Dear sir,
Myself darbar basha, i am the customer of independent tv (Reliance tv) i complaint to independent tv about some channels are not broadcasting error code 200. Reliance tv customer care told it will be resolved within 48 hrs. But it is still not solved last one week. So, i want to complaint on independent tv and resolve the issue as early as possible and do needful.

They are saying there are technical issues .how may days it will solve no information from customer care.so I need to close my connection and give back my money.

    Hi, i am a reliance big tv (Rbtv) customer (Scn - 200xxxxx9196) since 2013, which is bought and overtaken by independent tv last year. I wanted to migrate my plans to new trai scheme. I called the customer care[protected] many times, their responses were disappointing, they are saying i cannot migrate with my existing set top and i will need to buy new set top box from them @rs 799/-. They are not even allowing me to subscribe to add-on channels. I could only view some of the base packed channels now.
    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As per per tri instructions, we have a freedom to choose the channel but there no way in your network to do the same and still I am paying for the channel I am not interested in..

      Took reliance independent tv dth connection in the month of oct/18, for which i paid rs.3150 /- + rs-500/- (Registration charges) including one year dth channals and hd package, but after two month dth connection for hd channel was not working, massage shown on tv need recharge. Requesting you to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. If you don't resolve my issue return amount and also share the online payment ink.

        Hi,

        I purchased independent tv on dec'2018 and now from 15th feb'2019 it is not working i called independent representatives several times but they were unable to resolve my problem and finally on 16th feb'2019 they have raised request for technician visit but today is 26 feb'2019 and no one visited my home.

        Today i called to ask about status of my request then one of your representative said now i am processing for technician visit and then i ask for complaint no. Then they gave ant it is 1145309.

        Please help me to get rid out of this worst service provider.

              I am facing a signal lost problem since 14.02.2019. After trying to get help from customer care no. After 2 days they were logged complaints regarding this complaint no. 2579002. After this they did not send any technician to resolve this issue. They have installed this dabba on 8.12.2019 and charged 500+2385 =2885 against it.
              Customer service is so worse. I want my money back and surrender this connection.

                I'm reached reliving TV 2499 on March 3ed 2018

                And the plan was 5 year validity and 2 yers all channels free
                But I'm not abler6to seeing all channels
                But only selected channels only showing

                So I will put the complaint against ur company in consumer court

                  I was booked reliance dth in the month March 2018 under the offer. I I paid Rs. 500/ as booking among but till date I have not received dth connection. Whenever I called to customer care services He is said your dth connection will be available to within 7 days. One year is about to complete but I have not received dth connection. IF RELIANCE COULD NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE DTH AS PROMISED RETURN OUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY. I DON'T WANT TO CARRY WITH CHEATING FRAUD COMPANY ANY MORE.

                          We have booked a connection on 6th june 2018 and booking id is 14549516.

                          Till date we have neither received the stb nor it is installed at our place..

                          We have written several emails and have called you call centre numerous times for the delivery and installation, but till date there is no positive reply from your side.

                          On 2nd jan 2019 your call centre informed us that the connection is showing active, and your distributor might have sold our connection to some other person.

                          A complaint was registered by your representative and he assured us that the action would be taken against the distributor and issue would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.

                          We are feeling cheated..

                          We called your call centre today also but they don't have any answer.

                          Kindly take the matter seriously and resolve immediately or else we would be forced to take up the matter to court of law.

                            I have made several complaints about this issue. I paid rs.500 for the hdtv offer announced with booking id: 12510189. The offer said installation will be done within 30-45 days of payment. It's almost one year no communication from reliance. And their customer care service is a big waste. No response to mails and complaints filed in their website or tweets. Please do cancel my subscription and pay refund. This is not the way to fill up ur debts by collecting from customer and not providing services on time

                              I have done the booking as on 01-03-18 and made the payment of rs.499 for reliance big tv and i got a message that your installation with in 45 days. However i did not received any message or call from company for installation. Then i called on customer car no.[protected] and they suggested to drop a mail on [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com and after so many reminder i have received my refund back.

                                My customer number: [protected], booked independent tv set-top box on 20th november, excepting that with-in 15-20 days maximum, it has to be installed from the booking date. But unfortunately, there is no response to the same till date. Please look into the matter.

                                Let me know what is the timeline to do the installation of the new setup.

                                Or initiate the refund process if you are unable to process the installation of the set-top box.

                                  मैंने रिलायन्स टीवी के सेट टॉप बॉक्स नम्बर[protected] पर 13 फरवरी 2018 को फ़्रीडम पैक के तहत 1499/- का रिचार्ज 12 महिनो के लिए करवाया था. लेकिन 20-30 दिन बाद कम्पनी ने यह कहते हुए सर्विस बन्द करदी कि सैटेलाइट की प्रोबलम है.. जितने दिन सर्विस बन्द रहेगी उतने दिन पैक मे जोड़ दिये जाएंगे.. फिर 2-3 महिने बाद सर्विस शुरू हुई. अब फिर से सर्विस बन्द कर दी गई है और कम्पनी के कस्टमर केयर पर बताया जाता है कि रिलायन्स टीवी अब इन्डिपेन्डेन्ट टीवी मे बदल गया है और सर्विस चालू रखने के लिये 1200/- चुकाने पड़ेंगे..

                                    My smart car number for big tv is[protected]. I have been renewing the channmel by recharging for the last four years online. There is no problem. Recently i paid during nov.2018 rs 149 from paytm on 5th november at 12, 37with order no[protected] for one month. Later, before the end of the month, i paid rs630.00for three month period + 9days offer. The transaction id is [protected]. This payment was also made through pay tm with order no.[protected] on 2nd dec, 2018. My account was suspended from 5th onwards. I have been calling your customer care number everyday for about 15 days and every week without any positive response. Even today it is not updated and i could not view my favorite channel since 5 the december despite my efforts. Every time your callers are telling with in 24 hrs it will be rectified. But till today that was not done. Finally, i complain you with a view that you will rectify the defect and do justice tome. Pl go through this and act at once on paid of action.                                         Its been now almost 2 months, the same has not been installed yet. On enquiring with customer care i am not getting any status update for the same as well.
