but i have received the damage piece. i have raised a request that it is not working. so they took it back. after that i did not hear anything from them. they did not send me the new one till date. they did even send me my money or new product. its already been 2 month.

                            Rediff vide awb no [protected] and order no. : 12358721 while it is showing the money was refunded in refund status in rediff shopping website, I didnot receive the refund money in to my bank account and rediff shopping claiming that the amount was already processed to my bank account. my email id [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected]. when i have given complaint about this I got this reply, "With reference to your Order No : 12358721, we would like to inform you that our Finance Department has already processed the refund into your account. We request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. :988654. Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm regards, Ashish Customer support" I want my money bank and I want to why rediff shopping is fooling customers by doing this type of fraud.

                                  I have ordered a Spy Cam on 11th of September 2015 for my father S.K.Dash at Kharagpur but i have received a defective Spy Camera so i have complained several times as i was told by the company i have send the damaged Spy Button Camera to the seller back My Order No is - # 12228424 and i have spent total 817 for Spy Button Camera + 167 Courier Charges = Total Rs 984. and now they are saying we will refund the 817 only but i was told that we will refund total amount camera money and courier charges. But still they have not even refunded my camera amount

                                      Hi, i am an old user of rediffmail.com. recently i visited thailand and happen to use my rediffmail account and was unable to login. then i had no choice, and when i came to india, it again responded, unable to login, password/username not correct. I tried the forget password too, which first i tried with OTP on my phone no. No message received yet. and then it says you exhausted the no. of times sending messages. But I havent received any messages yet to retrieve my email account. Im very angry because of that. Please help me by sending a new password for my email account - [protected]@rediffmail.com, by sending me on my alternate id - [protected]@gmail.com or my phone nos. [protected] or [protected].

                                        I placed an order of Padmini 3 Burner Gas Stove Cs-307 With Dip Tray with Rediff shopping on 28th Sep 2015. The order number is 12355938. After 17 days the order status is still coming in 'Not Dispatched' status. I have also made couple of complaints through their customer delight center (which is not so delighting) and got revert that my complaint is being worked upon, however, i still see that nothing has moved so far.
