My smart card no.[protected], my name is g siddabasavana goud, i want to change my plan to the base minimum south value pack. I tried calling customer care since last month. But there is error connection in customer care service.. I tried from different network providers, still i got no response. If this is the case, what is the use of having customer care. I'm an old customer and never had this bad experience. Kindly look into this.. And solve the problem as soon as possible...

Channels of SUN Network is missing in Big TV.Earlier all channels were present.BIG TV Services stopped telecasting these channels without notice and some new channels of STAR -ASIANET had came to this place

    Without any info sun network is unavailable in our big tv for more than a week.
    We are your subscribers since 2008.
    We are trying to complain through big tv customer service toll free no but not even got connection more than a week.
    This irresponsible attitude makes everyone angry.
    There is no value for money.
    If this situation continues & no sun network in your dish means then first repay our initial payment & yearly subscription charges immediately.

    Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    More than one month i have been trying to reach customer support using the number [protected], more than 100 times tried to reach. Every time call ended as saying " while transferring the call to customer care executive, there is a huge demand and we are not able to connect. Regret for the inconvenience". So when is the time in last 30 days 24 hours you have responded to any customer ?

    It is quite irritating in trying to reach again and again for an hour, it is waste of time and energy and so much inconvenience. Arrange for the call back or resolve the issue.

    I have paid for one year subscription, my account details are as below.

    What is the reason we are not getting many Kannada channels. Few are listed below

    Channel number 815 : Udaya TV replaced to KALKI TV : "Coming soon "

    Channel 816: Colors and it is giving Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"

    Channel 821 : Changed to TV5 Kannada : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"

    Channel 822 : colors super : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"

    Channel 828 : Change in channel and new channel is News18 kannada : Error : " Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, service shall resume shortly"

    Please check and do the needful at the earliest, it is almost two month we have not been getting channels and recently few more channels are discontinued

      Such an irresponsible company..they are not providing us the complete channel since last two weeks..and if we make a call to the customer care..there is no response...what is the point in recharging every month if we are not getting the required channel..if the engineers come they ask a huge money too..but there is no use..

        Dear sir, I am not using my reliance Digital TV since last 10 months. I would like to activate the connection now. My smart card no. is[protected]. I tried to call customer care several times but i am not able to connect. The line is getting disconnected as soon as I enter my Smart card no. I have mailed the customer care no.the complaint ID is[protected], but till now no one has responded. Please let me know how to reactivate my Smart Card.

          Sun tv channel nearly 10 channels in southern languages not being telecasted for the past 14 days. Some years back it was happened, but reliance big restored it in 3 days, sun tv channels have been watching by all tamils throughout the world, more than 75 % tamil people watch sun channels. If this continues, we are going to quit the reliance big and switch over to some other dth. Now local cable operators started giving digital for just rs.200/ 300 channels.

            All sun network channels telugu and tamil like sun tv, sun news, sun music, gemini, gemini movies, gemini music, gemini news, etc,.. All.. Are not coming since last 2 weeks, and we are unable to reach out to customer care it's disconnecting all the time, not sure to whom and how to contact and sort out the issue. There is no communication message from reliance why they are blocked and when will get them back etc.. We need immediate resolution on this or message from reliance on the issues as early as possible.

            We are not getting Gemini t.v channels so retify this otherwise we will change to another dish t.v
            Disruption of services to Marathi channels Zee Yuva, D D Sahyadri n others shown as "Description Unavailable".

            Restore n activate services to all these channels, immediately.

Can't u know to reply or attend the phone our money is wasted otherwise refund our money we will discontinue we don't want such a waste dish pls resolve our problem or refund our money .we are not happy with your service

              Hi,

              Past four days we have reliance big tv network outage with error 400.
              Raised sr but no response. Sr number[protected].
              Customer number : scn :[protected]
              This sr is closed without any resolution.
              Tried trouble shoot options also. No use.
              No calls from reliance big tv also.'customer care is not gettign through.
              Is reliance big tv still in market or they closed operations and ran away???

