I was booked a connection in reliance big tv on 10 mar 18 vide booking id 14516015. Connection installation time was given 30 to 45 days as per the terms and conditions. But till date (05 feb 19) my connection has not installed. I was contacted many time on toll free number [protected] that is given in reliance big tv website but no satisfied reply was given by them. I have deposited my money and also wasted my time. With effect from 01 may 18 i and my family wasted our entertainment. Request to give my claim rs 100000 (One lakh) for wasting my time and our family's entertainment.

    I am having network issue since last 15-20 days and continuously calling on customer care and every time they said that it will be done in 24 hours and a technician will visit to my place. But no one called or reached at my place yet. When i asked them to transfer my call to supervisor or higher department, they said that to don't have such thing in system. I have been charged for these days also and my family is not able to see tv from past 15 days. Is there any way that i can get it resolved.. Or can i raise this to consumer court.

The company gave falls promise and advertised in the new paper. I had call many times to the call center and complained regard my subscription no[protected].

              Which should be installed till 4 th april 2018 but there is no information about instalation till now after trying several time with customer care and email also
              They always postponed my installation date now i am fed-up this connection now i want to be my money back.

                My reliance independent tv registered from my phone no. [protected], naresh saini is not working from last 2 weeks. It was installed after around an year of booking in december. It has not worked properly for more than two months now facing this error 400 issue.
                Complaining them continuously from two weeks neither customer care agents are responding properly nor any technician turned up.
                My complaint no. Is 1040688.
                Every time i call they ask me to wait and when i ask to talk to senior they directly say no for senior.
                Its really pathetic service.

                Dear Sir,

                Would like to say that no one please opt for reliance independent tv, its pathetic, have no words to say how bad it is. I have been complaining them regularly from around a month but no technician is visiting and not solving my problem of error 400. I even have mailed to NODAL DEPARTMENT, MR. VINAY KWATRA, RAMESH SHARMA, OM PRAKASH. They are the seniors of this company not even they could solve this problem. Just dropping a short mail solve the query soon. When i said i will go to consumer court, his response was yes you can, we are trying. This type of response is not expected from a senior.
                Customer care agent provided me contact no. of technician Mr Sandeep, when i contacted him, he is saying this area is not looked after by him. and agents dont have any updated list, they just ask me to wait for nxt 24 hr-48hrs.
                Seriously fed up with the services of independent tv.
                PLEASE CLOSE THE COMPLAINT AS I HAVE BEEN ASSURED FULL REFUND AS DEMANDED BY KE.

                  I consumer id is.[protected]. I had booked this independent tv on 05.01.19 with an online payment of 1999/-rs, and company told me that they will install it with in 15 days. Now 30 days are completed they are just saying that it will take 24 hours for installation form last 7 days but still no one came for installation or didn't received any message or phone from their side. Kindly ask them to return my money and cancel my product.

                        My set up box had problem, we had registered a complaint vide no[protected] on 03rd may 2018 cid[protected], technician surabh mane was allotted to resolve the problem (Mane contact number [protected]) he took away my set up box stating there was a technical error and will get back in 3-4 days later he said there is a merger and will get new set up box, till date i have not received the new set box and i am following up with your call centres on regular basis, all time i am getting answer that call back will be arranged in 48 hours but no call back is received and my old dth is loaded for one year, can i get the new set up box on urgent basis. As now i do not have any cable to watch tv. When will i get my new set up box

                          I am unable to change language of history tv 18 channel when i press language button than screen shows default so i want this channel's all programs show in hindi i have already 2 time call customer care but he said he can not do any thing on my request..                                 I have been a customer of big tv for last 13 years
                                My consumer number is[protected]
                                I have paid annual subscription (Gold pack)
                                The company discontinued services for about 3 months
                                Now it has become independent tv and i am getting a message that i have to call them or else services will be discontinued

                                I called them today. They said i have to pay 799 and change set top box
                                Why should i pay for set top box again when i have paid big tv for the set top box
                                It becomes the responsibility of the company to provide the set top box as i am already a member of big tv and not joined it afresh.

                                Moreover the general public have become members by paying rs.599
                                Why it is 799 for me who is a loyal customer of big tv for last 13 years.

                                  It has been more than a week that we have raised complaint over phone with the call center for error 400. So far no technician visit happened whereas as they promised to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours. Firstly, their phone lines r busy for 90% of time. After call is connected, politely the complaint is taken fresh again and again as it is for the first time. After n number of calls they still confirm that the request has not been raised so far. I am now recording this. I am so frustrated over this. Really don't understand where to complaint about it. Almost 7 days we don't have a solution when it would happen
                                  Also, there is no acknowledgement to the registered mobile no. They have collected the yearly subscription and now there is no service at all. My registered mobile id is [protected]

                                    Booked reliance independent tv in october with rs. 500.00 after lot of persuation, mr. Rohit yadav, mobile no. [protected], came for installation on 23rd january, 2019. He fixed up the set up box went to the terrace and told that everything is ok, within one hour it will be activated. Unfortunately, elders were not at home. He took rs. 2000 for set up box. No service. When called back rohit, he told rudely that he can not do any thing. Make complain on helpline. Which we did promptly. Later on we found that this fellow rohit did not put up the antenna of independent tv, instead he used our old tata sky antenna.
                                    Since then even after no. Of complaints nobody has turned up. Sent mail twice to the customercare, but no result.
                                    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I booked a new connection on 5-3-18 by paying Rs.499 online. I took screenshot showing oaymeny amount, booking id, transaction no. Etc. but company says there is no booking. I sent the payment receipt via email many times but they are denying. This reliance bigtv is surely a big Fraud company.

                                        Reliance compony had taken 500 rupees in march 2018.. N they said that we will connect the reliance digital tv in just 45 days... But after then they haven't pick up the call... Their customer care number always not reachable. They frauded with us... Shame on u reliance.. You made us foolish.
