Hv wrote u but no response fm yr side pls reply, hv no faith now in relaxo products, yr staff in mayur vihar phase 3 is totally helpless t, they hv idea how to help d customers, this relaxo company is no more reliable, as well as yr staff is totally fail to satisfy the customer. This is main reason that fm yr side customer satisfaction report is only 3%.

    Hv bought flotter fm yr mayur vihar ph-3 and I was given d guarantee of 6 months but it's has been teared off within 3 months I hv bought this Rs. 990. Pls instruct to change them or give my hard core money back, , am yr esteemed customer for d past several years, it's not acceptable,

    Pls Take an appropriate action.

    If this issue is not resolved, then Will reach higher authorities

      Purchased product cost is rs.300/- (Three hundred only).
      In that item soul has broken within 2 month only. It is very shameful four your reputed company. I am a regular costumer of relaxo footwear.
      I need to replaced that low quality item (Pug - 34, no.8 - brown colour footwear)
      Please replaced purchased item or returned my money if any possible.

          I have purchase a school shoe from relaxo outlet near dreamland school at janipur, jammu. The shoe was purchased in the month of july 2019 and the pair from upper edges leaves its outer material (Leather). Due to interruption in net connection in jammu & kashmir, it is very difficult to approach and the shopkeeper also denies. The bill is also misplaced because it happens for the 1st time, as i'm the regular customer. The matter is also brought in the notice of shopkeeper. However, he also take cliks of the pair. Please intervene and resolve at the earliest.

            I am highly disappointed by the way the staff deals with its customers. My mother bought a pair of shoes for me on 8th September(sunday). The next day (monday) I was almost in tears as those shoes had badly bruised my feet after barely walking 500 metres. On Tuesday when I went to the shop with my mom to replace those shoes with some other comfortable footwear, the staff bluntly refused. I am a medical student and will become a doctor in few years. I can assure you that multiple bruises on my feet because of these poor quality shoes have caused good amount of damage to my health. The downfall of a company begins with the disappointment of a single customer. I hope I will soon get a chance to replace these shoes because I ain't wasting my mommy's money on ###.

              I ordered one pair of shoeson 8/8/2019 from this site and after so many unsuccesfull call they called me back on next day ann giving me excuse that its their way of work as if customer call today they will revert customer next day.
              After they called if i shared the issue and they suggest me to drop same mail and i drop as i discussed on call with you i want to cancel my order order id 16660 and want my money back in original source and i want to cancel just bcz of size i need to go to store to confirm first
              And you executive saying after 24 hr we cnt refund we will give you relaxo points, and its not my mistake o tried to reach you but there is no possible option available on your website to cancel the order yesterday i tried to call you but no one answer my call they call today its not my prb why should i refund i want my amount back in original source otherwise i will complain againt you in consumer court. That your have very poor policy and website also need enhacement as there is no cancellation option.

                  Today i visited one of the showroom of relaxo footwear in my city aligarh

                  At railway road and i feel very astonished and dejected that staff of one of the
                  Most reputed footwear brand of country was so impertinent and churlish that they were not ready to show me the design, colour, size of my choice and forcing me to purchase product selected by them. Such gesture was not expected from 35 years old brand and this was my last visit at relaxo and i suggest all my family and friend to avoid such mannerless showroom

                    Pune distributor mahendra agencies doesn't has ready stock.
                    He is not eligible for holding the distribution of such a big brand.
                    Please appoint some other distributor for pune.
                    Sparx is a very big brand. Company should see the demand and supply ratio.
                    Sparx has very high potential but distributor of pune is extremely looser. He never has ready stock. He takes the order from retailers and then place the order to company, then after receiving the stock from company, he dispatch the delivery to retailers.

                          As promised by your authorised seller we want the chappals/slippers to be replaced at the earliest as they are got worn out so quickly as well as the stitching all around got damaged on both pieces.

                          We have bought these on date 07-04*-2019 from relaxo retail showroom situated on railway road bahadurgarh. The showroom code is rs-027

                          Attached are the pics of chappal pair, along with the billing invoice.

                          Please take immediate action as the showroom owner has denied replacement and thus we want the replacement directly from company as well as a stern action against the said showroom.

                            I bought a pair of shoes from Flipkart. The product is "Sparx SM-181 Sneakers for men".
                            I have purchased a pair of shoes from Flipkart and after wearing them for 4 or 5 days it began to shred. I contacted to the Flipkart help center but they said that they do not take any complaint regarding the brand quality and also they will not return or replace the product. They said that I should be contacting the Sparx for the same. But the amount that I invested is all in vain as I haven't got any solution for that.
                            Please suggest what I should be doing in order to replace or refund the shoes.

                                I have purchased relaxo brown formal footwear on 26jan19 from relaxo shop situated at new railway road, gurgaon of rs 1070. The same got cracked from upper side and could not be used further anymore. It is hardly 2 months and 8 days and the shoes become useless. I feel very disappointed for the quality of shoes which is of renowned company made relaxo.

                                Please find attached bill invoice and image of left and right pair for your reference. I have gone to the shopkeeper and he said this will be taken care at company customer care.

                                Please check and provide the free replacement of the same with good quality of shoes on urgent basis.

                                Followup with customer care - i have been in followup with customer care and they are ready to 50% claim against actual invoice copy

                                But the quality of shoes is not up to the mark as per the company brand and in such case the shoes must be replaced with new shoes with same make otherwise this creates customer dissatisfaction and would lead to disruption of company brand name in the market.in such cases, there should not be any linkage with number of days the product has been used - in this case the product has been used for only 68 days i. E. Less than 3 months.

                                Please check and provide the free replacement of the same with good quality of shoes on urgent basis.

                                The size of three attachment is too large 10 mb and could not able to attach the same but these attachment has been sent to customer care.

                                I have posted my complaint on 5-Apr-19 on Relaxo Consumer Complaints vide ID: 2291082 and after 10 days gone, no body from Relaxo Footwear Customer Support have neither written on email about the complaint resolution nor called me. Why so much time is taking by customer support for resolution of small problem of worth Rs 1070?
                                Please do resolve this problem on urgent basis.

                                      I bought sparx SM 332 gents Black/grey shoes about one month back(06.12.2018) . But the lace holes are broadening too much and too early. The holes are becoming big day by day seems like shoes are tearing . I can even tighten them in a fear that they will broaden more.The way they are broadening that space will create big holes . I haven't even wore them much . Maximum 25 days I have used them . The shopkeeper ( RS150, Kanpur, PPN Market Shop ni 14/121, Mall road) tells me if their is any problem in shoes in three months they will replace. But now when i go their for replace they refuse and tell me if i want to replace i would have to give them Rs. 850/- . when i buying the shoes they not told me for any term & conditions but when i want to replace they tell me the Term & conditions of the company. Please replace ASAP..I am attaching the pics below

                                        I bought a shoe of sparx on[protected] from relaxo footwears limited, retail shoppe hoshangabad (M. P). My right leg shoe is crack from side. This is very short period to buy this item. I am regular customer for yours. This is the first time that my products is defected in this short period. So please change my shoes. I have enclosed the bill and photo of my shoe