              What should i do.

                My smart card no[protected] name : ganesan . Last 15 days sun group channels like sun tv, ktv, sun music, surya tv, aditya, chutti tv all sun channels stopped. All the said above channels used to watch in the existing plan.I couldn't get your customers care no due to your poor service. Please take immediate action to display sun group.Sun tv is most poplared one, without this watching tv is very poor. please

                  My husband paid more than rd.5000 for a year recharging for tamil telugu & other hindi english news channels etc., on 9 th oct after returning from hyderabad to kolkata.                   SUN TV and its group is not working for past 10 days, and no one is responding, I have recharged for full year. I want to solve this issue or else get my money back.
                  I have paid annual subscription for south India pack. But for past 10 days I cannot view channels related to sun network ( sun TV, ktv, chutti TV, sun news, sun music).

                    I HAVE WRITTEN THE COMPLAINT WAITING FOR THE RESPONSE
                    I have renewed my yearly contract for big TV, but the transmission has been stopped by them . Efforts to contact their customer service never materialise. Very very poor service. If they cannot run their organisation efficiently they must quit and repay all liabilities. Cons no[protected]

                      Past few days sun network channels were discontinued and trying to reach customer care relience big tv, but getting disconnected automatically. Money paid for south pack and it includes sun network... Now no clue who can address above problem and no other alternative to connect reliance customer care. Kindly look into this issue.                         I took telugu channels package but in that recently gemini related channels like gemini tv, gemini movies, gemini music are not coming. Previously e tv related channels like e tv, e tv plus etc.. Didn't came but now they are coming. So i kindly request you to give access to gemini related channels as quickly as possible. I think this problem can be solved by your team.

                          My smart card no[protected] name : ameet place: hyderabad since last 10 days, reliance big tv has stopped airing all sun network channels such as gemini tv, gemini comedy, gemini news, udaya tv. There has been very poor response on the customer care number [protected]. Please take immediate action to display sun network channel as i assume reliance big tv has not paid the dues to sun due to which the channels are not coming.                                 I have tried to contact our customer care through [protected] and [protected] in many times (More than 10 times in working hours) and also through your reliance digital tv app. But i did not get to your customer care person. Now i can not control my patience to call you again. So please resolve our customer service problem as soon as possible. I need to deactivate and activate some additional packs. As time runs my money is also wasting. If this situation is continuing then i will quit from big tv

                                This is the worst customer service ever. I'm trying to contact from past 10 days. Always lines are busy there is no waiting either. Line gets disconnected every time I call. This is not a customer service which we are expecting. I'll take legal actions on consumer law. If I did not receive a reply within 24 hours

                                  I have recharged on my smart card no[protected] with rs 215/- on 14 october 2017, but its showing below error message in my tv.

                                  "error 200 unsubscribed channel"

                                  I have also trying to contact customer care but can't connect with customer representative only saying its invalid number. Please take necessary action at your end as early as possible.

                                    I have subscribed for yearly subscription till august 2018 by paying a huge amount for my dth connection having sim card no.[protected].

                                    All of a sudden all the sun tv network tamil channels are removed from the broadcasting from 1st of october initially there was a display that services to these channels will be resumed shortly. To my utter shock they have stated telecasting other tamil channels available free to them.

                                    My several complaints to them are neither acknowledged nor replied and my call to customer care is never ever attended.

                                    Under the above circumstances, i hereby request you to help me to get either of the following:
                                    1) get all the tamil channels of sun tv network back to broad cast in big tv dth which was promised to my while making annual subscription of rs.4680
                                    2) if the above can not be done big tv, pl. Force them to refund my used balance which will be in excess of rs.4000.

                                    Pl. Help me at the earliest.

                                      Reliance big tv all of sudden removed all sun network channels without any notification? I already recharged but did they give money back? Worst customer care service no one is answering when i called to customer care from past 2 days.
                                      Reliance digital should come up with the answer and should come up with reason, refund the money back to customers
