I am a regular customer using Relaxo footwear for around 10 years and have never faced any issues, always got the quality product. But this time I bought footwear on 29 Jan 2021 and used it after Holi, in around 15 days due to the manufacturing defect I am not able to use that. When I talk to the shop they said they can give a 25% discount but as this is a manufacturing effect I want a full replacement.

I hope you understand the issue and give a full replacement as it is a manufacturing defect.

    Few days ago i purchase sparx shoes, and they get torne from front, after that i went to Shop where i purchase shoes they give bogus excuses that "aaj k dor me guarantee nhi hoti"
    I feel like I looted because shoes price is around 1500, that was big amounts for middle class guy.

          I have ordered the sandals (Size 9) 19.01.2022 on Relaxo footwears online site. I have received the wrong size product (size 6) on 25.01.2022. I am struggling to get the correct sized product or my refund amount back from Relaxo customer care through emails/calls (my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com) from 25.01.2022 to today. No body responded till today to my emails. I am investor in this company. I am failed in this transaction with Relaxo. From now onwards I don't want to order the products from Relaxo. No good service

                I purchased Sparx Men's T. Blue Silver Running Shoes - 10 UK (44 EU) (SX0421G) through amazon on 29th March 2021. My complaint is that the bottom sole of the shoe wore out, within just 9 months. Hence I am unable to use this shoe as bottom surface became flat and risky to even walk. Please get this replaced or atleast get sole replaced.

                        The product was purchased on 26/09/2021 from Relaxo showroom RS023, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, shopno. 1/7, GF, Niti khand 1 Ghaziabad
                        However, within 2-3days the upper rubber layer (navy blue color) of the footwear started getting tear.
                        The quality of material used by the company is very substandard. The teared part can be seen in the attached pic .I hereby attach a picture of the bill also.
                        Relaxo is such a trusted footwear brand in India and this kind of quality delivery is completely unacceptable!!

                        Request Relaxo to take some urgent action and issue me a 100 % refund / 100% exchange coupon as suggested by the relaxo executive in the showroom.

                          Worst product. It got break with in 2 week o[censored]se. Which is suppose to be in 75 days warranty cover. Never purchase any product from relaxo.

                            The product was ordered on Aug 20, 2021 (online Order #[protected]
                            ) and was received as per schedule. However, within few days o[censored]se, i, e. on September 10, 2021, the strap of the footwear broke down from side and strap became free. The glue / other attachement of sole with strap was of such bad quality that it could not hold the strap for even a month.

                            Flite is such a trusted footwear brand in India and this kind of quality delivery is completely unacceptable!!

                                      I have purchased relaxo sandals for Haridwar Showroom 2-3 months back that was the almost closing time so the manager ask me to take the invoice next day which we couldn't collect. I have sandals used only 2 months. After two months later sandals have many cracks on the soles. I am regular customer of Relaxo but this time I am very disappointed so please return or exchange my sandals. I have also complaint to the showroom manager, Relaxo Haridwar but he refuse to do so and advice me to write to consumer forum.
