It has been passed 10 month but still there is no calls, no emails, not even any sms regarding connection and installation.
Please let me know when the hell i will have the connection?

There is nothing which has been resolved, i had a word with customer care of reliance digital tv and they said that there is no number is registered with us, please mail you booking id.     I have applied for independent tv with pre booking of rd.1999 after multiple follow ups for several days still there is no installation, my customer id is [protected].

    At the time of pre-booking i got an sms from independent tv saying that the installation will be done within 15 days, but even after a month i haven't got any installation done. I don't wish to have such services in future, also their customer care number is not reachable.

      I booked dth in first day i called customer care 10 times they told with in 1 day technical visit will occour
      But respone. They are not giving technical mobile nunber also
      They are giving complaint number i[censored] call u regarding this this one they ur issue not resolved it take another 48 hours
      They are cheating with us

        I complained more than 20 times. One complain number is 1339868 .
        Each time assured that within 24 hours our technician visit and resolve the problem
        But after 50 days no body has come

          Sir i have booked a d2h connection of reliance bigtv on march2018 with booking amount of ₹499 and installation time given by them is 30to45days but not installed till december 2018. I had waited for installation for 10months. And refund also not given by them. I have received calls from some independent tv people, who have taken my bank details for refund, but have not refunded my money. Contact about installation or refund but no positive response from there side, there customers care have only one statement that "you will get it very soon.. V r dhingra.

            Hello all,

            This reliance digital tv has done cheating with me and now they're not responding at all. I had prebooked d2h connection on 3rd march'18 with a promise of installation within 45 days. I was chasing them via call or email but no response at all. And now its going to be an year but no refund at all. They even not responding on their twitter handle. This big fish is eating up indians pockets.

            Anil ambani is a big fraudster.

              To bring to your kind attention, we have booked a new reliance big tv dth connection from online website. We have made the payment through debit card, and it has been cleared by our bank. Unfortunately, to our utmost dissatisfaction, they have delayed and not delivery of product to my home. I immediately called up company helpline to register to complain, but they told to wait for few days, so i waited and called again and then told to wait for few days, so i waited for 6 months and there was no response of installation, then i requested to refund the amount back, so they told that ' amount will be refunded back within 48 hrs', again i called them after 48 hrs and the same story repeated, i waited for 10 day no response.

                Independent tv — dth connection not installed since 10 months

                I have booked for dth connection online by paying 500/- rupees on 22nd march 2018 with reliance big tv, they promised for installation within 30 to 45 days. But it has been already 10 months still installation is not happening.in mean time the name of the company changed from rbigtv to independent tv, now this new company owned by same old owners says my details are missing in their system & from past 10 months they are passing time saying today & tomorrow. I have all the details like booking i. D[protected] and credit card transaction reference number. The same details are shared with company through mail & call many times, but of no use.

                    Till the date there are no update about installation.
                    Your customer care service is very poor.
                    They are not able to provide any solution and just parrot one line it will take another 7 days.

                    Kindly look this mater and complete my installation as soon possible. Otherwise cancel my connection.

                      It has been more than a week that we have raised complaint over phone with the call center for error 400. So far no technician visit happened whereas as they promised to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours. Firstly, their phone lines r busy for 90% of time. After call is connected, politely the complaint is taken fresh again and again as it is for the first time. After n number of calls they still confirm that the request has not been raised so far. I am now recording this. I am so frustrated over this. Really don't understand where to complaint about it. Almost 7 days we don't have a solution when it wud happen
                      Also, there is no acknowledgement to the registered mobile no. They have collected the yearly subscription and now there is no service at all. My registered mobile id is [protected]

                          I have booked the connection on 15th of december 2018, where in it has been told me and an sms has reached me saying the connection will be installed in 10 to 15 days of time with booking id: r[protected].

                          Unfortunately till today i have not got any proper response nor installation is done, i have called your customer care for more than 10 times till now, last day ite., on 14th of jan when i called your customer care has shared an number which is local to hyderabad for installation (Kaja [protected]) when called this guy he says it is wrong number and he is not an independent tv person, he is into other services like sun and tata.

                          I have raised an complaint several times but i have no proper response, is this the case with all the customers or you choos some to trouble and find happiness in it.

                          If this is the case, i would be forced to lodge a complaint in consumer forum as i have already paid for the services in advance.

Since yesterday i am calling to the customer care to know the status but it is not connecting. Today when i googled i saw the news that reliance dth closed. If it closed how can i get the money which i paid (Approx 2000/-) for new connection.

                                  I have made online payment of rs. 1999 for new connection on 19.12.2018. My booking id is r[protected]. I was assured in written message from the company that i will get installation within 10-15 working days but there is no response at all after expiring 28 days moreover customer care numbers are all not working.
                                  This is worst experience in my 43 years life. Ple refund my amount immediately...

                                    Raised installation request so many times still no good response and didn't received refund amount till yet.

                                      Respected sir/ma'am, this is to bring into your notice that i amit singh rajput had made an online payment of rs.1999 at "independenttv.in" for freedom pack under boooking id r70007568 on 29-10-18. Till date, even after several complaints the installation has not been done, due to such a poor service the product is no more required to me and i need refund of my payment. For which i contacted the customer care and the telecaller told me to drop a mail for refund and that i will get a revert asking my bank details within 24hrs and the refund would be processed in 48hrs, i did the same and dropped a mail..

                                        Please refer e-mail dated 10/8/2018, 27/09/2018, 03/12/2018 and 14/12/2018. Please transfer the booking amount of rs. 499/- in my account. I have already sent the account details through e-mail as desired by you. Whenever i call on toll free number they ensure to set the connection within one week, but this reply is being given since last 06 months.

But till date neither connection has been installed nor money has been refunded by the company despite of many e-mails dated 10/8/2018, 27/09/2018, 03/12/2018 and 14/12/2018 and phone calls.
