I bought 'sparx go for it' shoes and next day I wear shoes and I notice that the sole of shoes is rap up and I complain about that to shopkeeper but he said sparx company don't give any warranty. So how anyone believe in your brand.

I bought a pair of shoes, But not even 10 days play. And Dislocated from the top surface. This is my first experience of Relaxo shoes campny but it's not good.Now I can never believe the Relaxo Footwear Company.Hope my complaint is understood

I bought a pair of sleepers from local market.
Their quality was too bad and their material are not good .
Sleeper was damaged in 20 days .
So what I do now
Give me a solution.

I Purchased relaxo foot wear from Sale Outlet :- Shop Np. 90/3 GF M.G. Road Near Khatipura, jail Road Chowk Indore (Madhya pradesh). In Two Days My Foot Wear MJ-1219, Size - 8 Blue Red, HSN code ([protected]F6 found Braked from everywhere. It's A totally Fraud with me, Kindly Please Exchange Or Replace My purchased item else I'll Have to register a complaint about your product. It has been 10 Days and this is my 3rd complaint against this item. I also Complain against this Item at Shop but no one take it seriously. Request you to please Resolve my Complain.

I have purchased flite slipper yesterday but the slippers already damaged found out after use.You are requested to leave the product in the market only after intensive inspection. Maintaining quality of our products is your responsibility, it is necessary for trust between customers.

Respected sir it's very really disappointing to see performance of your sales staff at relaxo haridwar jwalapur branch. Relaxo staff doesn't bothers to customers always says sizes r not available after having arguments they bring sizes...
Very irresponsible behaviour they are salaried employees so they don't bother about customer demand

I have bought a sparx slipper on 14th aug and it was torn in a week i personally got it repaired once but again it's strip came out from all sides of both pieces so i took it to the store from where i bought it they also got it repaired and after a week it's the same case again.
I want my product to be replaced.

I have purchased 1 pair of shoes bm-344 gents 9 black from retail shoppe, rs 360, chandigarh sector - 46c sco no. 77 on dated 5-nov.- 2019.
In jan 2020 i saw that sole of both pair are broken. I purchased these shoes because of the brand value but the material is seems to be very inferior quality and not receives any satisfying reply from customer care and also from dealer/retailer. Please solve my issues as soon as possible.

This footwear product is very bad to use i m using this footwear from only 3 days and my experiance was very very bad and its its hurting very badly on my foot with socks and also without socks. My foot got ulcers and also too much pain hurting very badly on that with this mary jane footwear. I would like to take action on this footwear as soon as possible. Plz i would like to exchamge this footwear as soon as possible bcoz its only 10days to purchase this footwear.

I buy sparx sm 435 shoe from a shop in my city on 31 dec 19 but there is some defect in the shoe and i want to replace the shoe or get a big size i'm went to shop they firt refused to exchange after some time they say the defect will go after some days o[censored]sage. I bought the new shoes from the Relaxo showroom Ujjain two months ago, but within two months those shoes got ripped inside, I had bought the Relaxo company shoes based on its good quality, but after using it I was very disappointed. I went to the owner of the showroom with my complaint, but he did not troubleshoot my problem and said that do whatever and wherever you want to complain.
Now a common man who spends so much money and buys such expensive shoes and if the goods do not last even two months, then it feels very bad. I request you to either provide me new shoes or return my money.
I am sure that you will definitely support me and hearing of a common man will be heard.

We purchase school sandal on july2019 from rego footwear bendoorwell mangalore we only uesd to school time only. Now the sole still like new and all other part is also good but button i mean belt holder is tear and we cant use it. We thought sparks is the best selection but it is disappointed us. So i request you to solve the problem with new replacement.

Pls consider my request and change my chappal which i bought it from yr relaxo show room in mayur vihar phase 3 of rs. 990 i was given d guarantee of six months but the chappal has been teared off within 3 months, hv gone to yr show room to show it, but he yr staff is totally helpless, yr. Staff is not helping as well as not assisting.
